08/03/2026: Excellent restaurant! The dishes are fresh, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, always available. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

09/05/2026: Terrible!! Disorganized and slow service. Half an hour to order, grilled vegetables arrived practically boiled, indescribably watery. The lady at the cashier justified herself by saying that they had lost water while reheating them, oh well. The pizza was raw and burned on top. Horrible, I wouldn't recommend it even out of spite. Never again!!!!

21/09/2025: The place was empty. There were 3 of us. We asked to sit at a table for 4 to have more space, but the owner insisted on having us sit at a patio table for 2. She was rude. She angrily started moving chairs and tables, saying, "If it's okay with you." I repeat, the outdoor area was empty. I don't understand those who give a 5 for service. Highly discouraged!

It's clear he truly loves what he does, and that makes all the difference. The menu is a guarantee: delicious, rich, and well-filled pucce, and fragrant, light pinsa, made with quality ingredients and never boring pairings. Every bite is a small pleasure. Another strong point? The carefully curated selection of craft beers. Leo offers always interesting, well-researched labels, perfect to accompany every dish or simply to enjoy a proper beer in a casual yet refined setting. Whether you're passing through or a local, a stop at Midnite's is highly recommended. Kudos to Leo and his team!

19/05/2026: It could have been really nice, but alas... taking advantage of a language misunderstanding, for an initial order of two courses at €16 each + two glasses of (not very good) wine at €6 each + one dessert, the waiters completely abused their orders and advice, served a dish I hadn't ordered, charged me twice for bottled water, and ended up with a bill of €75. And to top it off, there was no explanation when it came time to pay, with the waiters practically panicking. In short, best forgotten, what a shame.

12/05/2026: Wonderfully situated overlooking the sea. A fish restaurant far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Simple, with fresh fish and seafood. Delicious food and everyone was very friendly. This is exactly how we imagine a holiday in Italy by the sea.

You can immediately tell when a place is run by someone who truly loves their job; their presence in the dining room really makes the difference, making you feel like a special guest and not just a customer. The pizzas are extraordinary, with top-quality ingredients and a very light dough, but it's the owner's professionalism and warmth that add that extra touch that makes you want to return. 08/01/2026: I've been to Fcazz e Birr in Polignano several times, and I always stop by every time I'm in town because it's the perfect place to grab a quick bite without wasting time. The place is casual, very lively, and typical of Apulian street food. There are only a few tables outside, so it can be difficult to find a seat, especially during busy periods like summer, but the atmosphere remains pleasant and lively. The real highlight is undoubtedly the focaccia barese: the dough is soft, slightly crunchy on the outside, and soft and fragrant on the inside, with that authentic flavor of Apulian extra virgin olive oil that instantly makes your mouth water. It's filled with fresh, simple yet flavorful ingredients, and every bite gives you that typical local specialty experience, perfect with a cold beer or while strolling through Polignano's alleys. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to serve you quickly and with a smile. Waiting times are never long, even when the place is crowded, and the service manages the high influx of customers well, without making anyone feel neglected. The prices are reasonable, fair for the quality offered, and absolutely affordable: you can enjoy an excellent panzerotto or focaccia and a beer without spending too much. In short, Fcazz e Birr is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy authentic focaccia from Bari in a casual, quick, and friendly way, perfect for a snack, a break during a stroll, or a summer evening in Polignano. 03/05/2026: Anyone who does this kind of work has to know how to deal with customers. We sat outside, and they served us, not by throwing plates at us, but almost. Rude as can be. The food is also good, especially the fish dishes (I practically only recommend those), but for me, service is very important.

07/04/2026: Historic pastry shop in a semi-central area, excellent pastries. Fresh, top-quality ingredients, attentive service. The espresso is also excellent. I always stop by whenever I have the opportunity, and it's always a great choice. Fast table service. Highly recommended!
