Beautiful campsite almost by the sea, just a few minutes away, depending on your pitch location. Everything a camper could need is there: a small, well-stocked shop, a large pool, a children's playground/entertainment, a spa area, etc. Dogs are welcome, there's even a dog shower. We arrived unannounced, and it was very busy at the beginning of September, but they did everything they could to find us a suitable spot (we were traveling in a VW campervan). Fantastic, and thank you so much!

We had a fantastic time at the Camping Lodge in September. The view was breathtaking! The service at the campsite and restaurant was very friendly. The small wellness area was perfect for cooler days. We felt right at home ;) PS: Another shout-out to the cheerful bike rental guy – great job!

We stayed here for over 10 days. The complex is quite large, always clean and well-maintained. There's a small mini-market, which was sufficient. The bar makes good coffee, and the pizza to go from the restaurant was also delicious. The pool was nice, but too cold in October. It would definitely be pleasant in the summer. The location, right next to the beautiful beach, was great. There's also a lovely hiking trail along the beach/coast. The playground is quite large, but could use some updating. The toilets/bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit better; in some places, it was only superficial. However, guests should also be more careful about how they leave the toilets; that would be nice. We would come back and recommend the site.

I highly recommend the Ville degli Ulivi campsite! The facility is very clean and well-maintained; everything is cleaned regularly and kept in good condition. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful – you feel welcome from the very beginning. The location, right by the sea, is particularly beautiful: just a short walk across the sand and you're right on the beach. Ideal for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful setting. The atmosphere on site is also pleasantly relaxed, perfect for families or couples who just want to unwind.

It's incredibly beautiful here. This is my first time here and I've heard nothing but good things from the family who have been here several times. I wanted to try it myself and I have to say, it's exactly as I was told. I'm looking forward to coming back here, perhaps next year. The rooms are good, but you can hear everything through every wall, even from the neighbors in the mobile home. Nevertheless, it didn't bother me to spend a lovely two weeks here. Of course, the Wi-Fi could be better, as you can't really watch anything. However, there are good times when the Wi-Fi works very well, but also times when it doesn't work at all for longer periods. ...

Not a bad campsite in itself. You should definitely reserve in advance. The pitches might be a bit tight, but if you know your car, it's fine. The many trees offer plenty of shade. You'll receive a friendly welcome, especially the woman in the evenings who was very accommodating. Electricity costs about €4 extra per day, but cell phones can be left at reception for charging. If you want to use Wi-Fi, you'll have to pay a lot; a higher data plan would definitely be better. We didn't use the pool or wellness area, but you don't have to wear swimming caps, which is quite common here. The restaurant is also really good; you get very tasty food for little money, and the coffee and other drinks are also excellent. The furniture is a bit old, so you're likely to bump into a tabletop every now and then. The chairs are rather uncomfortable. The supermarket has a small but sufficient, sometimes rather expensive, selection. The site is quite family-friendly, so many children were there during their holidays. Now for the worst part: the restrooms. I can live with the fact that the building isn't the most modern; I've seen others that have that. There are definitely proper toilets and toilet paper. Clean? Well. At first glance, yes. With how often the cleaning staff are there, you'd assume everything is sparkling clean. Unfortunately, this isn't necessarily the case. Hair in the sink, on the floors, and in the shower. A squashed mosquito was stuck to the wall of one toilet for three days. Often it smells so horribly of rotten drains that it almost makes you vomit. I don't know if that's healthy. The fixtures are not only terribly calcified and worn, but also covered in black mold. That was truly the most disgusting thing I've ever seen at a campsite. As soon as more than two people are showering, the water temperature drops noticeably. Considering that the campsite isn't cheap and was full, at least on our trip, you'd think they could spend a bit of money on improvements.

We spent 4 nights at your excellent campsite. The welcome was very warm, the toilets were very clean, and there was a good restaurant and pizzeria. We'll be back.

The campsite isn't bad, but it's not particularly good either. Definitely not a 4.6! Here are a few points that aren't apparent from the reviews and descriptions: - Due to its location directly on the road, the lights are unpleasantly bright if you're on the edge of a plot. - The site is right next to Elba Airport, and you'll regularly hear an airplane roaring overhead. - Some plots are very small and close together (there are sites where everything is more intricate and beautifully arranged), so there's not much peace and quiet here. - There's no direct private beach access; you first have to go through a gate and cross a road. - The beach isn't particularly wide anyway, and if there are segments reserved exclusively for paid loungers, the rest of the beach areas become cozy even in the off-season. - The Wi-Fi is a joke; after an hour a day, your juice is turned off. - Speaking of which, the €8 cocktails also fall into the "joke" category (hardly any alcohol, but plenty of lime juice). - Restrooms are clean, but the interiors are more in the "acceptable in the 90s" category. The best for last: If you, like us, come here via ACSI, don't be surprised if you're told at reception, "The overnight stay costs 5 euros more than advertised" – and then no explanation why. You can just do as it seems. Otherwise, the view is quite beautiful when you're lying by the pool! ;) As you can see, we won't be coming back.

Stayed here for 4 nights in September. It was still pretty packed at this time of year and we couldn’t access the first pitch we were allocated due to overhanging trees but the staff were fabulous and very understanding and helpful and found us a different spot. It’s 2km walk or bike ride along the beach to marina di campo which was a gorgeous little town with lots of restaurants and shops to wander about. The bathrooms at the campsite were excellent. Clean and all with plenty of hooks to hang towels etc while showering. Washing up sinks were also plenty and well thought through. We didn’t need the pool but it looked fun for kids and was large with plenty of loungers and space. The staff here were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
