20/08/2024: Excellent quality food. Very friendly staff. There aren't many seats and perhaps this is an advantage and not a flaw. Absolutely worth trying if you are in Mesagne.

28/08/2024: We discovered this restaurant by chance during a walk in Brindisi and my partner and I can say that it was an enchanted interlude during our stay. The welcome was warm and very professional. We sat in a large patio, decorated with taste and sobriety, whose ambient music added to the charm of the place. The waiter was very attentive and efficient and the owner spoke English and came to see us several times during the meal. The truly delicious dishes were served quickly. What we also really appreciated was the family side of the restaurant, because that evening there were only groups and Italian families, so we were in total immersion, far from the tourist tumult. We therefore highly recommend this establishment, which allowed us to have a unique time during our stay.

29/08/2024: Place too hot for a summer dinner despite the presence of air conditioning (off in some parts of the place and replaced by poorly functioning ventilation systems) Steak cooked rare as requested but was not tender.. Excellent ash potatoes. Hands-on service especially at the meat counter where you can choose what to cook.

Since I don't want to counter the possible response of anyone who feels called into question, I want to say that we were all more than mature and conscientious people, who know the value of money and things, and that it is not the first time that we have gone out to dinner… We certainly won't be going back. 03/07/2024: Returning to a place of memories can be a bittersweet experience. This ice cream shop, once an unmissable destination for its excellent ice cream and cakes, unfortunately has not maintained the standards I remembered. The quality of the ice cream significantly deteriorated: the grainy texture and the presence of ice crystals compromised the experience. The real sore point, however, was the extremely small portion, almost symbolic when compared to the generosity typical of other Apulian ice cream shops. It seems that the increase in tourism has had a negative impact, as often happens. The search for quick profit seems to have replaced the passion for quality and authenticity that once seemed to characterize this place. I hope that this feedback can serve as a stimulus for a return to the roots and quality of the past. It would be a shame to lose such a beloved local institution due to increased tourism.
