Amazing experience. I went 7 months ago and still think of this place. Chef was super welcoming and engaging. Food was the best we had during our entire trip in Tuscany. Even the music choice was great. We made sure to come back a second time before leaving the country.
Whenever someone mentions they are visiting Florence, I write the name of the restaurant down and tell them this is a must on their trip. I will continue sending Gabriele business from Canada for as long as he decides to keep cooking.

Nice cute spot, food is excellent, less touristy and the food is fresh and well researched rather than the same thing that all others restaurants offer. This place should deserve more credits

This restaurant is a treat for those who are traveling and are homesick. Simple yet delicious flavors, harmonious and balanced. The dishes are impeccably executed, from start to finish. The desserts are a real treat. The small seating capacity and the friendly owner create a warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a try.

Dinner here last night with my wife and daughter. Fabulous experience from start to finish. Delicious does not do the food justice. The menu reflects food and drink the proprietor enjoys preparing and eating. You will, too. Expect some surprises and be adventurous in your choices. B.O.r.G.O. will reward you with a memorable meal and experience. Not to be missed.

Dinner at this restaurant was truly a treat. The atmosphere was refined, the menu inviting, the dishes delicious, and the ingredients top-quality. The owner was incredibly helpful, courteous, and friendly, and he was especially attentive to my fiancé's allergies. Congratulations on your work, we can't wait to return to try something else!

The best meal out I've had in a long time. Every bite and sip was delicious - unpretentious, seasonal, locally sourced and really good quality. Fabulous host / owner, and great sustainability values. You won't regret eating here.
