Tony Bar In Fasano

We've been frequenting Tony Bar for a while now, and it's always a pleasure to return. The staff is professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. The panzerotti have become a firm favorite.

Fresh ingredients, perfect combinations, and that sense of craftsmanship that's rarely found these days. ​Authentic atmosphere: It's not your typical pretentious bar. Here, you breathe the true Puglian air, with friendly, approachable service and a constant smile. You feel welcomed from the first moment. ​Unbeatable value: Generous portions and very fair prices. It's the perfect place for a quick stop during a tour of the area or for a no-frills but substantial lunch. ​In short: if you pass by Speziale and don't stop at Tony's, you're missing out on a little piece of the Itria Valley's heart. ​Highly recommended

We love this place, we go whenever we can. The food is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly. The best panzerotti I've ever eaten. However, I'm sorry to have to take one star off because of the presence of dogs inside. I know I'm unpopular, I like dogs, but eating while a medium-sized dog starts shaking its head and drooling all over people isn't exactly the best. I understand that it's a choice made by the restaurant and I respect it, and dog owners will certainly be happy, but I would suggest limiting dog access to the outside glass. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

The panzerotti are good but not all the staff are friendly

The staff and owners were very friendly. Delicious food. Prices were reasonable for the products served. PS: The "panzeroto con carne" was spectacular.

High-quality (and quantity) rotisserie. The panzerotto (or calzone, if you prefer) is delicious, fried well, as are the frittini and fries. Must try!

We had a lovely, fun evening. The hot panzerotti and mini cold pucce combo was very nice. You're spoiled for choice. The panzerotti dough is soft and fantastic, Bari-style (because in Brindisi, fried food is crispier), and since they're small, you'd eat them over and over again. Personally, I would have used less mayonnaise only in the cold pucce. If you agree with me, let the service staff know in advance, as they're attentive and excellent. The dinner couldn't have ended better: the artisanal gelato they make... fantastic, as are the almond paste pastries and the soft almond brittle... unique things you'll find here... unfortunately, caught up in the company and my hunger, I forgot to take photos of the panzerotti and pucce; I only took pictures of the gelato and the pastries... a good excuse to come back ;-)

Being a bar, the use of disposable cutlery is acceptable, the fryer and everything else is of good quality, the staff is friendly but obviously stressed especially on Saturday evenings, the spacious location in the garden which is well-equipped, ample parking, I would have given more stars precisely because of the guy in the parking lot who if by chance you don't give him a tip, looks at you askance and speaks behind your back in incomprehensible dialect.

Hi! I wasn't familiar with this place, but I'd heard so much about it that curiosity drove me to try it myself. I must say, I found it to be a wonderful place surrounded by nature, with very friendly staff. We ate very well at a reasonable price. I recommend it!
