07/08/2025: Ipo is our go-to restaurant in the Valdarno. Besides the always friendly and helpful staff, the cuisine is top-notch. Here you'll find sublime seafood, top-quality meat, and, last but not least, exceptional pizza. All at a very reasonable price! What more can we say? Go and try it!

15/08/2025: I ate here on a Wednesday evening with four other friends in the air-conditioned dining room. We ordered two appetizers: prosciutto and cheese with focaccia to share, five pizzas, three bottles of water, one medium beer, and two desserts. Roman-style, €21 each; a more than fair price. The appetizer was simple and pleasant: prosciutto and "fresh" pecorino cheese (in the broad sense of "fresh") accompanied by a truly satisfying focaccia made with pizza dough. Good pizza: thin and well-topped. Even though I prefer other "types" of pizza, it was really easy to digest; to give you an idea, other users have attached photos to their reviews. Desserts: a sore point. Both the berry cheesecake and the tiramisu were unsuccessful; the cheesecake, except for the biscuit base and the coulis, tasted almost exclusively of cream. The other diner didn't appreciate the tiramisu, but he didn't argue. What made the evening truly enjoyable for me, and for the other diners as well, was the atmosphere and the service. The waiters were helpful and smiling, despite the "indoor-outdoor" setting with its attendant, not insignificant temperature difference, and they were quick to serve. The place wasn't literally full, but it was still quite crowded. The interior ambience proved truly pleasant: the air conditioning was just right (Wednesday was particularly hot and muggy, with a humidity that refused to go away), enough to cool without "freezing"; the background music was pleasant, but not loud enough to overwhelm the conversations among the diners. The place setting was simple, with a placemat-menu, and no superfluous frills.

22/08/2025: Typical Arezzo restaurant with its Tuscan crostini kept warm by the earthenware, excellent cured meats, excellent tagliata from our own kitchen accompanied by a red wine, divine ribollita as it once was, not to be missed if you are in Arezzo

08/06/2025: Two stars because the place is nice and the service is kind and efficient.... The food to forget: I start with a burrata and anchovy crostini, a thin slice of bread arrives with a layer of the cream inside a burrata spread on top, and anchovies on top, but there was no burrata. Then I try a stuffed pasta, with nettle, topped with gorgonzola and walnuts. I think, it's hard to go wrong here, but instead it's a disaster, the pasta is rubbery and tasteless and what's worse, the theoretical gorgonzola and walnut sauce, transformed into a water with bits of gorgonzola here and there... Probably heated in the microwave, which caused the gorgonzola to split. We get to the dessert, they offer me the Pavlova and I say, how beautiful it is not a common dessert to find in a restaurant, a blob arrives, the meringue mixed with a little cream and on top a spoonful of cooked strawberries or in jam, it was not clear. The Pavlova wants fresh strawberries and we are also in full season ..

24/05/2025: Osteria dall'atmosfera rustica e davvero particolare, personale molto accogliente, cibo tipico e buonissimo. Dall'antipasto al dolce non rimarrete assolutamente delusi. E alla fine vi offrono anche il vin santo! Il prezzo è modico per quanto vi viene offerto. Consigliata la prenotazione.

08/08/2025: We go there regularly. The quality of the ingredients is high. They don't offer standard dishes, but always something new and reinterpreted. The place is welcoming. We prefer not to hang out at the entrance, so we can enjoy the breeze and the lovely people who frequent the place. You're guaranteed to always find a dish that will make you say "Wow!"
