18/04/2025: Locale molto accogliente. Non troppi tavoli. Molto pulito e ben tenuto. La Signora che ci ha servito assai gentile e disponibile. Piatti curati molto buoni. Ottimi gli ingredienti. Voglio tornarci per sentire il resto.

24/04/2025: We zijn hier gekomen op aanraden van vrienden. Het was helaas geen goede ervaring. Bij aankomst werden we ontvangen door een ongeïnteresseerde hostess. Na een kwartiertje wachten op onze op vooraf gereserveerde tafel, werden we begeleid naar een tafel jn de verste hoek van het restaurant. Het stonk er naar wc. Ook de mensen rondom ons klaagden over de geur. Na tweemaal gevraagd te hebben, kregen we een andere tafel. Het eten was van middelmatige kwaliteit en de wijn leek ons te duur geprijsd te zijn. De service was toen wel correct. Deze plek lijkt eerder jonge amerikanen aan te trekken omwille van de celebrities die deze plek vele jaren geleden hebben bezocht. De vele foto’s aan de muren getuigen hiervan. Alle andere restaurants die we bezochten in Firenze boden meer waarde voor ons geld.

09/04/2025: For now I have only tried the pizzas and they are truly fantastic. A perfect dough, thickness, flavor and cooking. While eating I saw many good things to try. Salvatore was professional, friendly and courteous.

06/04/2025: Appena finito un pranzo domenicale fantastico in compagnia dei miei amici al ristorante pizzeria Firenzenova. L’ambiente è elegante e rilassato, perfetto per un pranzo tranquillo, con un arredamento raffinato ma mai troppo formale. Il menu offre una vasta scelta di piatti, dal pesce fresco a opzioni di carne, vegetariane e senza glutine, tutte preparate con ingredienti di alta qualità e una presentazione impeccabile. Inoltre, lo stuff ci ha accolto con un aperitivo offerto, un gesto che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Non posso che consigliare di fare una visita a Firenzenova per pranzo o cena!

27/04/2025: Magnificent place. Truly kind, competent and professional attendants. They gave us the larger room because they thought it was a personal event and or in any case out of niceness; the most welcome gesture, the tower, in a dream room. Well-stocked and good breakfast, also attentive to requested needs, fulfilled where possible at no cost. An experience to repeat, congratulations!

WONDERFUL place, kind and helpful staff, excellent food with fair prices, I had dinner listening to music chosen by me, what more could you want??? I'll wait for you in Turin...

03/05/2025: We drank 4 bottles in company recommended by Claudio from Casa del Vino. He accompanied us in the choice starting from a light wine up to a bottle of Barbera. With the wine we ate some crostini, prepared at the moment, good combination. For those looking for a good historic place with Florentine origins and an excellent quality-price ratio, Casa del Vino is for you.

20/04/2025: Looks like a beautiful place, but was disappointed by the service not friendly at all. However the worst part was the unisex bathroom which consists of a squat toilet only and is situated directly off the area where they prepare the food and slice the meats. Not for me thank you.

21/04/2025: ¡Sándwiches sin gluten realmente deliciosos! El pan sin gluten es realmente sabroso y los rellenos son deliciosos. Un sándwich enorme y precios justos. Solo una pequeña queja sería el tiempo de espera... Esperé 15 minutos en la calle después de ordenar. Un poco bien, el sándwich valió la pena esperar.

20/04/2025: Una buona schiacciata, vengono offerte diverse soluzioni. Si può scegliere diverse soluzioni che possono accontentare i palati di tutti. Hanno un ottima birra artigianale e la schiacciata con lardo di colonnata, pecorino, rucola e miele è fantastica. Essendo un po' piccolo si mangia un po' "vicini".

09/03/2025: Large, modern and welcoming pastry bar. Excellent coffee and cappuccino. Good pastry shop. The only flaw, the savory ones. If you like a savory breakfast this is not the place for you. Very salty flatbreads with very salty cold cuts prepared without care. It's a shame because the rest is very pleasant.

13/02/2025: The ramen is excellent, the broth delicious, mouth-watering. Good appetizers and well-seasoned and tasty udon, in general the dishes are tasty. Watch out for the prices, some are above average. Our dinner was complete with an appetizer, three ramen, an udon, three desserts and sake, the bill coming to around 40 euros each.

06/04/2025: This is how home cooking in Florence was and must be. I reiterate "I eat from my mother". Healthy cuisine, real flavours, simplicity, efficiency and cleanliness
