The food, crafted with ingredients cultivated in the masseria’s gardens, was both delicate and deeply flavourful. An elegant setting, a magical atmosphere, and exquisite dishes. And beyond the beauty of the place and the flavors of the table, it was the people who made it truly unforgettable—the staff perfectly matched the refined spirit of the masseria.

Excellent, excellent, excellent, enchanting location, super service, lunch with a view of the castle, nothing more to add, recommended? More!!!!!! Returned after a year, everything I wrote confirmed and endorsed. Highly recommended.

01/11/2025: A warm welcome unlike any other, excellent and plentiful food, and excellent service. Nothing went wrong. We returned here specifically from Lecce and will return as often as we can. Definitely.

19/10/2025: I rarely give reviews, but this restaurant deserves 5 stars! Aside from the very friendly service, the truffle appetizer was incredibly delicious. I ordered meat – in almost every restaurant, I get it cooked medium-rare, but here it was cooked to perfection. Thank you for the great food and best wishes!!!

15/10/2025: A wonderful place, delicious food, and there were eight of us, so we tried a lot of different dishes. The pasta was amazing, the salmon was fantastic. Reasonable prices. We highly recommend it. Best regards to Adriana ♥️

22/10/2025: High-quality (and quantity) rotisserie. The panzerotto (or calzone, if you prefer) is delicious, fried well, as are the frittini and fries. Must try!

14/10/2025: We had a lovely, fun evening. The hot panzerotti and mini cold pucce combo was very nice. You're spoiled for choice. The panzerotti dough is soft and fantastic, Bari-style (because in Brindisi, fried food is crispier), and since they're small, you'd eat them over and over again. Personally, I would have used less mayonnaise only in the cold pucce. If you agree with me, let the service staff know in advance, as they're attentive and excellent. The dinner couldn't have ended better: the artisanal gelato they make... fantastic, as are the almond paste pastries and the soft almond brittle... unique things you'll find here... unfortunately, caught up in the company and my hunger, I forgot to take photos of the panzerotti and pucce; I only took pictures of the gelato and the pastries... a good excuse to come back ;-)

27/11/2025: Had a beautiful meal of eggplant parmigiana and tagliata di manzo. Staff were pleasant and helpful, the restaurant space has a calm, enjoyable ambience.

24/11/2025: This restaurant offers traditional first courses, revisited with creativity and flavor. We chose two exceptional fish-based entrees: gnocchi with octopus sauce and shellfish ravioli with crab sauce. Definitely worth a try! Special mention goes to the staff, who welcome and serve you with warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. Highly recommended, a must-visit for lunch and dinner in the center of Brindisi.

10/11/2025: A place where we felt the hospitality of Southern Italy, the cuisine was incredible, the wine was excellent and our biggest surprise was Albano himself who came to greet us and pose for pictures with us. The staff was extremely polite. On leaving, we also took some of the wine that Albano produces. It was a unique emotion!

10/10/2025: A truly beautiful place, with a refined and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service was clear, kind, and attentive. I ordered a pinsa with potatoes, which was truly excellent, while my girlfriend had a burger, tasty and beautifully presented. The pumpkin chips are a must-try, crunchy and delicious! Fair prices and excellent food quality.

19/08/2025: A unique venue, one of a kind here in Mesagne, excellent music, equally excellent staff, it offers a vast choice of alcoholic beverages, especially the Gins which I recommend, truly excellent value for money, we will return every time we are here, more than satisfied, 6 stars

24/09/2025: An absolute vibe! Hidden gem! Nicolas and Fabio & the Bosco Verde team staff are so kind and relaxed. Great facilities— jungle-like outdoor shower, clean, and a shaded parking area. The beach and water itself is absolutely stunning, plus the music playlist is on point.
