02/08/2026: What can I say? I went there recently. The welcome was fantastic, very friendly, fast, and always on point. They make sure you don't miss anything. We ate well. We ordered the appetizer Nicola with affection, cheese, and tomato and bean bruschetta. The flavor was fresh. The cured meats were good and flavorful. The bruschetta was delicious and well-topped. The cheese was tasty, although a little fresh for my taste, but it had a good flavor. You can taste the flavor of our land, Arezzo. Then we had pizzas in various ways. The thin pastry was good, well-cooked and topped with equally good toppings. The price was fair. I recommend it. The only thing that's a little lacking, although it's clean and tidy, is the atmosphere. Otherwise, we had a great time and had lots of laughs with the owners, who were truly hospitable and kind, and the lovely waitresses.

31/05/2026: An evening with friends at the Ristorante Pizzeria i Gelsi Location: A simple restaurant set up with recycled materials, with an open kitchen; in summer, you can eat outside in the garden. Parking: There's a Gala supermarket nearby, and we can take advantage of the large, always-open parking lot. Staff: Friendly and quick to serve, even when the restaurant is full. Food: The Gelsi appetizer was really good and plentiful. The fried appetizer was plentiful, but it's a shame about the quality because it's made up of several pre-cooked items, like the battered vegetables and mozzarella. The pizza was good, easy to digest, and well-seasoned. Prices: Super affordable.

27/04/2026: I decided to organize my daughter's baptism/birthday lunch at the "Ai Gelsi" restaurant. It was a beautiful day and very well organized. The food was typical Tuscan, plentiful, and beautifully prepared! They were also extremely attentive to their guests' dietary needs. I highly recommend it for events or even just for dinner.

19/11/2025: Everything was delicious. The fossa cheese with elderberry jelly was excellent. Like everything else. All the products are from the farm, which is why they have a fixed menu. You can eat whatever's in season. Open only on weekends.

The place is a true haven of peace, surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The rooms are clean and meticulously maintained. Breakfast was a true treat: plentiful, authentic, and full of truly delicious local produce. We can only say thank you for this wonderful weekend spent in such a special place. 04/06/2026: I invited some guests visiting my place near Cortona to this bar-restaurant-pizzeria for lunch and dinner. Tables are set up before the entrance for outdoor dining, during sunny hours. The interior space, on the left, near the entrance, is delightful: simple, welcoming, colorful, and tastefully furnished. There is also a more modern dining room, but equally comfortable, spacious, and inviting. We ate from the menu, and everyone, including myself, was satisfied. Good quality pizza, as were the first courses, meats, and side dishes. Excellent variety of desserts. A wide selection of wines, for those who wish. Pets welcome 🙂 RECOMMENDED 🍴
