17/10/2025: Complete experience 🍕, just steps from the Uffizi, elegant yet informal atmosphere. Seated on the terrace overlooking Piazza della Signoria: a magical atmosphere at sunset. The staff was attentive and never intrusive, with perfect service times. We chose a Tuscan appetizer, followed by tagliatelle with ragù and house lasagna: everything balanced in flavor. The wine list was well-thought out: the recommended Chianti paired perfectly with the dishes. Excellent homemade desserts (tiramisu and cheesecake) and the price was reasonable for the location.

25/09/2025: The most delicious pizza I've ever had is here. The guy who handles it is incredibly positive and friendly. You should definitely try it, even if it's just for a quick bite.

16/10/2025: Do not hesitate. Book the reservation. We are at two Michelin restaurants on our trip and B.O.r.G.O. Was better than everything else we had. Gabriele was a fantastic host and chef. I will be recommending this restaurant to anyone I know going to Florence.

22/10/2025: It's close to the square, and I visited on a rainy day, but the atmosphere was great. We visited many places during our three days in Florence, but this place was perfect for my wife and me in terms of both taste and service. The servers were friendly and approachable, so we had no issues. The risotto and lasagna were both excellent. The lasagna wasn't the type Koreans are familiar with, with lots of noodles and sauce, but rather a meaty, rich flavor.

11/10/2025: We came for breakfast, and it was very good. If you're looking for a hotel breakfast at a reasonable price, this is the place.

10/10/2025: Stopped for drinks. Service was hot garbage. Ordered an Aperol Spritz and a Moscato. No Moscato so server brings the other house wine which was supposed to be a sweet wine. Was like a bad liqueur. Spritz had no Spritz!! Lol. No snack offered with our drinks during snack and drink hours. Will not go back which is too bad cause the food looks amazing.

30/09/2025: A simple but welcoming place where they make excellent fresh pasta with generous portions. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely be back. Recommended. Ample parking is available 4 minutes away if you're not nearby.

20/10/2025: I hadn't had good experiences with service in Italy, but this place was a huge relief, especially in that regard: the waiters were super friendly, willing to help, and even though they didn't speak fluent Spanish, they made an effort to understand us. That's where my experience started off well. We were greeted with tostones (fried plantains) and a glass of champagne 🥂 We had better service anywhere 🥰 The food: delicious! We tried octopus on a bed of potatoes as a starter: delicious! The octopus was super soft and delicious. We also had a pizza with prosciutto 🤤 This place is more than just a restaurant, it's a balm in the middle of a trip.

03/09/2025: What can I say except that we have one of the best restaurants "of all time" here! The produce is fresh, the staff is very friendly, the dining room is simple and unpretentious, and above all, the cooking is incredibly masterful. The truffle pasta is sublime, and the beef tagliata with Parmesan and arugula is to die for! As for the wine list, it offers some truly wonderful dishes! There's no doubt we'll be dining here again when we return to Florence.

06/10/2025: We went there twice in a row and were fortunately able to make a reservation for four people at short notice. Reservations are definitely recommended. We found the welcome and service very pleasant. The ambiance in the old, but beautifully renovated house also appealed to us. The dishes were all delicious, with generous portion sizes. We enjoyed the pasta, pizza, salad, meat, and desserts, all of which were very tasty and beautifully presented. The prices were excellent for the quality! We would eat there again in a heartbeat!

16/10/2025: A wide variety of food makes it hard to choose, as everything is tempting. The cornetos are exquisite, with a dough that seems to be made of butter. The cafeteria is also very good and delicious. The place has beautiful decor, and last but not least, the service is excellent; they're friendly and don't rush you. I would definitely return on my next visit to Florence.

13/10/2025: A spectacular restaurant serving great steaks. Great service in a small place with a great atmosphere. While we were there they turned away loads of people so booking a table is a must. If you go to Florence, go here. It’s a must.
