16/04/2025: At dinner with friends, (5) had 8 dishes, 3 starters, 3 first courses and 2 second courses. The starters were good, the first ones were tagliolini with cuttlefish ink "without infamy and without praise", the pici with crab and chopped pistachios, totally tasteless, the other first course was very good. For seconds I expected better especially the "Amerini fry". Price, the price/quality ratio is too high.

22/03/2025: Friendly and informal atmosphere, kind staff. I went there to eat a first course and side dishes; they prepare fresh pasta in different variations, the ingredients are of excellent quality, the bread is exquisite, the grilled vegetables, what can I say, special. They are young guys who really put their heart into their work: I recommend it for breakfast and lunch both to those who work in the area and to tourists.

05/10/2024: LOCATION voto 8: bel ristorante, ricavato da un edificio medievale e immerso nelle colline toscane. MENU voto 6: la cucina è più per gli stranieri e i piatti non soddisfanno le aspettative del posto. Come alternativa vegetariana ci sono state servite delle penne al pomodoro completamente scotte. SERVIZIO voto 7: più lenti che veloci. Personale gentile. CONTO voto 5: per i piatti proposti i prezzi sono alti.

20/09/2024: The setting is incredible—a very short drive from Firenze and feels like another world entirely. The service was impeccable and the food was the best we’ve had on our vacation. This is everything I was hoping for and more—a perfect night.

27/04/2025: Terrible food. It's the typical tourist spot that takes advantage of its location. It's true that you can eat with the best views of the cathedral, but the food is terrible (it's very hard for a hamburger to be bad). They also charge service per person and €6.50 for a bottle of water. A real rip-off.

27/04/2025: The place has beautiful views, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. The burger is worse than what you'd expect from an airplane catering service. The price is outrageous. For a drink with an incredible view, I suppose it's fine, but for the same price, you can eat much better at any restaurant in the area.

26/03/2025: Teatro del Sale is the real highlight of a class trip I took with ISI Florence. The vibe here was so unique—part restaurant, part cultural hub. We had a delicious appetizer platter with fresh homemade bread, accompanied by prosecco to toast to the experience. It was the perfect balance of food, community, and creativity all wrapped into one. You really feel like you're a part of something special. If you're looking to step away from the tourist crowds and dive into Florence’s authentic side, Sant’Ambrogio Neighborhood is where you’ll find it. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave.

26/03/2025: This was an amazing experience! We got a guided tour through Sant'Ambrogio and go to see places we now will be returning to! We started walking to Cibero Caffe, which was absolutely delicious with a warm and welcoming environment. We then headed over to the market where we tried fresh produce and walked around learning about all the different vendors. Finally we went to Teatro Del Sale, which was our classes favorite part. We learned all about the history of the theater and watched the chefs cook in the glass window kitchen! We had a tasting with our class and everything we ate was delicious! We will definitely be returning.

28/01/2025: A disaster, more than an hour in line to pick up a pizza that was ordered, unprofessional!!!!

14/01/2025: Pizzeria topchik. Very thin dough, airy crust and divine filling. I highly recommend stopping by. Small pizza is not so small. If you are not very hungry, it will be enough for 2 of them, if you are hungry, take a large one.

23/12/2024: I had lunch with friends from Montespertoli, an amazing place, a beautiful welcoming structure, a kind owner and great professionalism like all the staff, discreet but always ready to meet the customers' needs. Then the food served of excellent quality. What to add to the excellence, well done, really well done.
