09/02/2026: Excellent experience. Delicious, plentiful dishes, excellent quality. My wife and I had two Tuscan appetizers, Florentine-style tripe with beans all'uccelletto, and grilled sausages with roast potatoes. Two tiramisu and two coffees. Everything was delicious, the staff was kind and attentive, and the service was fast. Highly recommended.

13/10/2025: Wonderful venue, dinner with a show... or enjoy a show with your favorite drink in hand... The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, considering they're all volunteers. It's a new concept that seems to work well. Even if you come alone, you can easily sit at a shared table and meet new people, not only to socialize with but also to enjoy a pleasant show. If you make going there a habit, you'll always get a variety of quality shows.

02/03/2026: We were on our way home from Florence and stopped at this pizzeria after noticing they had vegan pizzas. What a wonderful discovery! Delicious pizzas, very reasonable prices, lots of unique vegan options, friendly and helpful staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and a beautiful location. What more could you ask for?

15/02/2026: I went to Carta Bianca for Valentine's Day with my girlfriend, both nineteen, and I believe the average age of the customers was the main criterion for assigning us a table... because more than a table, it was an emergency station in the bar's corridor. Instead of sitting in the restaurant, they basically parked us in a dark corner, without lights, with a privileged view of the waiters passing by and the bar counter. The atmosphere was as romantic as a bus stop at 11 PM. The best part, however, came with the pizzas: charred on the outside and sad on the inside. They looked like they'd emerged from a carbon archaeology experiment. Cutting them was difficult, eating them even more so. The service was rushed, zero attention, and the general feeling of being there just to fill an empty space. Valentine's Day was supposed to be a romantic dinner, but it turned into an episode of MasterChef survival mode. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but between the corridor table and the black pizzas, I'd say it's an experience not to be repeated. ⭐️ one star, and I was generous because at least the exit was lit.

02/02/2026: Great cooking class! We had a lot of fun and made delicious pasta. Our teacher Solomon was very encouraging and answered all our (many) questions in detail. At the end, we were provided the recipes to make at home!

01/02/2026: The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly kind and always available. The food is truly delicious and authentic, with dishes that perfectly reflect Milanese tradition. The prices are affordable and excellent value. A place we'll happily return to!

21/01/2026: Wonderful hidden gem in Florence! We were the only guests tonight, and the atmosphere was calm and romantic. The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. Plus, they have parking, which is a huge bonus. Definitely worth a visit!

27/10/2025: A real discovery! We spent two wonderful evenings. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable, always with a smile, by Maurizio Giuliana, the other lady (who didn't tell us her name but has an 18-year-old son), and the truly expert chef. Speaking of the food: everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. In particular, the Florentine steak is unforgettable. You can see the passion in every detail. Congratulations, we will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Although you won't easily forget us for the pleasant confusion we shared, we made a promise to return and hope we will. 16/09/2025: This is maybe even the best restaurant i have ever been to. Quality is 10/10, food + desert the best around Florence. Truffle pasta, steak, peach desert and semifreddo have really been amazing and i really can't recommend this place enough. Super nice staff, location, vibe + you can buy really good wine for a great price. We will br bqck for sure 😍😍😍😍
