06/09/2025: A total disaster! Pizza with flies on it, no table service, no appetizers, we had to buy and open the fries ourselves as if we were at a miserable picnic. Not even a napkin, zero attention, zero professionalism. An absolute disgrace, the worst place I've ever been to. The only decent thing: the Aperol was well made... but that's certainly not enough to save such a scandalous experience!

20/02/2025: Top, food with cheeses, fruit and meat all of their own excellent production. Excellent ice cream shop. Nursery complete with everything and on weekends you can have a picnic in their park and be outdoors. I go there many times and I really like it

19/08/2025: Terrible- stay away. This place should be named hostel. Staying there is as equal as putting mattress on a Florence walkway and sleep like this for the whole time. The worst ever place I stayed in so far. The towels hangers are right above the toilet so you can wipe the face. Mattress were so old that they have brown color .

13/08/2025: Exceptional ambiance, great staff who provided us with great tips for highlights and restaurants. Thank you so much for that! Located in the central transit zone, everyone should be aware that parking isn't available there all the time. Thanks for the tip about the parking garage for €15 per day! The hotspots are within easy walking distance of the hotel.

03/08/2025: Dangerous place if you go in hungry 🤣🤣 I 100% recommend this rotisserie. Super top for takeout. They always solve all your problems when you need lunch that isn't ready or you want a perfectly cooked roast chicken. I usually get chicken or meat skewers. But the first ones are absolutely mouth-watering. Then roast potatoes are excellent and tasty. Stuffed meatloaf "like nobody has made it." Reasonable prices and in line with the quality of the food. I haven't tried the schiacciata and bread yet. Very fast and professional staff if you ask for any filling or type of ingredient.

10/04/2025: Good food, unsmiling service with customers who are actually very detached. The environment perhaps needs to be brought back to normal prices.

24/08/2025: I've been going there for many years and always enjoy returning. They have a wide variety of pizzas, all delicious. The seafood and meat menu is excellent. The desserts are also delicious. The owners, as well as the staff, are kind and welcoming.

22/08/2025: A long-standing landmark in Florence. Excellent cuisine, a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere, and friendly and helpful staff. We always love returning!

30/08/2025: They charge you three bucks for tap water. I ordered pasta carbonara, and it had everything except carbonara. The pasta was harder than Ironman armor, and it looked like they'd dropped a peppercorn jar on the plate; it was as spicy as its cousin. The service was good, at least; the girl was very friendly. The best part of this restaurant experience was leaving and going to the ice cream shop next door, which is very good. I recommend it. If you can afford it, go here instead. Kind regards.

29/08/2025: Pizza not sliced. Very poor blat compared to what ingredients were seen in the menu. Wrong greater check at the final. Lasagna was good.

02/09/2025: The swimming pool is nothing to say clean and there is a beautiful greenery around the internal restaurant which should be used well in the sense of going there all day and having lunch and dinner I have to thank the lifeguards who very kindly helped me

30/08/2025: Good spot for a sunny day! We didn’t enter until 4:30pm and stayed until they closed at 6:30pm. We paid €11 each including a swim cap which you have to have. €7 entry after 3:30pm plus €4 for a swim cap

27/06/2025: FANTASTIC!! I was there one evening with some friends of mine and we ate very well, the staff was kind and professional, their toast was really excellent, and if I have to be honest the fries are much better than those at McDonald's, I recommend it!

12/08/2025: A wide selection of burgers, with the option to order different sizes and different ways to order (with bun or plated). However, I found the bread a bit disappointing and the fried foods too greasy.

28/07/2025: Found by chance, not disappointed. Very good burger, homemade fries. Very clean and beautiful restaurant (terrace). Recommended restaurant!

21/07/2025: I passed this pizzeria on my way and stopped by chance, joining the queue without a reservation. I was immediately given a table outside on the pleasant garden terrace. Plenty of staff served the large number of customers very friendly and quickly. The dishes were all very tasty and reasonably priced.

21/08/2025: Vi scrivo in diretta, sono arrivata a mangiare alle ore 21 e ancora ore 22 30 non hanno portato gli antipasti è una cosa inaccettabile .....peccato perché il posto è carino, ma di sicuro non lo consiglio. Peccato perché la pinsa era buona.

17/08/2025: A great place to relax, starting with the beautiful, clean pool and the surrounding atmosphere. The pinsas and spritzes we ordered were delicious... plus, the service was satisfactory... there are few places where they know how to treat their customers well, and this is one of them!!! I would definitely go back :) The entire staff is very kind.

06/08/2025: Le cadre de ce restaurant est sans conteste son atout principal : installé au pied d’une superbe coupole, il offre un décor enchanteur, notamment en terrasse au coucher du soleil. Le personnel est aimable et attentionné, bien que parfois un peu maladroit (oubli d’un verre de vin facturé, couteau inadapté pour la viande). Côté cuisine, les antipasti et primi piatti sont savoureux et généreux. En revanche, le célèbre steak à la florentine, bien que magnifiquement présenté, s’est révélé décevant tant par sa cuisson que par son accompagnement, un peu sec, surtout au vu du prix élevé (minimum 70 €). En somme, une jolie expérience, idéale pour un dîner en couple, mais qui ne figure pas parmi les meilleures adresses de Florence.

24/06/2025: Locale curato. Possibilità di cenare in dohor in piazza del cestello. Servizio molto curato. Eccellente cartella dei vini. Menu interessante. Ottime materie prime. Piatti ben curati e presentati. Consigliato.
