02/11/2025: I've been going there for years, but this time, because of the guy who serves (the tattooed one, to be clear), I don't think I'll go back... Secondly, he needs to change jobs because the waiter doesn't really know what he is.

19/10/2025: Everything was super good (from the appetizers to the meat) and very plentiful. The atmosphere was clean and tidy. The hostess was courteous and kind. We'll be back as soon as possible.

07/10/2025: I wanted to go for Aperitivo as I’d read good reviews. This fantastic little bar caters for all. Very good Aperol spritz and being in such a hot spot the prices are very good. Was popular with Italians, which is always a good sign. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is lovely and clean and the snacks with the drinks is a welcome touch. Would recommend and will definitely be back.

09/10/2025: As soon as I arrived in Brindisi, I took a stroll along the seafront at the port, and when I realized I was hungry, I went into the "La Nassa" restaurant. I couldn't have made a better decision. I ate really well, and the staff was super kind and helpful in explaining the local and international dishes to me. The sea view is beyond words.

26/08/2025: The place is charming. I'm reviewing the restaurant as an exclusively vegetarian restaurant. The dishes are beautiful to look at and carefully presented, but not exceptional. The prices are higher than average, considering they don't serve meat or fish.

18/10/2025: Very welcoming place, the owner Carlo is unparalleled both as a Master Brewer and as a Person, "Humble", very kind, always very helpful, smiling with everyone... Unique also in preparing his dishes... Pinsa in all its variations, stuffed potatoes, cold cuts, Norcina sausage in all its variations, and finally Unique because you can drink the best types of Craft Beer around... "BELIEVE ME" on the word, I do not hide the fact that I frequent the place every weekend, it is my fixed destination and I would absolutely not replace it with others....."SIMPLY GREAT".

29/09/2025: I went there on Saturday evening with some friends. The place was very nice inside. It was honestly a discovery. The menu was very varied, prices were reasonable. I had a very good salad, unique in both its presentation and flavor. My friend had bruschetta/crostoni, which were as good as they were beautifully presented. I gave 3 stars for the service, not for the waiters, who were very kind, but for the service of the lady who was preparing drinks inside. When I approached me politely (because I understand on a Saturday, it's obviously a wait) to ask if they would come to take my order, she replied, "Go sit down, someone will come." Mr. Giancarlo, the owner, is very kind, and perhaps he should reconsider his training. In any case, I recommend this place; it's worth it.

08/10/2025: The renovated castle is truly beautiful, with attention to detail and helpful staff. We stayed just one night on half-board. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The hot tub was superb.

22/08/2025: We chose Sapurito for dinner based on the positive reviews, and I can't understand how it could have a rating higher than 4, given that it was truly a disaster. We ordered a pizza, two seafood sandwiches, and a tuna steak. Except for the pizza, which I'd call "edible," everything else was a total disappointment. The seafood sandwiches, priced at €14, were flavorless, the bread was dry, and we found a hair in one of the sandwiches. The tuna steak was actually a low-quality tataki, tasted like the kind from a bag, the tuna was flavorless, served with a very salty teriyaki sauce. Furthermore, the menu listed crunchy vegetables, but the celery and carrots arrived with part of their peel dirty. I truly can't understand how a restaurant can serve dishes like this! It's easier to think that four people went out on a late August evening with the sole purpose of writing a negative review of your restaurant than to have the humility and intelligence to admit that bad nights can happen in any restaurant. It's easier to offend a customer by saying that I prefer canned tuna or that I live in a parallel universe rather than eating what you serve to understand that perhaps there is always room for improvement in life and that dishes like this may be fine for tourists, but not for a local who knows tastes and ingredients perfectly. That said, you're right... I was the one who expected to find sandwiches as good as the ones I usually eat at Pescaria, or at Mangiameduse, or those made by chef Lucio Mele... actually, yes... those are from another universe!

30/09/2025: Honestly, this place simply hit a full homerun. I had the best burger there this year so far and the wine selection was fantastic. The staff was very attentive and luckily they also spoke solid English, so communication was easy (thank you for being forthcoming and apologies for our non-existing Italian...we tried and failed). I wish we could teleport this whole restaurant and staff back to our home so we could enjoy such a fine dinner more frequently.

21/09/2025: Well-executed traditional dishes with a touch of imagination and innovation, a wide and interesting wine list with many local options, friendly and attentive service, all in the beautiful historic center of Francavilla Fontana.

19/09/2025: The name of this place is simply too good to be true! The atmosphere is rustic, beautifully furnished, with charming and interesting corners, welcoming, with excellent service and sublime meat and seafood appetizers. I thoroughly enjoyed the purple gnocchi with beetroot and clams, but less so the orecchiette, which were too thick and doughy, accompanied by a glass of good red wine. The bathroom is unique, neat and clean.

11/10/2025: Everything was truly excellent; the menu is well thought out, with dishes that combine tradition and creativity, and the pizza, by far, is the best I've ever eaten. We'll be back with pleasure!
