Absolutely disproportionate quality/price. Dishes without praise or glory; elsewhere, for the same dishes, I would have paid €20-25 per person, not €60. It's worth noting that without wine... NOT RECOMMENDED.

A charming atmosphere, with extremely welcoming and professional staff. Here you can truly experience the culinary wonders of Puglia, as the cuisine is authentic and prepared according to ancient traditions. The vegetables come from their own private garden. Kudos to the owner, who does his job so well! This is evident in the passion he conveys when he explains the dishes. If you're passing through Ostuni, you can't miss this restaurant. Highly recommended!

Impeccable quality and excellent ingredients, but the price/value ratio needs reconsidering. As an insider, I can only compliment the cuisine: in terms of flavor, execution, and quality of ingredients, the experience was impeccable. We ordered four first courses, a Podolica beef tartare (shared by four), a zucchini parmigiana, and two desserts. There's nothing to complain about about the pairings or flavors: everything was exceptional, including the desserts, which were truly excellent. The only downside is the total bill: €230 for this selection of dishes (without having opted for a full multi-course meal each) is decidedly out of line. While the desserts could have been a little cheaper, it's the overall price-to-value ratio that left us perplexed: with these parameters, a full lunch or dinner for four would be prohibitively expensive. In short: the cuisine is absolutely worth a visit for its quality and attention to detail, but the pricing policy risks penalizing those who want a complete gastronomic experience without perceiving it as a disproportionate luxury.
