02/03/2026: There's nowhere to sit or get coffee, but they have desserts – I mean, the sweet ladies who know their stuff have made really good, simple cakes with excellent creams. I'm not exaggerating, we really loved them. I even told my husband we shouldn't buy anything or sit down, but then we came all this way and thought we'd at least get something simple to take away, and wow, it was amazing!

26/02/2026: I want to go back to Florence just to visit this shop!! I went there every three days of my stay, except for Sundays when it was closed. 🥹 There was always a long line of locals, so I had to wait, but it was worth it. 💞 The schicciata della fiorentina I had on my birthday was the best cake I've ever had. The crostata, filled with a nutty mix, was just like my grandmother's homemade cake. 😭 I regret not going back to the airport to buy more pies. 😭😭 Thank you for creating such happy memories that will last a lifetime. I hope you'll continue to visit this place again. When you enter the shop, try saying hello in Italian first. It's a way to show respect to the owners of this small, cozy shop. 🤍 I've fallen in love with this shop so much that I hesitated to write a review because I didn't want it to become even more crowded with tourists. But I have no other way to express my love, so I'm writing this. 💟

The staff is extremely cheerful and spontaneous, without ever becoming intrusive. The food was excellent; we ordered some mixed platters and pizzas. The cured meats and cured meats were excellent, as were the cheeses. The pizzas were excellent, light and with balanced toppings. A little treat: freshly sliced ​​French fries (a rarity these days). The value for money was more than satisfactory. A definitely positive experience. I highly recommend it.

03/01/2026: Highly recommended for lunch near the Strozzi Palace and the Uffizi Gallery. Excellent pasta, good service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Home-style, family-run food. The tagliatelle with pesto was wonderful, and the gnocchi with tomato sauce was also very good. We didn't take pictures of the main courses, but we thoroughly enjoyed them. Prices are typical for the area; not cheap, but not expensive either. Perhaps the best value for money we found in our four days in Florence. I had an appetizer and a first course, and my husband had a first and second course. The dishes are carefully prepared, the staff is very friendly, we had a great time, and we finished with a delicious dessert.
