We ordered fish dishes, from appetizers to main courses, for two people, and we loved everything, including the "macchiato" (a typical dish) at the end. We had an experience of Livorno's past, in a restaurant that still retains its original character, where substance is more important than form. Anyone who merely criticizes a few cobwebs, without noticing the historical signs of the past that permeate every object in the restaurant, from postcards to paintings to photos and hanging objects, simply hasn't understood where they are and the leap in time that has taken place. The quality/price ratio is remarkable, and you leave feeling full, satisfied, and eager to return to try the other dishes.
