26/05/2026: Had a fantastic dinner at Pizzeria Trimalchione in Fasano! The pizzas were absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients, a light and perfectly cooked dough, and plenty of creative options on the menu. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and very reasonable prices for the quality offered. Definitely one of the best pizza experiences in Puglia …highly recommended if you are visiting Fasano!

08/10/2025: This place has become my favorite place since the first time I saw it. That greenery conveys an incredible peace, and the healthy, authentic food made me decide to celebrate my 40th birthday there... it was beautiful, my guests were satisfied and entertained, and the staff was present but discreet. 25/06/2026: I just had some delicious cacio e pepe meatballs, and my wife finally found a crunchy gluten-free baguette. A refined and welcoming place, with kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended if you're passing through Francavilla.

13/06/2026: Honestly, I had a terrible experience with the takeout service. I ordered two pokés, and the amount of ingredients was truly meager, not to mention the fact that regardless of the protein you choose, whether meat or fish, they're very light. I'd also like to point out something else: we paid €12 and €13 for the pokés, when in reality they should have been €10 and €11, respectively, because we ordered them with white rice and not black rice, which costs €2 more per poké.

07/06/2026: A hidden gem. Tucked away between buildings but great vibe and the steal was delicious.. oysters too. Nice and friendly service.

30/05/2026: A traditional, historic location, expertly renovated to house a restaurant serving premium cuts of meat, as well as appetizers, first courses, and fish-based main courses. It's not your average grill, but a place to enjoy meats never seen before in the area. Not just a simple dinner, but a culinary experience! Great!

01/08/2026: Not exactly sure to share the opinions of others, writing it is one of the best in Puglia….The restaurant wants to appear gastronomic but in the end everything lacks what takes a dish from decently good to excellent (acidity, « kick » in taste, etc.). Plus the composition of the menu - more winter than summer…If some like it, good for the chef. But true food lovers will understand. And a (very) strange way to welcome, on top of that…

31/07/2026: We were actually on the way to dinner next door at the panzerotti place and were severely underdressed when we stumbled on this place. However, the owner welcomed us in and we felt right at home. I'm so glad we found it because it's hands down some of the best food I've eaten. I was shocked just how much food we got. Getting complimentary small plates with each course isn't something you typically see in the United States so this was a complete surprise to us. Everything was delicious, and the wine parings were perfect. My favorite dish was actually the amuse bouche zucchini sandwiches. They were incredible, and I would order them as a lunch entree all on their own. We had our daughter with us, who is a picky eater, and they were kind enough to serve her pasta in tomato sauce and homemade chips. We loved everything and I'm so sad that we have an ocean keeping us from returning.

It was a wonderful experience, everything from the welcome to the care of the environment, the helpfulness of the staff, excellent food, everything taken care of down to the smallest details, I couldn't have hoped for better, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

27/04/2026: We chose this exceptional venue, and their professionalism and kindness exceeded all expectations! I highly recommend "Le Torri": go there without hesitation! Maurizio, the director, is a true master of his craft. Marika (the wedding planner) is a reassuring and cheerful woman who guided us throughout the entire planning process with her advice and sincerity. Angelo, the maître d'hôtel, truly lived up to his name: an angel! He guided us with confidence and sensitivity. The entire staff was incredibly attentive. We are still moved. Thank you for your support, your warmth, your professionalism, and your humanity! You are like a welcoming and reassuring family. Our guests agreed with us: you were simply wonderful. Everything was perfect; we never imagined such a success, such authentic encounters. The banquet was also sumptuous and delicious: a true feast for the eyes and the palate.

01/06/2026: I have had smash burgers all over the world. California, Oregon, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, and even NYC in the USA. I’ve had them in Sayulita, Mexico and Barcelona, Spain and so many more that I have forgotten them. These smash burgers are peerless. If they were served in a big city, there would be a line around the block. Amazing quality and flavour. The chef and his son may not know how good they are, but this is among the best I’ve had in my life.

29/05/2026: You've probably never had a smash burger until you try the one at JaPIGiano! Nothing is a coincidence, from the (artisanal) bread to the meat, right down to the sauces. Everything is planned down to the smallest detail. And the pork?! It's the winning goal in the 93rd-minute derby that decided the Scudetto. See you next time!

26/07/2026: For a place where you eat fish and spend a lot of money, the service is poor and the atmosphere is more like a trattoria, not to mention the wine for two glasses costs €12.

06/04/2026: Don't sit in the small room with tables 1, 2, and 3 because you'll be entering another galaxy and won't be served: we waited over 40 minutes while they served other tables that arrived after us. We called them several times without success.

01/04/2026: We had two pieces of apple pie, I must say the industrial-grade ones. I say having two pies made by a pastry shop, it takes a lot if you don't know how to make them?

15/06/2026: Discovered by chance, it turned out to be a perfect place for its location, but above all for the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. Arriving late at night and feeling at home from the first moment is not something you find easily… Patrizia and Domenico, along with their animals, welcome you with smiles and cheerfulness. Sleeping in the trulli, simple yet fresh and with every comfort, is truly the best. Completing an unforgettable week are the always plentiful breakfast and the pool, perfect for cooling off after hot days of hiking in the stunning Itra Valley.

30/04/2026: We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. It’s the perfect location for friends, couples, or families. Tucked away from crowds and noise, it offers complete peace and relaxation, yet it is still perfectly situated for easy access to beautiful nearby spots without long drives. A special highlight is the delicious breakfast, with freshly baked pastries every day – a real treat to start the morning. Most of all, I would like to emphasize the incredibly caring and attentive hosts. They are genuinely warm and welcoming people, and whenever I needed any additional help, their response was immediate and helpful. Overall, it was really wonderful experience :)

16/05/2026: My daughter stayed with you on a school trip, and while we enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the hotel's location, the food was a bit disappointing. The packed lunch consisted of two sandwiches with just one slice of cold cut, practically empty. For dinner, pasta was unsalted and overcooked, and there was a fairly decent main course and a decent breakfast. I understand it's a school trip, but the publicity certainly wasn't very positive. I hope I've offered constructive criticism that will be useful for future visits.
