18/10/2025: A couple of weeks ago my husband and I were in Florence, we tried to find places that offered authentic Italian food, with products from the region and typical dishes of the place, the last night we arrived at this place where we were told that it was authentic Italian food and with products from the Tuscany region (I don't know if that's entirely true since we are not experts in Italian food), the thing is that my husband and I liked the food although it was the most expensive meal we ate in Florence it was also the one we liked the most, the treatment and attention were good and we had a nice evening.

12/10/2025: We went to this restaurant at the recommendation of our hotel. It was a very positive experience: excellent food, excellent wine, and above all, excellent service, thanks to the younger waiter with the goatee (sorry, we didn't even ask your name), who contributed a good 50% to the evening's success. The dessert tasting is highly recommended.

06/12/2025: We returned to this restaurant after years, during a leisurely tour of Florence, finding ourselves in the area for lunch. It's an intimate, informal, and not-so-touristy restaurant in the historic heart of Florence (Santa Croce). The menu is interesting, featuring typical Florentine cuisine, plus some themed dishes featuring seasonal ingredients (such as pumpkin and artichokes). We opted for the best: the Florentine steak, which we'd already tried at other restaurants in the city with mixed reviews. Well, this Florentine steak ticked all the boxes: it arrived after a little over 10 minutes (cooking time is regulated), rare, sliced, and with the bone about four inches thick, incredibly tender, juicy, and excellent! It was paired with a good Gallo Nero, which they serve both by the bottle and by the glass. The cellar isn't extensive, but the wines available are all excellent Tuscan wines. The service was very attentive, prompt, friendly, and unobtrusive: an increasingly rare type of service. The complimentary coffee and limoncello at the end were appreciated. The bill wasn't exactly cheap for what we ate, but I think it's normal for Florence. I stand by my previous review and recommend trying this bistro.

12/11/2025: We took up the lunch set at 💶 euro40 as per the tour guide suggestion. The set included spaghetti (small portion), red wine (unbranded), a slice of pizza, the beef, and tiramisu. The restaurant serve group tour dine in and we arrived in 3 large groups resulted shorthand from restaurant side thus no much service to offer, space constraints also a problem. 31/08/2025: The pizzas are super good and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. We ordered takeout and the service was very fast. I highly recommend it!

19/04/2025: Wonderful, welcoming place, they make you feel at ease and are very friendly. The food is excellent, high-quality, and the tiramisu is indescribably delicious. I went there for my anniversary with my girlfriend, and I'll be back in the future for other events.

18/04/2025: Luogo intimo e curato in ogni particolare, piatti vegani 100% molto buoni e legati ai segni zodiacali, non semplice la scelta. Una delle titolari è stata a tratti un pò esuberante, ma in totale siamo state bene. Rapporto qualità/prezzo complessivo abbastanza onesto, potendo usufruire anche di uno sconto. Da tornare infrasettimanale con meno commensali.

19/11/2025: I only had breakfast there, but the cakes were a sight to behold and delicious. The owner is kind, without being overbearing, and the place has a typically rustic Tuscan feel. A friend who frequents the place often assures me the food is good.

05/10/2025: A discreet and welcoming restaurant, with a garden where you can dine under an elegant pergola. The regional cuisine is rich in traditional dishes. The meat is excellent.

07/11/2025: Fantastic place, with friendly staff. That feeling of being at home in an exceptional setting.

10/10/2025: A quick lunch with stuffed schiacciata or cold dishes. Dessert, too: I really like their zuppa inglese.

12/11/2025: A very tasty pizzeria in Ponte agli Stolli. The dough is very good, the standard pizza is thin, but they also have Neapolitan dough. The fries were also excellent. The menu is varied, with a wide selection, the place is simple, and the staff is efficient. I recommend trying a pizza here.

24/10/2025: The wait staff were friendly but the food was mediocre. The polenta fries were tasty but my pizza with mozzarella and anchovies was undercooked, the cheese was not melted and when picked up, it dripped with liquid. The calzone was also wet inside, like the meat had been frozen or something. I wouldn't go back.

21/11/2025: Isn't there a 0-star rating option?! The pizzas aren't good because they use low-quality ingredients. The chicken and fries pizza arrives covered in mayonnaise, which isn't even mentioned on the menu. Furthermore, all the pizzas arrive lukewarm, which I presume is due to poor management. The owner is also quite unpleasant, almost unhelpful. Never again.

22/11/2025: My salad came with a bug, a bug right there in the middle of the salad, as if it were part of it, a stink bug! You're disgusting!

19/11/2025: We went to the I Gigli shopping center to buy some gifts for Christmas, it was dinner time and we stopped at the Dispensa Emilia restaurant for the first time. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with great kindness but at the same time with great professionalism, we were asked if we wanted to pay with the app or to go to the cashier to order the menu, after we sat down, as soon as we placed the order with the app we were served immediately with very good food and above all hot and very well-prepared dishes. Nice and very professional staff and above all interesting price. We will be back as soon as possible because we really had a great time. Thank you.

09/12/2025: We went to dinner on Saturday but unfortunately something went wrong with the starters, nothing to say but the pizza wasn't great and the service wasn't the best either but the place is worth it

08/12/2025: We celebrated my birthday and a friend's here. PROS: Nice atmosphere, a room reserved just for us, fairly quick service, and friendly and helpful waiters. CONS: A friend of mine and I had paid a €100 deposit (€50 each) to secure the room, with an agreed-upon price of €36 per person. There were about thirty of us. We were told that upon arrival, we would be refunded the difference of €14 each. When it came time to settle the bill, however, we were told that "I'll probably buy you some drinks, but I can't refund the money." I had to insist, and in the end, they refunded me the difference by deducting it from my boyfriend's payment—a rather unprofessional and dishonest approach. We also noticed that they didn't give my boyfriend €4 change, a detail that, in a context like this, shouldn't happen. The food was acceptable but not memorable. Coffee was included, but at 1:15 (closing time is 1:30), we were told they were closing and that if we wanted it, we had to go to the counter. Once there, they informed us they didn't make macchiatos or decafs because the machine had already been cleaned. This, too, isn't a sign of great customer service. It's a shame, because the atmosphere was pleasant, but the financial management and final organization left a bad impression.

25/11/2025: As soon as I called, while the operator was speaking to me, he was talking to other people, not at all friendly, complaining on the phone about the workload, with no concern for me being on the phone listening to his complaints. Finally, lastly, he told me it was inappropriate to bring me a pizza because I paid by card, and to call somewhere else! I'd already gotten the pizza from them, and it wasn't even bad, but friendliness and kindness come first!

21/08/2025: Vi scrivo in diretta, sono arrivata a mangiare alle ore 21 e ancora ore 22 30 non hanno portato gli antipasti è una cosa inaccettabile .....peccato perché il posto è carino, ma di sicuro non lo consiglio. Peccato perché la pinsa era buona.
