22/04/2025: La location è bella, con un ampio giardino. Il cibo è buono. I camerieri sono gentili ma un po disattenti. Mi è arrivato il primo senza le posate. Dopo 5 minuti averle chieste, mi sono alzata personalmente a prenderle per evitare di mangiare il piatto freddo. Abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di vino, che non è mai arrivata (ma era presente sul conto). I piatti, sono ben curati e buoni (ma costano 25 euro a piatto). Ciò che più ci ha dato noia (il motivo delle sole 3 stelle) è pagare 3 piatti di pasta in bianco e 1 al pomodoro dei bambini ben 42 euro! Capisco il ricarico e i costi del ristorante ma così è approfittarsi del cliente.

15/02/2025: Sono stato ieri a cena presso Artegaia, il giorno di San Valentino, per festeggiare con la mia ragazza. Arrivati ci accoglie un posto molto bello, con una vista fantastica, quindi ci sediamo e aspettiamo. Dopo 15 minuti riusciamo ad ordinare, e riceviamo gli antipasti dopo mezz’ora circa. Io terra lei mare, al primo assaggio scopro che avevano scambiato tortino di pesce con quello di patate, quindi mi sono trovato pesce in un piatto di carne e viceversa😅. Inoltre in ogni caso in quello di terra mancavano porcini e in quello di mare fonduta (nessuno ci aveva detto che non ci sarebbero stati) ma abbiamo pagato i piatti a prezzo pieno. Una volta sparecchiato scopro di avere il bicchiere rotto, e avviso il cameriere che non se ne era manco accorto. Iniziamo a notare che tutta la sala non riceve piatti, servizio lento, poco attento, portano piatti e non ci sono le posate a tavola, in un posto dove la media di prezzo è 25 euro a piatto è follia. Insomma dopo un ora (Arrivati alle 20:00 a tavola/ i secondi arrivati alle 22:15) arrivano questi secondi molto buoni ma non ci hanno mai sparecchiato i piatti, e dopo due sigarette e esserci fatti passare la voglia di un dolce, che comunque non ci è stato proposto visto la situazione che anche per gli altri commensali si andava prolungando, abbiamo chiesto due caffè ancora con i piatti del secondo in tavola, e mi sono avvicinato alla cassa per pagare. Nel mentre abbiamo scherzato con altri commensali della situazione tragicomica della serata. è qui che succede l’incredibile. Mi viene inserito un piatto in più nello scontrino e poiché il cameriere non sa utilizzare il gestionale della cassa ho dovuto attendere 10 minuti pure per pagare perché lo chef era l’unico in grado di farmi stornare un piatto (26 euro) in più. Torno a tavola e attendo, continuando a ridere con persone a tavola che alle 22:30 hanno avuto il primo. Quando finalmente riusciamo a pagare scopro che abbiamo pure speso tanto 146 euro, ma ci vengono tolti 16 per l’inconveniente dell’antipasto e bicchiere. Una volta saliti in macchina eravamo sulla strada del ritorno e ci accorgiamo che non era stata stornata la tartare di tonno da 26 euro. Sono dovuto tornare indietro a richiederli. Peccato davvero, posto molto bello e materia prima di qualità, ma servizio fatto con i piedi e una lentezza tale che credo che anche gli altri commensali siano tornati a casa con l’amaro in bocca più che con il ricordo di una bella serata: Era San Valentino. P.S: Abbiamo richiesto il pane per finire gli antipasti e il cameriere più giovane è così alle prime armi che ci ha portato il pane e ci voleva sparecchiare gli antipasti.

02/03/2025: What a great customer service! He was working alone and pretty busy but he took time to greet us with a nice welcome smile and apologize plus let us tried first while waiting. Very professional of him! Clean and organized. I love Thai coconut and green tea. You must try it!

22/02/2025: Horrible. I only visited the place because I wanted affogato. The guy mixed gelato and coffee without my permission and gave me the spoon which he used for mixing it... I'm here for affogato not frappuccino or shake.. I believe it's out of the common sense of service.... I gently asked what was the reason why the spoon was wet with icecream.. but the guy didn't know what the problem was.. I've never had an affair like this in my entire life, any country. The icecream was already melted because he mixed them all.. I could see the staff just started training, so I will probably delete this comment later. Since leaving a bad comment because of a training staff is too brutal for their business.., but the owner needs to train the staff properly.. this is ridiculous.. Plus, the interior was terrible.. it didn't look the same as what I saw from the review.. I visited this place simply because I wanted to eat gelato affogato. They gave me ice cream and Esso mixed without asking. The ice cream was all melted so I thought it was some kind of shake. And they gave me the spoon they used to mix it with when serving me. What kind of case is this... What kind of market is this? Haha. Of course I complained, but the staff didn't even realize what the problem was. The interior design shown in the review was very different from the actual one.. What kind of food court was this? The most absurd thing is that I looked like a manager or an owner, so I hesitated for a moment to say something separately, but the training staff said goodbye to me and nailed it lol. It's really ridiculous... I'll delete this review later. Looking at him, he looks like he just received training, but I think it's too cruel for the business owner to harm him because of that. But no matter how much training you do, it’s really ridiculous haha. This is the first time I've ever received an affogato like this in my life.

25/03/2025: Pasticceria Cesare in Florence, on via Gabriele D’Annunzio, is a true excellence of the territory. The environment is elegant but welcoming, perfect for a quality breakfast or a delicious break. I have tasted both traditional sweets and more modern creations: everything is impeccable, with very fresh raw materials and great attention to detail. The leavened products are fragrant and light, the single portions a perfect mix between aesthetics and taste. Friendly, fast and attentive staff, with a service that enhances the experience. You can perceive the passion and artisanal expertise in every proposal. An address to note for those looking for the real Florentine pastry shop with a high standard.

15/03/2025: Good pasta, coffee too. But every time you pass by the register or the counter it seems like they are there to do you a favor. There is never a shortage of rude responses.

01/04/2025: Locale piuttosto piccolo ma accogliente, con pochi coperti, molto frequentato e con attesa per la liberazione di un tavolo. E meno male che abbiamo atteso e non ci siamo sfiduciati, perché la cucina è stata notevole e tutti i piatti veramente buoni. Abbiamo provato le pappardelle al cinghiale, la ribollita, i crostini, la trippa. Il personale è stato velocissimo, molto gentile e disponibile. Il prezzo è più che onesto. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

03/03/2025: Locale piccolo e molto caratteristico. Si deve attendere all'esterno il proprio turno. L'attesa vale comunque la pena. Personale gentile e cibo genuino. Prezzi nella media.

18/03/2025: Mi esposa y yo fuimos a cenar dos veces en Masó durante nuestra estancia en Florencia. Nos gustó mucho el servicio. A diferencia de otros lugares con personal no calificado, nos atendieron aquí los camareros agradables y experimentados. La comida y el ambiente eran muy agradables. Los precios son muy razonables en comparación con otros restaurantes en Florencia.

19/01/2025: Serata divertente in amicizia. Bel tavolo in legno con panche anche comode. Dopo aver quasi mandato in confusione il cortese signore che ci stava prendendo la comanda, abbiamo assaggiato dei buoni crostini, polentine con porcini e affini, poi una buona pizza da assaggio con prosciutto e porcini, ci siamo gustati una frittura di pesce e patatine fritte, semplice, ma buona e ben fritta. Due litri di bianco fermo (migliorabile) acqua, conto equo. Bene. Caffettino e ammazzacaffè al bar.

30/04/2025: Tuvimos un delicioso almuerzo en una cálida tarde de abril. Nuestro servidor, que era bastante nuevo, hizo todo lo posible y afortunadamente fue acompañado por un veterano que añadió algo de pulido. Nuestra primera botella de rosado estaba fría y sabrosa, pero la segunda botella salió caliente y necesitaba un cubo de hielo. El almuerzo fue bien ejecutado y sabroso y disfrutado por todos

Los platos están llenos de sabores ricos, hechos con ingredientes frescos y de alta calidad, y bellamente presentados. La pasta está perfectamente cocida, y las salsas son increíblemente sabrosas. El personal es cálido, acogedor y ofrece un excelente servicio, lo que le hace sentir como en casa. Ya sea que esté buscando una cena acogedora o un verdadero sabor de Italia, Trattoria Katti es la opción perfecta. Muy recomendable!

In a city where it is difficult to find good fish, Aroma consistently produces truly excellent dishes, with simple flavours and faultless technique that celebrates amazing produce. I have lived in Florence for four years and I can't recommend this place strongly enough.

17/11/2024: Excellent pizzeria located near the town center. The pizzas are exceptional, delicious and with fresh ingredients, they are also quite large. The menu is very varied, with various options. Friendly and kind staff. I recommend mascarpone and speck pizza and also Schiacciata stuffed with Nutella and mascarpone.

04/11/2024: We stopped for lunch on our way to southern Tuscany. At first glance it looked like a bar with pizza by the slice but in reality they also make the classic round pizza. Elderly so I decided to have a pizza and a calzone. They were both well stuffed and tasty. The only flaw was the place which was a bit messy and not perfectly clean, there seemed to be remnants of a small party from the previous evening. Overall a satisfying lunch

Discomfort in sitting in front of the entrance door which opened continuously, letting in cold air. Lastly, covered at €5 is frankly inexplicable. Too bad, we won't be back

02/05/2025: I can't say that it's one of those places that grabs you from the outside and makes you run there, but not stopping here would have been a huge mistake! Kindness, availability (we arrived a little before opening, on a holiday day, but we were welcomed very well) and a devastating pizza! Tall, tasty, rich and crunchy at the base. Lots of variety, to die for! Very good indeed!
