27/07/2025: A typical Italian pizzeria! Visited on a Saturday evening and it was packed with locals. It was quite busy, so reservations are recommended. There's a wide selection of pizzas and pastas. I've tried all the pizzas, and they're excellent. The prices are very reasonable, and pizzas range from €5 for a margarita to €10. I would definitely go back.

12/07/2025: We went to the Circolo ARCI Palazzolo I'Pallaio for a quiet family dinner and were truly satisfied. The atmosphere is simple, authentic, and welcoming, perfect for those seeking a relaxed and authentic atmosphere. We ordered pizzas, and they were a delightful surprise: light and well-cooked dough, quality ingredients, and tasty combinations. Truly excellent, one of the best pizzas in the area! The menu also offers traditional Tuscan dishes, with generous portions and home-made flavors. The staff was friendly and helpful, helping make the evening even more enjoyable. Fair prices, a friendly atmosphere, and quality: a perfect place for a family evening. We'll definitely be back!

03/08/2025: A very pleasant restaurant that we highly recommend. The dishes are delicious (special mention for the gnocchi) and the staff are welcoming. We really enjoyed our time there and will be back soon.

05/09/2025: Prices are between 8-15 Euros, if you can find a place, I recommend sitting in the outside seating areas because they also cook pork and it has a very disturbing smell, it is not possible to sit inside, we ordered margaritas and it was very tasty but tartufo was a complete disappointment, the pork ones were mentioned on the menu,

11/08/2025: 5 stars all around! from the first day I emailed the hotel about making sure both my rooms were adjoining, the staff was on the ball. even after getting my Reward upgrade they still made sure the rooms were adjoining. We walked from the train station to the hotel and the staff saw us coming down the street with luggage, they did not walk, they ran to us to help. It was an Unbelievable welcoming and it did not stop then.... (Tip Get a cab the walk its not as easy as it looks) The front desk staff was incredible, they even walked us to the room. The room was spotless with and endless amount of amenities including a gift of lemon biscotti... We unfortunately only stayed one night as we are now heading to Rome. The one night stay did not make a difference. We were treated like Royalty. Hallways are so wide rooms are beautiful and spacious staff is 5 star Location is perfect View is top notch I want to sincerely thank Every one of the staff for making my family feel special on our first trip to Florence

09/08/2025: I celebrated my birthday at this rooftop, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff were so kind and professional, and they even surprised us, which made the day extra special. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly educated and well-mannered team — 1000% yes from me! Can’t wait to come back.

22/08/2025: First of all, it's so stuffy. It's so stuffy because there's only one air conditioner. The Mexican food doesn't come on even after a while. If you do this, it won't work. It's too slow. The table shakes a lot.

26/08/2025: The carbonara spaghetti felt more like scrambled eggs than a real carbonara. Honestly and the pizza was just average. the price didn’t match what we got, Sorry I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but it wasn’t worth it.

23/08/2025: Don't go, the most expensive bottle of water of my life, 7 euros for a 500ml bottle of natural water is a complete rip-off, and I won't tell you about the other prices, I went in August when there were more people, I don't know if they always have those prices, but really don't waste your money and go somewhere else

30/07/2025: The pizza was great! I had a calzone very good. Don’t order the wine…undrinkable..they only have a house wine, so you would figure it has turnover…it was terrible, probably open for a week the way it tasted. Then they over charged, 2€ each for service charge then charged 2.5 € for tap water…upon leaving after paying…and really I know we should have paid attention…also realized they charged twice for one beer, which my husband ordered because the wine was so bad. Order a pizza and a coke then you won’t go wrong.

14/08/2025: A nice place to stay cool and eat well. We had the schiacciata con ham (a type of flatbread) which was really good, along with the delicious desserts. The price was more than reasonable. I recommend arriving early; we arrived around 1:00 PM. There wasn't much schiacciata left, but there was still plenty of food, as well as the pizza, which looked really good.

13/08/2025: What a shame! After an hour and a half's walk from Vallombrosa, we arrived at 12:15 PM and the salty food was already sold out. I recommend it for a hearty breakfast, but I wouldn't recommend stopping for lunch.

10/08/2025: When you get a pizza with mushrooms from a tin in Italy, you know what it's like... it looked nice and cozy, but we were constantly sitting in the hot air of the pizza oven.
