27/12/2024: You eat at this gastronomy surrounded by bottles of wine of all types and prices. Comfortable environment with not many tables. Friendly and familiar service, very homely in fact it feels like being at home. The cuisine is typical of the area and changes every day. The dishes being gastronomy must be chosen in the window. A must include the Livornese style chops, the best I've ever tasted and an impressive bread soup A particularly good chestnut cake that they have been making for 50 years

11/03/2025: Fairly cheap prices but unfortunately I had a negative experience. The Aperol spritz was very tasteless and was not accompanied by the typical pretzels as per Italian tradition, our request was ignored multiple times.

18/04/2025: On the occasion of an event, I had an aperitif with it. There wasn't much choice, but the first courses and crostini were very good. I'll be back.

09/04/2025: I gave 1 star because I can't give 0. When we arrived the sheets were dirty with hair and blood stains. There was a bit of dust, especially under the bed and inside the furniture (wardrobe etc..) Fortunately they have been changed. Rooms nice enough, in the bathroom hot water was practically impossible (it arrived after about 20 minutes after opening, it had to be allowed to flow). External noise could be heard a lot, especially in the bathroom (being on the ground floor) Quite nervous staff. Breakfast and location quite good. The nearby restaurant for dinner was a nightmare, we were sick after having dinner there. For the rest of the stay we ordered with Glovo and it was better that way. It was a nice experience with friends, too bad they complained about every little thing, as the walls were very thin you could hear everything. If they had treated us with less superiority I would have given the establishment a second chance.

07/04/2025: I organized my husband's 40th birthday party... we were around 40 people and we were offered an appetizer with croutons and a round of pizza plus drinks. We all had a great time, everything was very good and I also relied on them for the desserts which were exceptional, beautiful and good! Milvia was very kind and super helpful, given that the party was a surprise, she managed to keep up with the game!! All the guests were happy, the birthday boy was happy and I was also happy because I found valid support for the organization!

07/01/2025: I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon, and although it was practically empty, my experience was quite pleasant. The service was excellent; The staff was attentive, professional and always willing to answer any questions. As for the food, the lasagna was a notable standout, with authentic flavor and impeccable preparation, easily one of the best I've ever had. The pizza, although not that outstanding, was well made, with a crispy crust that will appeal to those who prefer that style. As for the prices, they are within the average range of other similar restaurants in the area. I can't say if it's expensive or not, but considering the quality of the food and service, I thought it was good value for money. Overall, it is a place that offers a solid dining experience, especially if you are looking for a calm atmosphere and good treatment from the staff.

17/03/2025: Un locale pieno di risorse. L'abbiamo conosciuto perché abbiamo depositato i bagagli per un giorno. Ci siamo stati a colazione e poi il pomeriggio per un aperitivo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo caffè, buona birra alla spina, solo cose positive. Prezzi onesti a 2 passi dal centro. Bravi!

16/02/2025: Bar molto carino e frequentato. Cappuccino ottimo e grande varietà di brioche, dolci fatti in casa (come brownie, torta di mele, sacher) e proposte salate come focaccine pizzette. Ve lo consiglio. Prezzi abbordabili, cappuccino 1,60€

14/04/2025: Found it by chance while I was looking for something to eat in the center of Florence, attracted by the beauty and decor of the place, it was an incredible discovery! The place is truly beautiful, with an atmosphere and lots of lovely details, the pastry shop and cafeteria are delicious and inviting and even the various first courses, appetizers, salads and bowls are delicious and of high quality! The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home, really recommended for everything!

22/04/2025: La location è bella, con un ampio giardino. Il cibo è buono. I camerieri sono gentili ma un po disattenti. Mi è arrivato il primo senza le posate. Dopo 5 minuti averle chieste, mi sono alzata personalmente a prenderle per evitare di mangiare il piatto freddo. Abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di vino, che non è mai arrivata (ma era presente sul conto). I piatti, sono ben curati e buoni (ma costano 25 euro a piatto). Ciò che più ci ha dato noia (il motivo delle sole 3 stelle) è pagare 3 piatti di pasta in bianco e 1 al pomodoro dei bambini ben 42 euro! Capisco il ricarico e i costi del ristorante ma così è approfittarsi del cliente.

15/02/2025: Sono stato ieri a cena presso Artegaia, il giorno di San Valentino, per festeggiare con la mia ragazza. Arrivati ci accoglie un posto molto bello, con una vista fantastica, quindi ci sediamo e aspettiamo. Dopo 15 minuti riusciamo ad ordinare, e riceviamo gli antipasti dopo mezz’ora circa. Io terra lei mare, al primo assaggio scopro che avevano scambiato tortino di pesce con quello di patate, quindi mi sono trovato pesce in un piatto di carne e viceversa😅. Inoltre in ogni caso in quello di terra mancavano porcini e in quello di mare fonduta (nessuno ci aveva detto che non ci sarebbero stati) ma abbiamo pagato i piatti a prezzo pieno. Una volta sparecchiato scopro di avere il bicchiere rotto, e avviso il cameriere che non se ne era manco accorto. Iniziamo a notare che tutta la sala non riceve piatti, servizio lento, poco attento, portano piatti e non ci sono le posate a tavola, in un posto dove la media di prezzo è 25 euro a piatto è follia. Insomma dopo un ora (Arrivati alle 20:00 a tavola/ i secondi arrivati alle 22:15) arrivano questi secondi molto buoni ma non ci hanno mai sparecchiato i piatti, e dopo due sigarette e esserci fatti passare la voglia di un dolce, che comunque non ci è stato proposto visto la situazione che anche per gli altri commensali si andava prolungando, abbiamo chiesto due caffè ancora con i piatti del secondo in tavola, e mi sono avvicinato alla cassa per pagare. Nel mentre abbiamo scherzato con altri commensali della situazione tragicomica della serata. è qui che succede l’incredibile. Mi viene inserito un piatto in più nello scontrino e poiché il cameriere non sa utilizzare il gestionale della cassa ho dovuto attendere 10 minuti pure per pagare perché lo chef era l’unico in grado di farmi stornare un piatto (26 euro) in più. Torno a tavola e attendo, continuando a ridere con persone a tavola che alle 22:30 hanno avuto il primo. Quando finalmente riusciamo a pagare scopro che abbiamo pure speso tanto 146 euro, ma ci vengono tolti 16 per l’inconveniente dell’antipasto e bicchiere. Una volta saliti in macchina eravamo sulla strada del ritorno e ci accorgiamo che non era stata stornata la tartare di tonno da 26 euro. Sono dovuto tornare indietro a richiederli. Peccato davvero, posto molto bello e materia prima di qualità, ma servizio fatto con i piedi e una lentezza tale che credo che anche gli altri commensali siano tornati a casa con l’amaro in bocca più che con il ricordo di una bella serata: Era San Valentino. P.S: Abbiamo richiesto il pane per finire gli antipasti e il cameriere più giovane è così alle prime armi che ci ha portato il pane e ci voleva sparecchiare gli antipasti.
