16/11/2025: A tiny little osteria. This season, there's only 14 seats inside in a bright space, and Francesca and Alice are attentive, efficient, and smiling, serving both humans and animals. The varied menu features traditional Tuscan fare, starting with an entrée offering pappa al pomodoro in the form of a small tartare. There were six of us, and we chose and exchanged the various dishes, all tasty and traditional, with a focus on vegetarians.
€40 per person, including a Montalcino red, water, coffee, cheesecake, and a pear in wine.
We'll definitely return, perhaps in the warmer months, when they can seat at least twenty more.

08/12/2025: Discovered this wonderful place through a cooking class there. Had absolutely one of the best experiences with chef Kevin and his brother Ani. Very pleasant and courteous and knowledgeable about the food. You can tell how passionate they are about the food and how much they care about how it's made and tastes, and it tasted amazing! Anytime I will be in Florence I will make it a point to come back.
02/12/2025: It's one of those places you have to try over and over again to keep the flavors of the dishes on your palate.
The owner is also friendly and extremely kind.

10/12/2025: On the menu, in the pizza section, they only have jumbo pizzas: the regular ones, even if they do make them, aren't listed; there are only price ranges.
The young waiter couldn't tell us what the regular pizzas were, or how much they cost, specifically.
The draft beer is only "medium," who knows why... 😉
The quality of the (jumbo) pizza is medium-low, in our opinion.
The service is haphazard and distracted, and we waited for our order.
For fans of jumbo pizzas, American-style.
Not recommended for everyone else.
28/11/2025: A historic pizzeria, a branch of the historic Trattoria Il Cigno. They serve good pizza and are famous for their puzzone, a large pizza with multiple toppings that can be shared by several people. It's a shame they've eliminated the 1-liter beer mug...half a point less.

17/12/2025: Simply fantastic experience! This restaurant is a real discovery, and the pinza is undoubtedly the best I've ever had. Super light dough, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, top-quality ingredients, and perfect flavor combinations. You can taste the care and passion in every bite. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere complete the picture. I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!
16/11/2025: I went on my first day in Florence, and I loved it! That's why I went back later 😄. The tweezers were exquisite, and they also have very good local wines and cocktails. It's a place with a great vibe, with regulars who all know each other and greet one another. The owner is super friendly, and the decor is very welcoming. I recommend it 1000%!

11/09/2025: We are drinking at this bar at the moment. Found it yesterday and decided to come back again. A local bar, very relaxed, good cocktails.. But, the best thing about this place is the vibe. If you're looking for an authentic urban life, I recommend you visit Fermino. This is a place every town needs to have.

11/10/2025: We celebrated my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. Even though we chose a simple dinner, they took great care in everything, from the table settings to the customization of the menus to the beautiful cake.
The service was top-notch, very helpful and kind.
The food was a guarantee.
The cold cuts were of excellent quality, the two excellent first courses and one tagliata was really good.
I recommend it.

02/12/2025: Very expensive and really not good... The bread wasn't fresh, and the salad in my €18 club sandwich was rotten!! I didn't even eat it, it was so bad!! Seriously!!
The glasses of wine at €8 and €10 were also overpriced for an ordinary wine... A very bad experience and very disappointed. It's very rare that I don't eat what I'm served in a restaurant.
I never leave reviews on social media, but I couldn't let this go. Avoid this place at all costs 😨😨
