I sat in the garden, and the lady, although she knew I was there, no longer acknowledged my presence and was preoccupied, very slowly going back and forth, taking more tablets and orders for their coffees. She passed me four times and could very easily quickly take my order—but she chose not to do so. It seemed she had her own system and was absolutely determined not to deviate from it. 10/05/2025: Siamo una coppia pugliese in visita e siamo stati benissimo in questo ristorante! Abbiamo mangiato un tagliere davvero fantastico, ricco, gustoso e curato nei minimi dettagli. Ma il vero valore aggiunto della serata è stato Antonio, il cameriere che ci ha accolti con grande professionalità e simpatia. Preparatissimo, attento, ci ha consigliato con cura anche il vino, facendo praticamente da sommelier, ed è stato super disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di scambiare qualche chiacchiera con lui: persona davvero squisita. Esperienza più che positiva, torneremo sicuramente quando ritorneremo a Firenze!

21/05/2025: After yesterday evening I can and must say that I no longer have any doubts in affirming that, if you want to eat a good Roman Pinsa in Florence, "Bianco Zero Zero" is definitely the right place! I thank so much the very nice and friendly girl who served us at the table for having convinced me to follow her advice to try the off-menu proposal, that is a Pinsa with chopped fresh tomato, buffalo mozzarella and lots of basil on top. I really devoured it in an instant because it was truly idyllic to the palate and beautiful to the sight. Thank you very much and compliments for the service and for the quality of the raw materials you offer. I fully recommend it.

04/05/2025: The place is nice but the service was absolutely disorganized. It took them a long time to come and order and bring us the cover, and at the table next to us they got the order wrong. On the other hand, the pizza arrived quickly and was very good.

30/06/2025: I don't usually write negative reviews but in this case I hope it helps us improve. We booked for a family dinner. The products were quite good but heavy overall. For example, my Marzamemi sandwich with caramelized onions, tuna and dried tomatoes was incredibly greasy (maybe the ingredients weren't drained enough!) I asked for some chips on the side and was told they had nachos (basically the ones in a bag and put in a bowl). The desserts were quite good but we struggled to finish them because they were cloying. The bill of 107 euros for 4 with a 20% The Fork discount so 26.75 per person seemed excessive to me especially because we weren't satisfied.

31/07/2025: Super experiencia! Pizza muy buena, buen ambiente, precio y calidad justos ( bien expuestos y sin sorpresas) personal muy gentil, en especial el dueño, una persona muy amable y atento. Seguramente regresaremos!

31/07/2025: Cibo eccellente! Pizza davvero buona, ingredienti di altissima qualità. Personale assolutamente adorabile. Molto generosi nell’accoglienza. OTTIMO rapporto qualità prezzo. Venendo da Milano dove gli standard sono alti e anche i prezzi, abbiamo apprezzato enormemente tutto!

19/04/2025: Wonderful, welcoming place, they make you feel at ease and are very friendly. The food is excellent, high-quality, and the tiramisu is indescribably delicious. I went there for my anniversary with my girlfriend, and I'll be back in the future for other events.

18/04/2025: Luogo intimo e curato in ogni particolare, piatti vegani 100% molto buoni e legati ai segni zodiacali, non semplice la scelta. Una delle titolari è stata a tratti un pò esuberante, ma in totale siamo state bene. Rapporto qualità/prezzo complessivo abbastanza onesto, potendo usufruire anche di uno sconto. Da tornare infrasettimanale con meno commensali.

12/08/2025: We had an absolutely incredible dining experience here! Every single dish was bursting with freshness and you could truly taste the love and care that went into preparing it. We enjoyed every single plate we ordered and each one felt like a little work of art. The owner is such a warm and kind-hearted woman, and it was inspiring to see her running the entire restaurant all by herself while still serving the most delicious food. Her passion and dedication shine through in every bite. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we only managed to take one single photo before diving into the rest, that’s how good it was! An absolute must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back! Grazie mille for the wonderful evening.
