One of the best cuts of meat I've ever eaten.
120 days of aging, excellent marbling, impeccable cooking;
Worth noting:
Due to an understandable error, the waiter miscommunicated the cut at the butcher's (very specific, it must be said; as meat lovers, we're picky). He realized the mistake, but was quick to change it midway through, which shows professionalism and integrity.
I highly recommend this place if you want to eat well, quietly, and with a pleasant background buzz.

Really nice fresh food. Lots of choice nice to combine with a good glass of wine. Totally recommend ofcourse if you are a meatlover.

Very beautiful location, worth the wait for the steak because it's truly excellent, spectacular, and served strictly rare. A wide selection of dishes is available.
They welcomed us warmly, and to pass the time (the place was packed), they even offered us a glass of wine and a delicious crostini with ragù.
All the dishes we ordered met our expectations.
All the side dishes for the steak are extra (€5 per dish).
When the main course arrived, they even brought us piping hot plates so we could enjoy it to the fullest.
A wide selection of raw meats, too.
The wines are reasonably priced.
The place and its walls speak for themselves.
Well done, keep up the good work.

A rustic and very refined atmosphere, the food is delicious, with attention to every detail. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a display case of beautiful meat. To pass the time, they brought us a bruschetta with ragù and a glass of prosecco. My table had a view of the butcher shop; I couldn't take my eyes off the meat on display. Our waiter, Willy, is a charming, convivial, and very knowledgeable character, who took us on this spectacular journey of flavors. I highly recommend coming to this place and being served by that waiter.
