21/09/2025: Well-executed traditional dishes with a touch of imagination and innovation, a wide and interesting wine list with many local options, friendly and attentive service, all in the beautiful historic center of Francavilla Fontana.

19/09/2025: The name of this place is simply too good to be true! The atmosphere is rustic, beautifully furnished, with charming and interesting corners, welcoming, with excellent service and sublime meat and seafood appetizers. I thoroughly enjoyed the purple gnocchi with beetroot and clams, but less so the orecchiette, which were too thick and doughy, accompanied by a glass of good red wine. The bathroom is unique, neat and clean.

22/10/2025: High-quality (and quantity) rotisserie. The panzerotto (or calzone, if you prefer) is delicious, fried well, as are the frittini and fries. Must try!

14/10/2025: We had a lovely, fun evening. The hot panzerotti and mini cold pucce combo was very nice. You're spoiled for choice. The panzerotti dough is soft and fantastic, Bari-style (because in Brindisi, fried food is crispier), and since they're small, you'd eat them over and over again. Personally, I would have used less mayonnaise only in the cold pucce. If you agree with me, let the service staff know in advance, as they're attentive and excellent. The dinner couldn't have ended better: the artisanal gelato they make... fantastic, as are the almond paste pastries and the soft almond brittle... unique things you'll find here... unfortunately, caught up in the company and my hunger, I forgot to take photos of the panzerotti and pucce; I only took pictures of the gelato and the pastries... a good excuse to come back ;-)

27/11/2025: Had a beautiful meal of eggplant parmigiana and tagliata di manzo. Staff were pleasant and helpful, the restaurant space has a calm, enjoyable ambience.

24/11/2025: This restaurant offers traditional first courses, revisited with creativity and flavor. We chose two exceptional fish-based entrees: gnocchi with octopus sauce and shellfish ravioli with crab sauce. Definitely worth a try! Special mention goes to the staff, who welcome and serve you with warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. Highly recommended, a must-visit for lunch and dinner in the center of Brindisi.

10/11/2025: A place where we felt the hospitality of Southern Italy, the cuisine was incredible, the wine was excellent and our biggest surprise was Albano himself who came to greet us and pose for pictures with us. The staff was extremely polite. On leaving, we also took some of the wine that Albano produces. It was a unique emotion!

20/11/2025: A delightful discovery in the heart of Ostuni, yet without being surrounded by chaos. The setting is refined, welcoming, and original, with that independent pub atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The sandwiches are made with top-quality ingredients: well-cooked meat, a soft and moist bun, and thoughtful flavor combinations that are never banal. Not your average burger, but a refined and truly tasty offering. The beer selection is also very good, extensive and interesting, accompanied by excellent service: the staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. A small point that leads me to give it 4 stars: the menu doesn't list the weight of the standard burger, nor the cost of upgrading to a larger burger. This difference only appears in the digital ordering system, and it would be helpful to include it on the menu as well for greater transparency. Otherwise, this pub is definitely worth a visit: quality, attention to detail, and a warm welcome. A special mention for "Nel boschetto della mia fantasia"

10/10/2025: A truly beautiful place, with a refined and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service was clear, kind, and attentive. I ordered a pinsa with potatoes, which was truly excellent, while my girlfriend had a burger, tasty and beautifully presented. The pumpkin chips are a must-try, crunchy and delicious! Fair prices and excellent food quality.

15/09/2025: The croissant was filled on the spot with cold custard. The flavor of the custard seemed rather bland to me. The croissant didn't seem fresh. The cappuccino was just okay. Unfortunately, my reference is the Manhattan bar from 30 years ago, which was the last time I enjoyed a good breakfast. I've been away for a few decades, but I've missed the goodness of the Manhattan bar of yesteryear.

24/09/2025: An absolute vibe! Hidden gem! Nicolas and Fabio & the Bosco Verde team staff are so kind and relaxed. Great facilities— jungle-like outdoor shower, clean, and a shaded parking area. The beach and water itself is absolutely stunning, plus the music playlist is on point.
