23/02/2026: Definitely the best restaurant I stumbled upon during my three-week road trip through Puglia. The service was discreet and efficient, the advice on choosing a local wine was perfect, and the traditional cuisine was delicious. A flawless experience at Taverna dei Domicani.
18/02/2026: Every year I go to Ceglie for about 10 days. For me, Taverna di Domenicani is the best place to enjoy authentic, quality Apulian cuisine. The ingredients are of the highest quality and always fresh. The catch is the catch of the day. The owner is a wonderful person and truly professional. The service is precise, attentive, and meticulous.
The location is central, beneath Piazza del Plebiscito, the heart of Ceglie.
It's easily accessible on foot.
The restaurant is elegant and suitable for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful.
For us, it's our regular meeting place in Ceglie.

08/03/2026: Based on my experience, I highly recommend this restaurant. We got a spot on the rooftop with a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside and the city. The service was perfect: attentive, courteous, quick, and extremely friendly (communication was in Italian or English). The food was outstanding; the tuna steak and roasted octopus were a true delight. The red wine was sensational, not to mention the homemade tiramisu 🤩... you made my day 💯

08/10/2025: The renovated castle is truly beautiful, with attention to detail and helpful staff. We stayed just one night on half-board. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The hot tub was superb.

23/03/2026: Excellent menu, fast service. All-you-can-eat appetizers, two first courses, a roast meat main course, and fried shrimp and calamari, always centerpieces. Coffee and liqueur for a total of €30 (fixed price). There's also a €25 menu if you're easily full. The only drawback is that you have to book a month in advance. Definitely worth rebooking.

That greenery conveys an incredible peace, and the healthy, authentic food made me decide to celebrate my 40th birthday there... it was beautiful, my guests were satisfied and entertained, and the staff was present but discreet. 31/03/2026: Unfortunately, the pizzeria is not fulfilling its delivery offer. I ordered delicious food and the order was canceled several times. I have 750 meters to walk, but I have mobility problems and no strength left, so I wanted pizza delivered. The delivery is March 31, 2026, so the pizzeria is not very busy on that date.
15/03/2026: Guys, what can I say... Tradition is not lost, a fantastic, close-knit, coordinated, professional staff, from Life "ALLA FRITTA BRINDISINA"... If you come to Brindisi this stop is mandatory... I recommend the one stuffed with Gorgonzola... Too spectacular!!!
