Sous vide chicken tempura, an unbelievable burnt onion and liquorice linguine (🤯), insanely tender veal tongue. Some really incredible dishes.
Food made with love, where you can feel the passion Gabriele has for proper cooking. This place makes a welcome break from traditional trattoria or osteria cooking.
This is the kind of spot I’d visit first day every time I come back to Florence and will recommend to every person who visits.

A fabulous dining experience. The food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of character.
What truly made the evening special was the owner, who shared charming stories that reflected a genuine passion for food and hospitality. You can feel the love and care that goes into every aspect of the restaurant.

Stepping through the door of this small, slightly off-the-beaten-path restaurant is like entering one of Florence's hidden gems. The jovial owner will ensure you have a wonderful time, filled with good humor and authentic, high-quality, seasonal, local, and unconventional cuisine. We stumbled upon it five years ago and were delighted to find that the restaurant's philosophy hasn't changed. A must-try!

This is a very calm and pleasant restaurant. It's a welcome respite after being tired of the hustle and bustle near the Duomo.
The owner was very friendly, and the Tuscan Vin Santo (a type of after-dinner drink) I was served felt special.
The stylish restaurant also had many anime figurines subtly displayed, which I found interesting to look at.

We had a great experience. We did not have a reservation, but the owner let us eat anyways reservations are best because the owner prepares everything on his own. He is so kind and the food was delicious. He was also able to accommodate almost the whole menu and make it gluten free!

Stop whatever you’re doing and make a reservation here. Absolutely incredible, creative dishes. By far our favorite meal in Florence. Gabriel, the owner and chef, clearly puts so much love into the food and was wonderful to chat with. We can’t wait to come back!!
