18/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, and immediately found the atmosphere very welcoming. Quality homemade food, excellent value. For lovers of thin pizza, this is the place to be. Impeccable service. Clean.

04/09/2025: My wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant on a Google recommendation. It's not a large but well-maintained restaurant, with outdoor seating in the center of town. For starters, we had ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and sage, and a cream of truffle and porcini mushrooms, both delicious. For main course, grilled chicken breast for two, with a side of lemon spinach and French fries. For dessert, we had tiramisu (homemade) and caramel panna cotta, water, and a Coke. Everything was truly well-cooked, combined with friendly and professional service, so there were no long waits despite the crowded restaurant. The bill, €50, proved to be a truly excellent value. Highly recommended!

27/09/2025: The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Very intimate setting with only four tables inside, it felt like being invited into a friend’s home and being treated to a multi-course dinner. We didn’t even see the menu prior to showing up nor upon our arrival, there was one tasting menu available and the dishes just kept coming. We did however receive a call from the restaurant a couple of hours before our reservation to ask about our dietary requirements and preferences. Everything was delicious and every dish was explained in detail by a kind and warm waiter who paired the wine with each dish perfectly. I still think about the pasta from Organika and I had a lot of pastas during our stay in Tuscany. We were late by 20 mins and experienced no animosity, we were welcomed with a smile. We even received a loaf of their delicious bread at the end because we mentioned how much we loved it. We really enjoyed the music as well. Truly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

03/09/2025: Everything was incredible — the food, the service, the ambience. We can’t wait to go back. AND Silvia is the best — a delight of a human AND she helped me figure out how to track down some wine I had at Organika once I got back to the states. Amazing.

06/12/2025: Well, it's a very rustic and basic place. I have no problem eating there, but if I'm asked for a €180 bill for four adults and four children, with measly portions and not even a high chair, well, it bothers me a bit. And it wasn't as good as other reviews described. I don't recommend it.

24/05/2025: Osteria dall'atmosfera rustica e davvero particolare, personale molto accogliente, cibo tipico e buonissimo. Dall'antipasto al dolce non rimarrete assolutamente delusi. E alla fine vi offrono anche il vin santo! Il prezzo è modico per quanto vi viene offerto. Consigliata la prenotazione.

17/05/2025: Personale educato e super disponibile a spiegare ogni piatto. Cibo particolare, buono e ben preparato. Un plus per pasta fatta in casa e per i dolci! Semifreddo al mandarino clamoroso!

09/11/2025: We stopped here to break up a long journey to Calabria—a perfect choice! An excellent family-run trattoria, where kindness and courtesy permeate a rustic setting with delicious cuisine. A perfect mix where food reigns supreme. The tripe and game are hands-down winners! Excellent value for money! If you're passing through, it's a must-stop!

02/11/2025: I ordered the grilled chicken and it was so damn delicious! I didn’t even get the chance to take a photo — that’s how hungry (and impressed) I was. Every bite was packed with flavor. The ambiance is calm and cozy; it made me feel like a local just relaxing after a long journey. Definitely a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a good meal.

23/11/2025: What can I say? I went there recently. The welcome was fantastic, very friendly, fast, and always on point. They make sure you don't miss anything. We ate well. We ordered the appetizer Nicola with affection, cheese, and tomato and bean bruschetta. The flavor was fresh. The cured meats were good and flavorful. The bruschetta was delicious and well-topped. The cheese was tasty, although a little fresh for my taste, but it had a good flavor. You can taste the flavor of our land, Arezzo. Then we had pizzas in various ways. The thin pastry was good, well-cooked and topped with equally good toppings. The price was fair. I recommend it. The only thing that's a little lacking, although it's clean and tidy, is the atmosphere. Otherwise, we had a great time and had lots of laughs with the owners, who were truly hospitable and kind, and the lovely waitresses.

05/10/2025: Returning after years, we found the same quality. High-quality ingredients, such as the excellent meat, and seasonal products like the delicious porcini mushrooms. Excellent value. The rustic and welcoming atmosphere of a typical Tuscan trattoria. We'll be back for the pizza, because there are few places where it's still cooked in a wood-fired oven!

18/09/2025: A very pleasant surprise. Excellent restaurant, competent and friendly service! Just a few minutes from the Camaldoli Monastery. It's not very noticeable from the road, but after climbing a few hundred meters, a large parking lot opens up and the restaurant is completely surrounded by greenery (several walking trails also begin here). The Pappardelle alla Cacciagione (game-filled pappardelle) are a must-try...sublime!!

24/10/2025: I recently had lunch at this beautiful stone restaurant in Pratomagno. I was truly amazed by the skill of a very young brunette waitress. She's so efficient and kind, I haven't found her like that even in the Michelin-starred restaurants I've been to (REALLY GOOD!). I can't say the same about the person behind the counter; he almost seems annoyed when asked for things. I can't say the food was average, but I can't say I've eaten delicious food that I'd always return for, given the price. The place was beautiful, but I was incredibly cold, the fireplace was almost out, and people were eating without taking off their jackets, as I and my companions had to do (perhaps out of fear of running out of firewood for the winter...).

19/10/2025: After a walk in the woods, we stopped for lunch and were disappointed with the grilled meat and fried vegetables. You can't serve a grilled meat with a sausage, a piece of chicken, a rosticiana bone, and a steak bone, and for a fried vegetable with sage, onion, pumpkin, a piece of polenta, and two chips, paying €15 for a grilled meat and €5 for mixed fried vegetables is fine, but I'd like at least the food on the plate. The prices are reasonable, and I understand the place isn't easily accessible for supplies; it's reasonable to pay a little more. The tagliatelle with wild boar were good and plentiful, but everything else needs updating. It's a shame because something like this had never happened to me years ago. The staff were super friendly, and the place was always welcoming. I hope something can change, especially since this has happened to other people who came to eat here.

01/10/2025: Without a doubt, unfortunately they made us take a line that was a bit too IN. The food wasn't bad, the service was okay.... The bill, in short.... I understand everything, inflation, the price increases, but a €2 coffee outside the city center?? Not even in the main square has these prices....

07/07/2025: Very nice atmosphere and location, friendly staff but the pizza is a toasted piadina and the price is definitely too high €40 for two piadinas 1 bottle of water and 1 small beer no way
