Our stop on the terrace was a pleasant break from the heat. The service was very good, but while the setting was lovely, the small Coke and the rather simple club sandwich didn't quite match the overall experience or the price.

We returned to Gucci Osteria for the second time, about a year and a half later, for my partner's birthday, and the menu was largely (or perhaps entirely, from memory) the same.
The amuse bouche was fun, yet unique in its flavors; the tortellini were a sure thing. My cut of Chianina beef wasn't the most satisfying, while the belly and scallop dish was decidedly excellent. The desserts were interesting.
Regarding dessert, I had asked for a candle for my partner when booking, but my request was ignored despite a few timid gestures from me to the waiter. It's unfortunate to have to make up for it elsewhere when choosing a Michelin-starred experience. If that hadn't been possible, it would have been enough to let me know when booking.

I visited for lunch with my daughter, selecting an à la carte dish each and sharing a dessert. The food was excellent and sometimes surprising. A trip to Modena is a must-try, as is the revisited rice pudding for dessert. The dessert's name plays on the affogato and tiramisu, but that's perhaps a bit misleading, as it's much more similar to the former. Very attentive service and a very pleasant atmosphere.

The restaurant's design is non-classical and very representative of Gucci's style, but a bit more sober and elegant than the clothing. Each table is well-positioned, there's plenty of space, and the service is quick, friendly, and fast, without having to wait a long time between courses like in many high-end restaurants.
The food is exceptional; the dishes remain Italian with influences, innovations, and the addition of Japanese elements. Innovation blends with the expected, creating a pleasant and innovative experience.
We spent €250 for two, not drinking wine, desserts, or coffee. We ordered two two-course menus à la carte, which was the minimum, and we ate very full because they bring you additional bread and appetizers. The bread is very good.
The only regret is not having tried the desserts.
For us, €250 is a lot for a meal, but we were very happy. And honestly, we left wanting to go back again.
It's certainly expensive compared to other restaurants in Florence, but compared to other places around the world where people spend this kind of money, I'd say it's hands down the winner.

Once you arrive, they welcome you with genius Maid welcome drink, and then everything else that you order next is amazingly made. There is a genius behind every cocktail and drink. You should go there. It’s also very elegant and fancy.

The food was superbly cooked, the ambiance a 10/10! The waiters were present, but aside from the brief explanation of the dishes, there wasn't much warmth. Otherwise, definitely worth a visit! We had the tasting menu with wine pairing, and I would recommend it to everyone.

Very underwhelmed which is disappointing as being a fan of Gucci when I came to Florence I thought I must try here.
There is not much choice in menu, a few options for starters and mains or a tasting menu. I was dining on my own and they did not adjust the portion sizes accordingly so I was getting bombarded with their bread courses! This meant I couldn’t finish main dishes.
The atmosphere was also pretty dead. Not light as portrayed in the pictures but quite dark and hardly anything Gucci in sight.

I'm really impressed with the charming setup so far! The flavors are intriguing, unique, and stand out. Although the prices might be a bit high for some, the experience feels special thanks to the lovely service.
We enjoyed the Cinta Senese smoked shoulder and 36-month-aged prosciutto crudo—delicious smoked pork shoulder, prosciutto crudo, and Campanina apple mustard. The Journey to Modena with tortellini stuffed with veal, pork, and Parmigiano Reggiano cream was delightful.
The Tiramisu? Absolutely innovative and delicious—really wow! We finished off with a complimentary foamy pumpkin, which was a nice touch but like “what!?”.
Overall, this place is definitely worth a try for its creative fusion of Italian and Asian flavors, all at a reasonable price for a Michelin 1-star restaurant.
