10/04/2026: We celebrated my wife's birthday last week and had a great time! The place is perfect because it has private parking and two separate spaces for events. The owner, Luca, was very kind and helped me organize everything, preparing drinks, platters, and dessert. We spent a fair amount and everything was delicious! Highly recommended!

31/10/2025: I’ve been here several times in the past couple of decades but first time since 2017 I could come back and again it was amazing. I’m gluten free and they made the most delicious truffle risotto fresh and perfect. It’s more about the atmosphere and better if you can eat all the gluten but still I’m glad to come back. Nice people and perfect Tuscan cuisine.

05/05/2026: Il Garfagnino Di Nonna Clara is one of those places you can't go wrong if you're looking for traditional cuisine done well. The atmosphere is simple and casual, just like a true trattoria, unpretentious but with a family atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. It's immediately clear that the emphasis here is on substance rather than appearance. I chose the set menu, which includes a first course, a second course with side dish, half a liter of water, and bread. It's a convenient and affordable option, especially if you want a full meal without having to choose too much. The dishes are traditional, with beautiful, bold flavors and generous portions, just as you'd expect from places like this. The service was calm and friendly, without being overly formal. I waited about 20 minutes, which was more than adequate considering the dishes are freshly prepared. Overall, it's a genuine trattoria, the kind where you eat well and leave satisfied, without fuss. If you're looking for something authentic, it's definitely worth a try.

Furthermore, the staff described the dishes in detail. (We each chose an appetizer, a first course, a dessert, and a glass of still water.) We were passing through on a trip, and it was an excellent stop. We recommend it; good value for money. Absolutely.
