One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The location is a bit secluded, which I actually prefer. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. Even though we don't speak Italian and the waiter didn't speak English, we had a great time together. The food: WOW!!! The pasta with the lobster sauce was an explosion of flavor. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

I've been to dinner there three times, so my rating is an average of the three evenings.
On these occasions, I was able to try some appetizers. The cured meats are of high-quality. The chicken liver pâté was very good, and the porchetta with gorgonzola and truffle was excellent.
For the first courses, I tried the very good wild boar ragù and the fresh tagliolini with black truffle, which I found truly excellent. Then I tried the peposo (7), the venison stew (8), the steak (9), and the tagliata (9+) because it costs less but is just as tender and juicy.
Dessert? I've never gotten around to trying them.
I've always had the Cortona Syrah, which I recommend.
I found the staff very friendly. Both Enrico and Francesca, and the other staff in the dining room as well.
What if I had to find a flaw? Well, a few more labels of wine, a couple more Metodo Classico, two or three labels of slightly more structured whites for dishes, and a few more reds for those like me who come back often and want to drink something other than the "usual" ones.
But I know they're working on it.

We went for Valentine's Day. The menu is set, not à la carte, and they didn't tell us this when we booked.
Very good food, but prices were higher for the occasion than on regular days.
Coffee €2.50, dessert €7.50, Morellino wine, which you can find at Coop for €7, is €25.
First courses €20.
Small portion of roast potatoes for €8, full of oil; they weren't roasted, but boiled and then pan-fried.
It's a shame because we've had a great time the other times.

A truly excellent experience at Ghinè Cambrì.
The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and relaxing, perfect for both a quiet dinner and a special evening. Attention to detail is evident without ever being pretentious.
The staff is one of its strengths: kind, smiling, and always available, making you feel at ease from start to finish. The service is attentive but never intrusive, which is not to be taken for granted.
The food is simply excellent: quality ingredients, beautifully presented dishes, and balanced flavors that enhance the cuisine without overwhelming it. Each course confirmed the care and passion they put into what they do.
A restaurant where everything works as it should. I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.
