02/11/2025: Yesterday, my initial impression was confirmed: choosing this place is a safe bet, no surprises! Or rather, there is a surprise, and it's a delightful one from the first bite. The atmosphere is very refined, and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to their needs. The cuisine is exceptional; there were four of us, and we ordered different dishes, and everyone was completely satisfied with the dish they chose and tasted. The wine cellar is large and well-stocked, and you can also opt for an aperitif or grab a sandwich or a platter on the go.

22/10/2025: We had lunch at this osteria in mid-October. It was afternoon, but we were warmly welcomed by the waiter, who carefully offered us a generous platter of cured meats and cheeses. We ate outside under the plane trees on a beautiful afternoon and in a lovely setting. The interior is also very tasteful, with scholarly quotations on the walls, even in the ladies' room.

24/09/2025: Guys, what can I say? If you find yourself in Viagrande, you absolutely must stop at this magnificent restaurant/pizzeria. Quality, tradition, innovation, choice, EDUCATION, WELCOMING. We had a great time and ate delicious dishes! You can't miss the potato ravioli or the fabulous pizzas! Desserts? Super! Go!

02/10/2025: We went here for lunch. The waiter bullied 2 of us into getting the Mexican burger. It truly was the best burger. I’m glad he bullied us. The fries were also great and the little dipping sauce was the best ever. Bravo, chef! I’m now 40 billion miles away. But the next time I’m in the area, I’m coming back just for that meal.

30/09/2025: Super sweet staff. The tartar with smoke Haring is amazing! We eat carbonara and risotto and tiramisu, and we loved it all. Definitely recommended!!

20/08/2025: A quiet restaurant with a variety of options at reasonable prices. We tried the tasting menu, and the chef was incredibly willing to create vegetarian dishes specifically for one of our guests. Even though we chose the traditional menu, I expected a little more originality given that the restaurant is listed in the Michelin guide. No real surprises, but the quality and service were textbook. I would perhaps have avoided the chocolate cake as a dessert, since it's available in any trattoria.

13/10/2025: A great mushroom lunch. Excellent quality and price. Even with the restaurant fully booked, the service was impeccable at every table besides ours. Highly recommended.

02/10/2025: I'm celiac and vegetarian, so it's not easy to find a restaurant that meets my needs. The food is excellent, with homemade vegetables and jams. I found a wide selection and impeccable attention to detail. The location is spectacular in the summer, with the outdoor area but also welcoming inside. It's typically Tuscan, with a mandolato-style upper dining room. Highly recommended. Everyone was great, from the kitchen to the dining room.

11/10/2025: Historic restaurant, featured in the Michelin Guide several times. The open kitchen and well-stocked fish counter. The raw fish are nothing special, but I'm originally from Bari and am used to much higher standards. Various types of shrimp, the usual tartare. The raw cuttlefish needs a complete overhaul, and the red mullet fillet is tasteless... Very fresh oysters... The Trabaccolara (house specialty) is excellent. Delicious desserts. Impeccable service.

03/09/2025: We chose this restaurant based on the reviews we found on Google, and it fully met our expectations. We ate wonderfully, but most importantly, we felt at home. Everything was truly spectacular, from the meat to the pasta, and especially the caramelized onions. Highly recommended!

23/08/2025: We've dined at this restaurant a couple of times already. The food is very good, the location is beautiful, especially in the evening. The service is attentive. If you have any allergies, let them know in advance and you won't have any problems. Both the seafood and meat dishes are excellent.

02/11/2025: I had lunch at this osteria and was pleasantly surprised. The highlight was undoubtedly the duck breast, cooked to perfection on a bed of succulent leeks—the best I've ever had. I also tried the baked onion, flavorful and delicious in its simplicity. To conclude, the Torta del Nonno chocolate cake was a true masterpiece: soft, delicious, and perfect to end a special lunch. An ideal place for those seeking authentic cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere. The food is excellent and completely relaxing. Highly recommended!

28/10/2025: Well, what looked promising in the photos was rather mediocre. We had a reservation for the evening on Sunday at lunchtime (when the place was packed). We were the only ones there, which wasn't anyone's fault, but the restaurant was quite cold, and the owner and waitress were so rushed that plates were being cleared while some people were still eating. The dishes were interesting, and the menu was small with items you don't find everywhere. The execution was mediocre. What was completely unacceptable was the broken sound system with CDs from 20 years ago and a speaker that crackled more than anything else. We had hoped for more and won't be coming back.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We ate excellent fish, incredibly fresh and beautifully cooked, for a reasonable price. Highly recommended for those looking for good food and a place to relax.
