I'll never make that mistake again. The enchanting and refined atmosphere, with stylish details that blend past and present Tuscany. I ate locally sourced dishes expertly prepared with technique and taste. The vegetables are prepared with the delicacy of those who produce and care for them. Dishes that exude flavor and quality. Definitely worth a try. P.S. Pigiama (a splendid chocolate Labrador) is a discreet and friendly dining companion.

18/01/2026: We stayed in an apartment that lacked nothing; the bed in particular was very comfortable. The owners pampered us and, as soon as we arrived, gave us a tour of the farm, where we got to meet Enzo, their affectionate dog. The restaurant's food is excellent and homemade: we loved it so much we bought some of their cheeses to take home.

06/11/2025: We stayed one night and the next day we did the cheese-making workshop. It was very interesting, well explained, and everyone participated actively! For all ages. The food for dinner was delicious. The stew was amazing! Located in the middle of nature and in the Alpe della Luna nature reserve. The last kilometer uphill is a bit bumpy by car, but it's manageable! We had a great time, thanks in part to the owners' friendliness and kindness! Kudos also to the guy who "looks after the animals" and showed us all the animals and explained everything about them! Their cheeses are delicious.

17/11/2025: Pizzeria in the truest sense of the word. Large, tasty, well-topped pizza served in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The perfect place for a meal with friends or family. Friendly and precise service; the staff is kind and attentive to your needs. The price is affordable and well-proportioned. Parking is not a problem. Well-deserved 5 stars.

I've been there twice and tried both the classic piada and the roll. I loved both, though I think the classic one is truly the best! Highly recommended, especially for a quick but delicious lunch! 🤩

27/09/2025: The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Very intimate setting with only four tables inside, it felt like being invited into a friend’s home and being treated to a multi-course dinner. We didn’t even see the menu prior to showing up nor upon our arrival, there was one tasting menu available and the dishes just kept coming. We did however receive a call from the restaurant a couple of hours before our reservation to ask about our dietary requirements and preferences. Everything was delicious and every dish was explained in detail by a kind and warm waiter who paired the wine with each dish perfectly. I still think about the pasta from Organika and I had a lot of pastas during our stay in Tuscany. We were late by 20 mins and experienced no animosity, we were welcomed with a smile. We even received a loaf of their delicious bread at the end because we mentioned how much we loved it. We really enjoyed the music as well. Truly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

03/09/2025: Everything was incredible — the food, the service, the ambience. We can’t wait to go back. AND Silvia is the best — a delight of a human AND she helped me figure out how to track down some wine I had at Organika once I got back to the states. Amazing.

30/12/2025: A small pizzeria offering both sliced ​​and served pizza. There's not a lot of seating inside, but the pizza is really good. Friendly owners and fair prices. Ample parking outside is recommended.

20/09/2025: Food and service were excellent. The pizza 🍕 and salad 🥗 were fresh and tasty. The pizza crust was thin n crisp. Drink and food prices were also great. A very good find. As was the laundromat next door, especially on a 5 week holiday.
