15/05/2026: One need not waste superlatives. From start to finish, the experience was impeccable. The food was plentiful and consistently wonderful. The suggested wine pairing delightful. But the service... we genuinely don't know how one could improve this experience. This was an unabridged, unashamed classical fine dining experience.
03/04/2026: Absolutely beautiful food, the best I had in Florence. Dessert is a must - the 'secret cocktail' is also excellent - the bartender is very creative.
