I have only two words for this place: authenticity and wonder.
The restaurant is nestled in a cultivated and wooded valley, its location affording a Garden of Eden-like view.
The sense of peace is immense; a dinner here is as rejuvenating as a week's vacation!
Almost all of the products used on the menu are homegrown.
The steamed and grilled vegetable dishes with chickpea hummus and peanut, thyme, and lemon pesto are a must.

Every year I try to eat here at least once. The atmosphere, the service, and the space have always won me over. I've brought several friends to share the experience with me, and everyone has been very satisfied.
The locally sourced products, the oil made from the olive trees visible on the surrounding hills, and the wine made from the vineyard just five meters from the table all give you the feeling of being at one with the land.
I'm pleased that they use seasonal products and that the dishes on the menu change every now and then, but I'm also pleased that what I once enjoyed can be found again.
It's definitely the best place to eat I know.

We've dined at this restaurant twice and will definitely return because we had a great time. We really appreciated all the carefully prepared dishes, carefully prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavors, and beautifully presented. A cuisine that finally stands out from the usual menu. The Lavandaia wines are good. Beautiful location amidst vineyards and fields with a backdrop of mountains...and sunsets!! Congratulations! 👏
