04/05/2026: A wonderful bar in Florence. Everything was perfect. Friendly waiter (special mention to the one with the Viking-style haircut). Delicious cocktails for the price. Sunny terrace. We came three days in a row.
03/05/2026: I came here for the first time and ordered the truffle macaroni. I was blown away. The pasta sauce was creamy and tasted amazing with a sprinkle of Parmesan. The service was great and the waiters were super nice. I would definitely come back again and order the same thing.

08/01/2026: We found everything excellent: the warm welcome, the excellent food (the pici with "Medici" ragù were superb), the beautiful dining room. We definitely recommend it to anyone passing through Greve.
08/01/2026: The atmosphere was refined and the staff were very helpful and professional, ready to answer any of our questions.
We ordered a terrine of liver with vin santo (a dish prepared exclusively for this Christmas season), which was superb.
Afterwards, we continued with pasta with pecorino and truffle, and pappardelle with wild boar, both mouth-watering. All washed down with an excellent bottle of Chianti Classico.
The price was reasonable for the quality and the location.
Highly recommended.

13/01/2026: Fantastic pasta-making course at Ristorante Rosso Crudo! The class was fun, well organized, and very hands-on. The teacher was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through making fresh pasta from scratch and sharing great tips along the way. Everything was explained clearly, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxed. Eating the pasta at the end however was not good as during the making of the pasta pepole were rubbing there noses and coughing in to their hands. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Italian food or wants a unique experience.

15/04/2026: Avoid the tasting menu, is overpriced. We had "the sea" menu and not a single one of the dishes tasted good, in fact they had no taste at all. For the price they cost, is terrible. Also avoid the pairing wine is just equally terrible. Cheap wines that were open for a while. Overall, just NOT worth the money.
On top of that, we were seated in the worst table, and the lights are so dim that is hard to see. We saw some people using their phone's flashlights ro see the menu XD.
15/04/2026: This restaurant is a huge disappointment. The food is not ok, definitely overcharged. The hot plates are tepid and the taste is… there is not much taste. The risotto ball from the seafood menu has a very appealing “Volcano and Lava” look, but it has a very hard and firm exterior instead of crispy and crunchy. Not mentioning the spaghetti with no salt, and the ice-cream filled with ice pieces.
What really makes me very uncomfortable is that: we were the first guests arrived that night WITH a reservation. However, a waitress seated us in the worst spot - very tight space between two doors, one leads to the kitchen and toilet, and the other one to another dinning room. This means, people (waiters and other guests) continuously and super closely passing us every 5 seconds through the whole dinner time, bringing the breeze and the tiny “earthquake“ (thanks to the loosen floor). What makes this worse: Another group (also 3 people) came right AFTER us, was seated by the window with a street view and with a romantically decorated leafy wall. The same waitress, during our first plate, came to the table and asked if she could already take the plates away… (Everyone’s plate was just half finished, we sent no signs of finishing with the cutlery…) It seemed that she really wanted us to finish quickly and kicked us out of there…
Therefore, if you still want to try with this restaurant, I would recommend to walk-in directly and say no to this awfully located table and their seafood menu. We understand that Florence is extremely touristic, but this was literally the only bad dinning experience we had there.

27/02/2026: Marvellously delicious food, unbelievably good pasta, fresh, al dente, made at the restaurant, with phenomenal wild boar ragu. A soup that gives the vibe of being at home. Friendly service. Also a good spot to have a quiet time sheltering from the bustling streets. 100% recommended

The server was friendly, and it was nice to be able to enjoy a light Tuscan-style antipasto😊
Actually, except for one family who came in just before we left, we were the only ones there the entire time. After sitting by the window and analyzing(?) it, I think their marketing was weak. Many people looked at the menu posted in front of them and then just walked past. As I was leaving, I noticed the menu didn't really catch my eye.
They don't really try to solicit customers, but that's a plus.

05/05/2026: Family-run restaurant. We had appetizers and first courses. The tagliatelle with duck ragù and the tagliatelle with ragù were excellent. The pici all'aglione were a bit disappointing, but that doesn't mean I won't return, especially for the second courses. The desserts are exquisite!

As a food enthusiast and frequenter of restaurants, and speaking from colleague to colleague, DURING THE MANY TIMES I'VE BEEN YOUR GUEST, I'VE ALWAYS APPRECIATED YOUR TYPICAL TUSCAN/LOCAL CUISINE, starting with the varied appetizers, tagliolini with truffle, and finishing with the succulent Bistecca e Tenderloin.
