Sunday lunch in a typical trattoria in the historic center of Francavilla Fontana. Good dishes but they didn't leave their mark. A particular mention for the truly noteworthy capocollo from Martina Franca. We would have liked to find the house appetizer on the menu which would have allowed us to enjoy small samples of several dishes. Good service. Average quality/price ratio.

Small and characteristic place located in the historic center of Francavilla, courteous and helpful staff. Really excellent food, with dishes with traditional Apulian flavors and some with small but tasty reinterpretations. Average prices. Really recommended!

Premesso che non è la prima volta che ritorniamo. Molto accogliente l'ambiente, personale cordiale. Menù con cucina casereccia con aggiunta di modernità molto apprezzata. Prezzi di qualche euro in su se paragonati alle trattoria della vicina Ceglie. Purtroppo sono caduti su due tazzine di caffè e due biscotti cegliesi che ci hanno fatto pagare....non è per i pochi euro su un conto non di poco, ma il caffè offerto è una carezza, un abbraccio al cliente. È stato fatto presente e ci è stato risposto che senza il titolare non si permettono di offrirlo. Non è una risposta. soddisfacente.

Diversi amici mi avevo parlato bene di questo ristorante/trattoria e l’esperienza ha addirittura superato le aspettative. Locale molto accogliente e suggestivo, personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Eravamo in quattro e tutte le portate sono risultate di ottima fattura e qualità. Piatti della tradizione con un tocco di piacevole innovazione, ben bilanciati nei sapori e curati nella presentazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Fortemente consigliato.

Trattoria molto bella e ben curata, il titolare e i ragazzi che ci hanno servito al tavolo sono stati gentili e competenti. Sul cibo poi c'è da evidenziare la qualità veramente eccellente , carne saporita ben cotta e molto molto buona. Ci torneremo sicuramente, da consigliare.

18/02/2024: So much confusion for an evening of dancing. Menu agreed at 25 euros to be thrown in the garbage. Inedible meat already cooked, kept in the fridge and even badly heated. Served on a plate half at fridge temperature and half warmed. 50 euros paid for two and given to charity 😡

13/02/2024: First of all I wanted to say thank you! Thank you for your friendliness, helpfulness, honesty and good food. I recommend this place 100%! Fantastic location, rooms with everything you need and some with beautiful sea views. Restaurant, customer service and everything else simply amazing. My husband and I, every time we have the chance, stop by even just for one night to enjoy the spectacular sea and the absolute peace of this place.
27/12/2023: Visited as a couple in the week of August 2023. A stay to remember and to repeat at the first opportunity to revisit the Gargano. Young, organized and professional staff. Abundant breakfast but there are more sweets and croissants than seasonal fruit and fresh juices. The hotel swimming pool is very beautiful (with an assistant always present) which, although small, allows you to enjoy a relaxing day on board it, lying on a sunbed looking at the splendid horizon of the sea while sipping a cocktail which you can order at the bar of the hotel near the swimming pool. Small rooms and bathroom (satellite TV and well-functioning climate control present) but very good cleanliness, precise and thorough. Small balcony with view available to guests. Internal outdoor parking, large and delimited with surveillance service even at night. The real strong point: the descent to the sea from which you can access the free beach or the beaches in the area. Structure 5 minutes drive from the municipal car park from which you can reach the historic center on foot. Advised
