12/08/2024: Superb experience. We opted for the bistecca alla fiorentina with accompaniments. The meat was very well cooked. The recommended wine was very good and quite inexpensive (28€). The boss was very nice! Great experience!

16/08/2024: Stylish, trendy vibe. We had a light but exceptional lunch as we needed to promptly get to the Galleria dell’Accademia. We ordered the Bruchetta and Hamburger with mushrooms and lard. Both were fresh and delicious. The only thing missing from the bruschetta was a bit of garlic and salt otherwise excellent.

14/08/2024: Good service and an excellent welcome, we had some very good ravioli with beef ragù and a truly delicious Florentine “Chianina” steak. Our friendly and polite waiter responded to our needs excellently! We had a great time and even our little dog who accompanied us was at ease with the nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Recommended, we will be back

03/09/2024: They were closing in 30 minutes and Arlond (not sure how to spell) still sat us and even offered dessert he was quick and efficient. Gave us some limoncello of course. The filet with berry sauce was incredible, perfectly cooked medium rare wonderful char on the outside. It had this musky earthy flavor that was unique but very tasty. The torteloni with pear and pecorino was so balanced with salt and sweet and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The Caesar salad was unbelievable the bread crumbs were soft and soaked up the perfect Caesar dressing and it was dressed perfectly. The music and atmosphere were perfect for dinner we can’t wait to come back.

21/08/2024: Never wrote a review about a place before however i had to write one! We came across this bakery/pastry where we were amazed by how friendly the staff were (all of them) and also the prices were very affordable. We were already pleasantly surprised without tasting anything, when we did we tasted the best pastry we ever had, the pistachio filling in the croissants and everything was top notch! We had to go for seconds and the rest of our stay in florence we went there everyday for our breakfast. We even woke up at 6:00 to go there before the airport. Just wanted to recommend this place to everyone since we are portuguese and know what is a good pastry place!

21/08/2024: Wonderful cafe in Firenze frequented by locals. Wide variety of options as well as good coffee. The staff are wonderful and friendly offering great service. The price is incredible for 4 coffee’s and 3 croissants the price was 11€. Grazie!

14/08/2024: A good restaurant, very well located, next to the Duomo and decorated with great taste. The service is wonderful as well as the food and wines. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with music on vinyl that is played from outside and sets the mood for both the street when walking and the interior. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

30/07/2024: Everything is excellent, the prices are excellent if you go alone or with a few people but if you decide to go in 5/6 people they start to be slightly high, if you take into account the fact that we are in the center of Florence the costs are actually excellent too , for me it is highly recommended, I don't know if you can frequent it often because the costs are still quite high but not too much but the stuff is excellent, the service too, the place is exotic, very beautiful, I recommend it. I don't give 5 stars just because a place like this deserves a lot and I would like it to continue to improve because it can give a lot

12/08/2024: In Florence, I got super lucky in that Santa Elisabetta was a 5 min walk from my hotel, and that they had reservations available the next day for lunch, so I booked a table for one. The restaurant is located in a tiny space (just 6 tables) within a 13th century stone tower. There was only one other person in the restaurant during the entire duration of my meal - which meant that both my server and the 'overall server' were pretty focused on us the entire time. My server even escorted me up to the restaurant once I arrived at the location. I don't mean to sound too hyperbolic, but it feels like I ascended to a higher plane of existence when it comes to dining. I ordered the Carte Blanche option, which was a 3 course tasting menu of whatever the chef chose from the main dishes. The meal consisted of 7 separate sections, each with their specific parts. Firstly, it started with an amuse bouche, which consisted of 5 separate small dishes - there was chicken liver, prawn, oysters, and so on. It was in this very first meal that I realized I was going to have a meal that far exceeded the quality of anything that I've had before. Next, the bread came out, and this bread was just astounding. I was seeing types of bread I've never seen before. My favorite part of this was what looks like the focaccia, with lardo on top. The first main course was raw red prawns and caviar. It was my first time trying caviar, which I absolutely loved Next came what might be the best food I've had in my life - a spaghetti made with 3 different types of algae butter, and sea urchins. I can't even describe how good this pasta was - from the noodles, to the meat, to the natural, earthy flavors Before dessert, there was a mood cleanser of hibiscus tea and chocolate mousse. Dessert consisted of yogurt froth, kiwi, and namaleka, and was so good it exceeded a melt-in-your-mouth feeling. I thought I was done at this point, but they brought out another set of 5 smaller pastries - compliments of the pastry chef. These included a pistachio cream lollipop, french biscuits, madeleine, and more The cost of the Carte Blanche that I ordered was 159 euros, and I also got a glass of champagne for 25 euros I spent over 2 hours at this restaurant - way longer than I thought it would actually be. Like I said, this was my first fine dining experience of any kind, so I really had no idea what to expect. I was absolutely blown away by this experience and consider it to be 100% worth the money. For me - this felt like every single part of this experience was perfect. Everything I ate here was a massive step above any food I've had in the past. The quality is unreal. The variety is unparalleled. There are ingredients used here that I've never seen before - and stuff I didn't even know was edible. The amount of different food I got to try was like nothing I've experienced before. I left the restaurant incredibly full and completely satisfied Overall, this is an all-time experience. 10/10

22/06/2024: Lovely little restaurant with about 6 tables only. Beautifully fresh ingredients, elevated cooking with a homemade feel. Chef is gluten free so there’s handmade buckwheat & linseed bread, and great gf pasta including stuffed, which we gf peeps rarely get! Simple, sweet and always good. Highly recommend!

09/07/2024: Scrivo questa recensione appositamente per difendere il lavoro degli instancabili Valerio,Carla,Chef Gianluca e Giovanni,sono cliente da 12 anni ed è in assoluto il mio ristorante preferito. Non c'è assolutamente un altro ristorante che offre qualità,quantità,allegria e ottimo servizio come questo.Da Fiorenza ti senti a casa,coccolato e viziato da tutte le fantastiche portate di Chef Gianluca,non esiste e dico non esiste proprio che qualcuno possa dire che il cibo è immangiabile,bisogna portare rispetto al duro lavoro che fanno queste persone,da sempre il titolare Valerio va tutte le mattine al Mercato per scegliere da solo i prodotti di qualità,prodotti particolari che non trovi da altre parti,la passione di queste persone è qualcosa di straordinario e non mi va che venga insultato il loro lavoro dal primo arrivato che non capisce nulla di ristorazione.I giovani di oggi dovrebbero imparare da queste persone,persone dedite al lavoro e al sacrificio dato dalla loro passione.
