Wow!! Fantastic dining experience. Fantastic and unusual flavor combinations. I tried the 6-course tasting menu. Very clean environment. Excellent service. Finally they also gave us a bottle of wine as a souvenir..

It's been a while since we've eaten here, and as always it was worth it! Furthermore, on a splendid last Sunday in October, they offered us a table on the balcony: fantastic lunch with a fantastic view😂! Congratulations as always!!!

Absolutely amazing experience- we had the 8 course tasting menu. The food was wonderful. We were asked at the start of our evening of there was anything particular that we did not eat which was wonderful as there is always a chance with a tasting menu that there might be things there that might not be to our taste. The whole evening was such an experience - the food, the wonderful warm staff, the surroundings. Somewhere I will definitely be back to visit. Top marks

Leider wohl mit das schlechteste Essen dass wir in einem Sternelokal serviert bekommen haben. Eigentlich hatte uns das was wir auf der Karte vorgefunden hatten sehr zugesagt, insofern war die Enttäuschung doppelt groß. Positiv hervorzuheben war das Rissoto, die Babycalamarie und der Rote Bete Gruß aus der Küche. Handwerklich und geschmacklich gut. Dem gegenüber standen die restlichen Gerichte denen es an Geschmack und Raffinesse fehlte. Zum Hauptgang gab es Thunfisch, komplett Übergart, in Sesam ertränkt und auch von der Komposition für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Zum ersten Mal dass ich auf dem Niveau einen Telle zurück gehen lassen musste. Service war etwas distanziert, aber freundlich. Etwas verwundert hat uns dass man hier schlechter englisch sprach als in vielen anderen Restaurants vor Ort.

Una bellissima serata trascorsa sul balcone del ristorante. Il personale è competente, paziente e molto accogliente. Abbiamo preso il menù di 8 portate con dei vini abbinati; in tutte le portate (elegantissime) si sentivano i profumi e sapori deliziosissimi. Abbiamo assaporito sia piatti che vini per noi ancora sconosciuti e siamo rimasti felicissimi di tutta l'esperienza. Di sicuro torneremo a Carovigno e al Già Sotto l'Arco, già non vediamo l'ora!

On a Sunday evening the restaurant was understandably quiet and lacking atmosphere. Nonetheless we received a warm welcome. We ate from the à la carte and adjustments were cheerfully made to accommodate our vegetarian preference. Situated in the middle of depressingly average bistros catering for tourists with faux local cuisine this was a genuine pleasure and relief. All four of us chose differently and had nothing but praise for what we were served. We hope to be able to visit again.

Arte e Materia Prima a braccetto...i miei complimenti non solo allo Chef ma anche a tutto il suo staff...ambiente raffinato e palato estasiato. Consiglio uno dei menù "Teresa a sorpresa" con degustazione vini di una ottima cantina.

Sommes allés dîner dans cet établissement. La bâtisse située en plein centre du bourg tout comme la salle sont de toute beauté. Le cadre de la salle du repas est splendide et couleur locale sans être trop chargé. Les plats sont très bien réussis, même si évidement les tarifs sont élevés (plus élevés que certains autres restaurants étoilés italiens). La carte des vins est splendide et à l’avantage de proposer des flacons à des prix raisonnables comme des grands crus. Une fausse note cependant : un serveur a renversé une portion au moment du service d un antipasti, et la nappe était fortement tachée. Une serviette a été placée afin de cacher cette tâche, et nous a suivi jusqu à la fin du repas. Si cela peut arriver, il aurait ete de bon ton d offrir au moins les deux cafés ou un verre de digestif, mais il n en fût rien. Dommage.
