16/03/2026: Okay, so food was nice but the staff was kinda rude, the old man. He rushed us ( I saw he rushed other customers as well tho) and when he served our food, it was not polite way. Even though we didn't Finished, he tried to take our dishes. At last he put pressure tus to select 10% tip we did it but his attitude was not thankful. Disappointed so much

28/02/2026: We had dinner at Il Borro a month ago. The staff was polite. The food was very small and expensive. The pasta dish I was served was smaller than the dessert. My husband's dish was slightly larger. The presentation and flavor were acceptable but unremarkable. For two pasta dishes, two desserts, and two soft drinks, we paid 98 euros, completely disproportionate to what we consumed. We definitely won't be returning.

22/02/2026: We went to this place on a Christmas Day. We were greeted with complimentary sparkling on arrival which was nice. There was a special menu as well as à la carte and we opted for à la carte. There were some interesting starters which we tried. All looked beautiful but some lacked seasonings. The highlights were the two pasta dishes - both were exquisite! Especially the tuna spaghetti was out of this world. The main courses were also beautifully cooked. The tiramisu was acceptable. I liked the Christmas sweets selections. The service was warm and at times we felt there was not enough staff especially we wanted to order drinks, but overall it was a good experience. The only comment was re booking. When we booked the place, we were told that there was only a specific time available and that we only had 1.5 hours for the table even though it was a Christmas lunch. The place was not too busy throughout our seating and we ended up staying more than 2.5 hours, but we’d have appreciated if we were told that we didn’t need to leave after 1.5 hours as we somewhat rushed with orders etc.

04/10/2025: The service left much to be desired. We ordered two glasses of wine and they lost our order; we ordered two appetizers and they lost our order again (which arrived after an hour). Finally, we ordered tiramisu: incredible but true, if I hadn't gone to ask about our dessert after 45 minutes, it would never have arrived. Still, we ate well, and the place is gorgeous.

03/10/2025: Perfect service, friendliness and cordiality

01/10/2025: Two of us arrived without a reservation, but luckily there was a table available. The wait was two people, one very friendly, the other less so. The drinks came quickly, and we waited about 30 minutes for the appetizer. The pizza didn't arrive until about 90 minutes after the appetizer, which we really didn't expect, and our hunger grew accordingly. The pizza unfortunately had a bit too much cheese, but overall it was okay. Unfortunately, the wait was far too long, especially since the tables next door got their food much earlier.

16/03/2026: I wanted to buy a car and went to this dealership to get an initial overview and, perhaps, to be guided through the process, as is often the case when buying a car. We were greeted warmly and given a "look after" by a representative who, from the very beginning, however, appeared cold, aloof, unfriendly, and completely unsympathetic. The questions he asked me felt like a police interrogation, and generally, rather than advising me on my potential choice, he made me tell him which cars I liked without even investigating my needs. Finally, he wanted me to immediately secure one of the cars I'd mentioned, giving me a quote that I was unable to see, and when he realized I wasn't ready to buy right away, he brushed me off with a business card. I'll give you a piece of advice: in these times, with all the competition you have around you who have been doing this job for years and in a much more empathetic way, you should tell your employees to change their attitude because those who come to you aren't there to buy bread, but to make a significant and costly investment!

12/03/2026: I just purchased an EMC 6. My experience negotiating with Nicola was excellent from start to finish; I found him knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and professional. And lastly, yesterday, when we went to pick it up, I was struck by the fact that, even though he wasn't there, Nicola called to say hello; gestures like that make all the difference for a customer. I visited several dealerships before deciding, but I think I've chosen the right one. I will definitely recommend them. Furthermore, at the time of collection, Mirko was truly thorough and clear in explaining how the car works, which I wasn't sure about given the automatic transmission.
