We ended up at this fantastic Osteria by chance on Italian Liberation Day (April 25) on the recommendation of another restaurant that was full.
The owners, a couple who have been running the restaurant for 32 years, have a passion for cooking and for people. The food was delicious and the owner was very hospitable, approachable, and friendly. 😊
The T-bone steak, something the region is known for, was very well prepared and the hostess let us taste it first. The taglierini verdi was also very tasty! They cook and work with local products as much as possible.
All in all, we had a very nice evening at this delicious and cozy restaurant.
We will definitely be back again! 🥰

Had a wonderful lunch here. As a gluten-free eater, was really pleased to be able to experience the traditional Tuscan ribollita bread-and-vegetable soup. Massimo was very patient with our slow ordering and kind in explaining the background to the Tuscan traditions (eg how to scoop the soup with the celery and use the ‘obligatory’ onion). Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic experience. Reasonable prices. Our order included appetisers, primi course, as well as a shared main course, starter drinks and a half-bottle of chianti classico. We left both feeling extremely full.

We had a great time at this Tuscan restaurant. The dishes were very good, especially the Florentine steak, which I enjoyed with my son. They paid special attention to gluten-free options (three of us were celiacs), which allowed us to enjoy a delicious dinner without worrying about gluten. Everyone devoured the dishes, and it was a wonderful evening spent with the family. We'll be back!

Very nice place and authentic, well-cooked food... the wait for the dishes was a bit long and it was a bit messy.
A few small touches for top marks next time.

Here you can find authentic, certified Chianina beef. A well-maintained restaurant, very attentive service, and excellent quality dishes. If we're ever in the area again, this will be a must-visit.
Highly recommended for those who want to eat well, the prices are proportionate to the quality of the products served.
P.S.: Even though it costs 78 euros per kilo, in Florence it costs even more. Make the effort and enjoy a delicious Chianina Fiorentina steak; you won't regret it.
