Beautiful location with a sea view. Exquisite food and excellent value. We went with friends and had a great meal. The restaurant is spacious, with generous portions. Ideal for lunches and dinners with family or friends. Reservations are always recommended if you want to be sure of finding a table!

We arrived at the restaurant as a couple...the menu was in the QR code...our friend asked for a physical one...we don't have one was the answer...as if one couldn't live without a smartphone...my friend and I ordered two identical first courses, as did our wives...after a while, they arrived for us and not for them. We tried to be gentlemen and wait for them to bring them to us...they arrived after ten minutes. Note that they were simple tagliolini with truffle. Okay, then we waited for the second course...after a good half hour, a waiter came by and reassured us...the dishes were on their way out...it took another twenty before they arrived. I must say first that the food is good. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The bill, however, was very quick.

I went there for dinner with my family on Thursday, July 23rd during the holidays, and we had a truly wonderful time. The location overlooking the Gulf of Baratti is truly spectacular. The restaurant is very charming, with attention to detail and a relaxed atmosphere that allows you to enjoy the evening without rushing. The staff in the dining room were fantastic: smiling, knowledgeable about the dishes, and attentive, without being intrusive. The kitchen service was prompt, with short pauses between courses. We started by uncorking a bottle of Trento DOC Rosé Alperegis, served nice and chilled and a perfect accompaniment to the fish. For my appetizer, I had the raw seafood. It was excellent, perfectly cleaned, and had a seafood flavor. For the first course, we had fun sharing several dishes, and each one was better than the last: the cacciuccato risotto was a standout, with a rich, bold flavor and perfectly creamed. Next came the delicate amberjack gnocchi, the seafood spaghetti, and the octopus caramels (slightly salty but excellent). To finish, we had the tuna cube, perhaps one of the best I've ever eaten, with a perfect crust on the outside and a soft, chewy interior. Overall, an excellent seafood dinner from start to finish, with generous portions, quality ingredients, and a bill perfectly in line with the restaurant's caliber. I will definitely return at the first opportunity.

The place by the sea is nice, but the quality/price ratio is poor. I wouldn't go back.

The location is wonderful, overlooking the Gulf of Baratti, in a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The food is truly delicious and the portions are generous. Definitely perfect for a romantic dinner or even just to treat yourself!

Delicious food and a beautiful view with good music

After several years of presence in the area, I can say that in all of Piombino and Baratti it is the best for quality/price ratio, average cost 60/70 per person but it is worth it. More than generous portions, high quality, friendly staff and obviously the terrace overlooking the Gulf of Baratti is a postcard. Well done, well done.
