06/08/2025: Great place for a drink and snack

09/06/2025: We were here with 13 friends in June 2025. It was a wonderful evening with delicious food. We had a reservation (you should). The owners only speak Italian, but it worked out :) There's no menu. Our waitress, Greta, told us what was on offer that evening, and we tried everything (various ravioli, steak, pork, dessert... all delicious, of excellent quality, and homemade). Greta speaks English. Thank you, Greta, for the great service. If you're expecting white tablecloths and Instagram-worthy images, you've come to the wrong place. Everything was very authentic, with friendly service. We'll be back!

13/08/2025: Good appetizers and pizzas. The atmosphere isn't very nice and it's chaotic.

04/08/2025: I recommend it for first courses. I ate linguine with sardines which was really excellent, but the pizza was rather rubbery.

30/04/2025: Many people try to make a lampredotto sandwich but few succeed... and this is the right place! In addition to knowing how to season the lampredotto here it is put in the right bread... I haven't been there for years but it's always worth it!

26/08/2025: We loved our stay and hope to be back. The warm staff and attention to detail were next level, and the hotel itself is stunning. Breakfast in the square with a view of the beautiful white & green church was the perfect start to our day. Grazie mille to the team!

20/07/2025: First time visit to Florence and stayed at this very sophisticated boutique hotel. Everyone was super attentive, really took care of us. Very extensive breakfast and helpful concierge, they made the best out of our 2 day trip. Best place to stay in Florence!

04/08/2025: I found Casa del Vino somewhat fortuitously and I am ever so grateful that I did. I am even more grateful that I found them on their last day of trading prior the August Summer break. The wine was fabulous, the food simple but so tasty and so perfectly matched to the lovely wines. The history of the store is fascinating. The store itself exists from the 1800s, and this family - Gianni’s Grand Father acquired it in the 1920s. It is presently run by Gianni and Nicoletta, with their daughter Bianca and son Nicola (the 4th generation), ably supported by the wonderfully knowledgeable Claudio. Like everything else, in the end it’s the heart and the soul that makes the difference. Folk who have visited Florence will agree that it is stuffed to the hilt with establishments also ostensibly with long histories, but now the only focus appears to be on fleecing tourists who are sometimes too lazy to check or do their research. And yet Casa del Vino remains true to their ethos and the wonderful family team make it what it truly is. I cannot wait to go back and meet everyone again. Thank you🙏

05/08/2025: Great family run Tuscan guesthouse with an amazing restaurant downstairs! The perfect place to experience great quality local food & wine with wonderful Tuscan hospitality! Thoroughly recommended if you’re looking to get away from busy city life and enjoy a nice glass of wine.

02/09/2025: My boyfriend and I tried this restaurant for our month-long anniversary. Needless to say, the setting was beautiful, the food excellent, and the service impeccable. We had the salmon tacos, and they were amazing. After being there, we haven't been back to an all-you-can-eat restaurant in a year. Eleonora and Niccolò.

12/08/2025: This place is cool, but most of the food was disappointing. It lacked flavour, the sashimi/nigiri had tough bits in it which made me gag a bit, the gyozas were just ok and steamed rather than fried on the bottom which was a let down. The staff were lovely and service was fast.

24/06/2025: El menú era particularmente bueno - Una selección bien equilibrada. El personal era muy profesional y se adaptó a nuestros disgustos y alergia sin problemas. La comida estaba perfectamente cocinada y bien presentada acompañada de un excelente Brunello. No nos apresuraron a través de nuestra comida y también fueron bien atendidos sin estar en la cima. Excelente en general

26/06/2025: We discovered this restaurant three years ago and have been regulars ever since. Whenever we visit Tuscany, a visit here is practically a must. Great service, great wines, and very good food. Upon request, you can also get selected wine recommendations to accompany each dish. You truly feel valued as a guest here. We love it!

06/08/2025: A very nice place to spend a summer evening in Florence. Very good food, mainly fish and vegetarian dishes, with friendly and helpful service. A little pricey, but unfortunately, in line with Florence prices!

04/08/2025: It's a great place for breakfast with friends, especially in the spring and summer! It's not very touristy, but it's quaint and ideal for those who live in the city center and for students, especially since it's much cheaper than the cafes in the center! ☕️🍪
