Truly excellent food, with an extensive and carefully curated wine list. The quality of the ingredients and the service were both superb.
We chose the six-course tasting menu: the cuttlefish was remarkable; it literally melted in our mouths—a texture we'd never experienced before. The soft-cooked egg with mushrooms and truffle was also delicious.
The owners produce wine and olive oil, both of which are excellent.
We'll definitely be back in the spring to experience the balcony table.

02/01/2026: We had dinner at Maria and Mimmo's, who are two wonderful people. The place is very welcoming, the service impeccable, and the food is fresh and excellent. Excellent value. Highly recommended if you're passing through Savalletri or if you want to eat good seafood.

In front of the municipal park, two windows that allow you to peek inside and always crowded... Then, when you manage to find a seat, you realize it's not just a simple piadina shop; a lot of work goes into making a typical Romagna street food a quality product with so many delicious variations!
Large piadinas, rolled or folded, and so many flavors that blend together with mastery.
You have to try the hamburgers in a piadina, the bombette in a roll, and especially the Nutella piadina squares.

It's the perfect blend of simplicity and sophistication.

It was very delicious, and it suited the Korean palate as well.
The menu mainly features home-cooked meals from the Puglia region. Almost all the dishes were from the southern region.
We went on a Saturday lunchtime, and it was quite crowded, so it's a good idea to make a reservation.

18/01/2026: Unfortunately, this is an experience I won't repeat. The exterior is neglected and untidy.
We had lunch with the €50 Sunday fixed menu, "excluding drinks" and "excluding water." The waiters were friendly, but the culinary experience was mediocre. The quality of the products isn't in doubt, but the type: focaccia, vegetable calzone, fairly basic food, and the price is outrageous for what you get.
Another observation: a bottle of local wine costs €30. The icing on the cake is having to pay €3 for a coffee at the end of the meal, because that's obviously not on the menu. I'm sorry, but there are much better options in the area.

11/01/2026: I had been told about the place and I was very disappointed.
04/01/2026: We had lunch with my family and relatives from Milan... the appetizer was plentiful and delicious.
As soon as we arrived, we were served a bottle of water with obvious bird droppings on it, which was very serious in my opinion. After pointing it out, the waiter, laughing, told us he had left us a little souvenir (referring to the bird). Then there were some dirty plates and cutlery... it can happen, but you have to be very careful not to let it happen.
In the bathroom, there's no way to change small children due to a lack of support...
However, there were other shortcomings, from the menu never being brought to the rushed service. I won't go into details to avoid prolonging the story... this is simply an invitation to improve.

08/10/2025: I went three weeks ago (so I'd say it was still the height of summer) for a quick drink during aperitivo time. Nothing to complain about: good drink, reasonable price, stunning location with a sea view.
Unfortunately, after just ten minutes, the adjacent bar—owned by the same owners—started blasting techno music at ridiculous volume. This inevitably negatively impacts the overall experience: it's hard to understand why those looking to relax by the sea should instead find themselves immersed in a Berlin hangar atmosphere.

11/01/2026: We love this place, we go whenever we can. The food is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly. The best panzerotti I've ever eaten. However, I'm sorry to have to take one star off because of the presence of dogs inside. I know I'm unpopular, I like dogs, but eating while a medium-sized dog starts shaking its head and drooling all over people isn't exactly the best. I understand that it's a choice made by the restaurant and I respect it, and dog owners will certainly be happy, but I would suggest limiting dog access to the outside glass. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.
