19/04/2025: Good value for money, rooms smaller than I imagined and poorly equipped (no TV in the rooms but only in the living room, no kettle etc...) The place is beautiful and the breakfast is excellent but with times that are good for those who want to go sightseeing and not for those who want to have a relaxing holiday (last entry for breakfast at 9.30 is a bit early). Hospitality and courtesy.

In the heart of the Tuscan land of tastes, I discovered a real gem – a pizza that exceeds the boundaries of culinary imagination. I ordered a pizza with salmon, tangerine, pistachios and delicate cheese – a composition that was intriguing on paper, but only on the plate revealed its full potential. Juicy, lightly smoked salmon met here with the citrus freshness of tangerine, creating a surprising and at the same time harmonious counterpoint. Pistachios – crunchy and subtly sweet – gave the whole thing depth, while creamy cheese combined the flavours into a masterpiece that no master chef would be ashamed of. The cake? Wonderfully thin, with a perfectly baked edge – the essence of Italian tradition in a modern version. Pizzeria al Fogher is not just a place, it is an experience. It is a celebration of courage in taste, respect for ingredients and a true love of pizza. I recommend it with all my heart – and I will come back. More than once.

07/10/2024: Genuine Tuscan hospitality, in a unique natural environment, with traditional cuisine rich in all the local specialties, without exceptions! This family-run agriturismo can be defined like this, without being exhaustive. We return every year for the Eroica di Gaiole in Chianti and every time we find the pleasant flavors and atmosphere that make us feel like children again.

11/08/2024: What a beautiful and peaceful location. The hostess and host are really super friendly and helpful. We had dinner with them the last evening. In any case, you won't get too little and you certainly won't return to your apartment hungry :) wine and water are included in the fixed price when you come to eat. Definitely worth an evening if you stay at Le Balze agritourismo. We were there at the beginning of August and we had a warm period. Fortunately there is enough shade. Swimming pool was also neat. The surroundings are impressive with the special pointed rocks. We drive an electric car and the hostess helped us find a solution for charging via a regular socket with our own mobile charger. Slowly but steadily the car filled up again. It's really nice not to have to find a charger nearby and we were more than reimbursed for the electricity because this was all allowed.

21/04/2025: I stayed overnight and ate at the restaurant, for dinner and lunch. Excellent quality as I remembered (I hadn't been here for a long time), friendly and always helpful staff. Excellent breakfast both in quality and quantity, exceptional cakes. And then the pleasure of meeting Roberta, Licio and their mother, kind and welcoming. Thank you

22/05/2025: Exceptional experience! Cesare and Ramona let us taste the real cuisine of Rome and the always present highlight are the artichokes! Try the tris, or if you are lucky the poker! Everything delicious, impeccable and very fresh. Restaurant specializing in fish!

20/05/2025: We visited the place with some friends. The atmosphere is cozy and the food is good, although not exceptional. I particularly appreciated the service: the girl was nice and professional. However, the place where the restaurant is located did not excite me.

12/05/2025: What you don't expect... To find a finely furnished mountain chalet with a lit fireplace. The menu is not very varied but I think there is food for all tastes. The quality is also absolutely indisputable. The portions were not very generous but it must also be said that the price is very good considering the location. Basic but efficient service without major problems. I recommend it for a meal in a different environment than usual.

11/05/2025: Giocondo is our fixed stop on long horse treks up to Pratomagno. After the day in the saddle, all we think about is our final stop with the local Giaccia beer at Giocondo. With the owners always kind and friendly, you can't dream of anything better. Thank you Giocondo, for being there and not making us and our four-game friends thirsty ❤️

06/04/2025: Structure in the center of the town, not far from the sanctuary, tidy and spotless rooms. The restaurant and half board are highly recommended, the menu is excellent, local dishes cooked to perfection with mushrooms and truffles. Excellent value for money.

18/05/2025: Friendly and helpful staff Carbonara "glued" raw bacon, pasta not suitable for the sauce, maybe pizza was better. Very noisy place

16/05/2025: I had a pizza, but if I'm not mistaken they were ready-made bases, the thing I don't like is that I go to a pizzeria to eat it with fresh dough, I can eat the base at my house, otherwise it's a nice place.
