Amazing place!! They have delicious traditional zuccotto and the best pistachio ice cream i have ever had in Florence! Not too sugary, exactly the way it should be! Friendly smiling staff🔝🔝🔝

A warm welcome and friendly smiles from everyone (from the cashier to the barista) make you feel right at home. The desserts and ice cream are fabulous, and the coffee is perfectly served (accompanied by a glass of water). It's clear this place is very popular, given the large number of customers, but the service was quick and efficient. Our dog was welcomed with affection. Recommended!

We arrived at closing time and I couldn't see all the flavors in the 3 windows 😅 with the small cone only one flavor but mine was amazing... kefir honey and pecan I will go back

Always good and they are known for the famous Florentine Buontalenti flavour, it's a shame that years ago the ice cream was 1.5/2€ and now the minimum price is 3€
