A very beautiful and characteristic restaurant located in the historic center of Ostuni. The staff and owners are very courteous, polite, and helpful from the moment you contact them to make a reservation. Delicious food with a wide selection on the menu. In conclusion, a very down-to-earth approach, but also meticulous attention to detail.

⭐ 3/5 – Great scenery, but the price-performance ratio is off. The food at Porta Nova is decent – ​​the risotto was tasty and the location on the semicircular bastion is stylish. However, the price isn't right: €90 for just two risottos and two bottles of water is simply overpriced. The beautiful view doesn't justify this premium. You can enjoy the same scenery for free if you take three minutes to walk just below the city wall. You can definitely eat more cheaply in the city's narrow streets. Eating in the alleys of the town is definitely much better value.

Wonderful meal at Porta Nova with an amazing view, particularly at sunset. They were incredibly accommodating to dietary requirements. We enjoyed a three course meal - each dish was delicious and flavoursome. Could not recommend this restaurant more!

01/02/2026: We would definitely make all the delicious burgers a thousand times over! 🤗🤗Very good, we're new to San Vito and would definitely return to this place several times. The service is very friendly and the place is clean and impeccable. The meat and potatoes are all natural, without any seasonings, definitely a delight everywhere. 😍🤤🤤 From the smallest to the largest, we enjoy dinner.
19/12/2025: Fantastic place for those who want to eat grilled meat. The 'Bombette' are fantastic, a true explosion of flavors and high quality. It's great to be able to see the fresh meat right in the refrigerator. Very friendly staff. Exceptional wine. We drank a magnificent Aglianico. We will definitely be back.
