28/03/2025: I ask for a tall decaffeinated coffee and I get a short one, just in time to realize it and the girl who served me has disappeared. For the little there was, I didn't even drink half of it, it was terrible, just two sips, the other lady serving with white hair and glasses points out to me that I didn't finish it and I try to explain to her that it tasted burnt. By pretending nothing happened, she makes me pay (full price) and disappears too, without saying a word, without even saying goodbye.

22/02/2025: Now every Saturday morning breakfast here has become a must for me: 🍩 delicious cream donut, 🥐 fabulous savory croissant and ☕️ cappuccino made to perfection... congratulations to all the staff who are always smiling and kind 👏👏👏

04/11/2024: Sono stato (sempre con amici che mi ci hanno portato) presso questo agriturismo un paio di volte. Deluso la prima volta (me ne avevano parlato tanto bene e mi aspettavo chissà cosa ...), purtroppo ho avuto conferma delle mie sensazioni anche la seconda. Un classico agriturismo ( è bene che non piova o arrivarci dall'angusto parcheggio significa infangarsi ben bene!) con un menu basico "tirato via". Indubbiamente buoni gli antipasti: prodotti di buona qualità; deludenti alcuni primi: alcune portate sono rimaste intonse nel piatto di portata e rimandate in cucina perché non sono piaciute a nessuno. Discreto il primo con il ragù di cinta. Nota realmente dolente la tanto decantata bistecca: la abbiamo presa in entrambe le occasioni. Carino il modo di servirla poiché portano al tavolo una sorta di baciere su cui si mantiene calda (ma se non ti sbrighi a mangiarla continua a cuocere!) ma durissima (e anche quella è rimasta è rimasta in entrambe le occasioni), di qualità veramente basica. Vini di produzione propria (mediocri). Prezzo ... mah, a mio avviso assolutamente sproporzionato per locali di quella caratura.

18/03/2025: For two beers with friends. Normal place, prices a little high. At the tables outside no one came to remove the things left by previous customers. Good location even if right on the (busy) road.

30/04/2025: We wanted to have breakfast here, but they told us that if we were not staying at the hotel it couldn't be done because they were full (there were many empty tables).

20/04/2025: Family of three stopped by the restaurant in a mid week evening after a long walk in hope of a quality dinner. Asked to be sit outside where plenty of tables were vacant. Astonished by refusal with excuse of not having reservation! Afterwards went to the restaurant on the other side of the street and had good quality time while looking at empty tables stayed empty at all time, seems their management prefer sense of being uniquely empty over being nice and making some money :)

12/04/2025: Our first evening on holiday in Florence was ruined by our awful experience at Zeb. Average food, and absolutely appalling service from the rudest waiter you could ever wish to meet. He was unwelcoming, rude, unhelpful and dismissive. We waited over half an hour to order our first course. We waited over an hour before we received our first course. We were given a single glass of wine and when we asked for another the waiter was beyond rude and condescending. He could not believe we wanted a second glass of wine before ordering our main course! He even apologised to the nice couple sitting next to us as he poured a glass of wine as it added a minute to the time before they were allowed to order their main course. He single-handedly ruined the little atmosphere there was in this awful place. If you want a miserable meal go to Zeb. If you want the worst service you have ever experienced go to Zeb. If you want cold food go to Zeb. Honestly the worst restaurant I have ever visited in Italy! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

03/02/2025: Tartare buona, ambiente gradevole, personale cortese, nulla fuori posto. Prezzi nelal media per zona e tipologia. Non mi ha entusiasmato nulla in partcicolare ma è stata ceratemnet un a buona esperienza nel complesso.

27/12/2024: Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia famiglia durante un giretto per il centro di Firenze. Il locale e' un classico grill all'americana che offre i tipici piatti della tradizione a stelle e strisce ma rivisitati alla maniera italiana, con un'ottima qualita' della carne. Consiglio a tutti di provare la birra e gli ottimi hamburger (ne hanno di svariati tipologie), ma molto buono e' sicuramente il Viola, con bacon, provola affumicata e radicchio, servito con chips di buon livello. Servizio veloce e personale disponibile e preparato. Unica nota leggermente negativa il costo: prezzi troppo sopra la media per mangiare un semplice hamburger e bere una normale birra. In sintesi pero' decisamente consigliato.
