01/05/2025: I went to this place that I already knew with my family, behaving in the same way as all the other times: sitting down and patiently waiting for the waiter. After a few minutes, from the megaphone at the cash register the owner verbally scolded us, abruptly and without any tact in front of the other customers, inevitably making us feel uncomfortable, in his opinion the table was booked (there was no label to highlight it and above all it was still occupied by bottles and dishes from previous customers). Like all the other times I was waiting for him to come and clear the table and take the order. We were very disappointed by the rude and inappropriate behavior of the manager. This place, although offering decent quality, is a place we will not return to.

26/10/2024: Historic ice cream shop. The ice cream is still artisanal and is undoubtedly among the best in the country. The granitas are also excellent. The owner, now close to retirement, is always friendly and available to have a chat with customers.

15/06/2025: We went to Caffè Latino Bistrot and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. After sitting down and waiting patiently, we noticed that a table that arrived after us was served first, without any explanation or apology from the staff. We felt completely neglected, even though we tried to attract attention. The place looks nice, but the management of the service leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because a little more attention to the customer would really make a difference.

28/05/2025: Terrible experience for those looking for a quiet environment to study or work. We entered this bar with the intention of having a coffee and studying for a couple of hours. After ordering and consuming, we were asked in an unkind way to leave because "it is not a place to study". I fully understand the rules of the bar, but it should be noted that the place inside was completely empty, except for one occupied table outside, so it was not necessary to kick me and my friends out in such a rude manner, scolding us in front of everyone. A real shame, because the place is also nice... but we certainly will not return or recommend it to those looking for a welcoming environment.

21/02/2025: My experience was more than negative. Buffet in quantity and very poor quality. This previously agreed has not been confirmed. The buffet should have included cold and hot dishes. Of the 15 product qualities, those that figured the most were sandwiches, almost only sandwiches. Poor sushi. No cheese platter. The hot ones? Not even a shadow on the buffet. At the table, after the complaints of the parents of the birthday boy, they brought, for a table of 9-10 people, two paltry saucers of fried food, a plate, also ridiculous, of sausage and frankfurters, you guessed it right, WURSTELS (to fill the plate). I never buy the very poisonous frankfurters and BINARIO 24 saw fit to serve them to me to remind me that frankfurters still exist, especially in a high-level restaurant like yours where we have unfortunately ended up. Not even the saltimbocca expected. The only thing I appreciate is the location, nice, but above all the location in the village. For the rest, it has a long way to go. I remind you in BINARIO 24 that you have to hire staff if you want to satisfy customers, i.e. pay taxes and salaries and buy food in the quantities and quality required to offer an excellent service. He should learn not to say too much, but too much empty talk (CONVINCING), but implement the things he says to look forward to a brilliant future. For the moment it is in dim light. Be wary of what it promises. I won't go back even as an invitee. I sincerely thank him for making me look bad in front of my guests who may have thought that I paid 4 sous, but that wasn't the case. Thanks again to BINARIO 24 an excellence of our country!

04/03/2025: A nice place in the center of Grumo Appula, a bar that overlooks a very characteristic square, but the surprise is that in the evening they serve panzerotti stuffed with meat, turnips, various cured meats and obviously the classics with tomato and mozzarella. The service is impeccable and quick, but above all they leave the kitchen little by little allowing the customer to eat them piping hot. Popular prices therefore excellent value for money. Definitely going back several times.

24/05/2025: Consigliati da amici ci siamo recati in questo ristorante. Il cameriere che ci ha seguiti era di una simpatia sicura, tipica di chi questo mestiere lo fa da anni. Cibo squisito, e il pesce sicuramente di buona qualità (e lo dico da amante del pesce). Nonostante mia figlia scorrazzasse per tutto il locale il personale si è mostrato sempre professionale e cortese, soprattutto le ragazze. Valutazione positiva

09/05/2025: If you think you're coming to Italy to experience authenticity, tradition, and world-class quality—this place is a masterclass in how to exploit your expectations and insult your intelligence. As in Italian that works in tourism, I wanted to discover this place myself and brought a few foreign visitors here, excited to introduce them to the best of Italian craftsmanship. What we got instead was a grotesque parody of “Made in Italy”—overpriced, soulless, mass-produced mediocrity wrapped in fake rustic charm and Instagram-friendly packaging. The prices are off the charts, absolutely unjustifiable. We’re talking luxury-level costs for products that wouldn’t pass a blind taste test in a gas station. There is nothing artisanal, nothing exceptional, nothing remotely worthy of the absurd markup. Italy is full of incredible food, real artisans, passionate producers. This is not one of them. This is a business designed to extract as much money as possible from bystanders who don’t know better. If you're a tourist: don’t get ripped off. I left embarrassed—for myself, for my guests, and for what this place pretends to represent.

10/05/2025: Professionalism from all points of view, they remade my pizza on their own initiative because it was burnt and punctured, not all pizzerias would have had this attention. The quality of the raw material was highly appreciated. Rossopomdoro a certainty

30/03/2025: I took a fucking puccia where it was written with "porchetta"; stracciatella; asparagus cream. The puccia was cold good quality but that was not porchetta it was 1 slice of cooked in cross madonna.

01/06/2025: Pessimo da evitare Orecchiette simil colla , nulla a che vedere con le vere orecchiette pugliesi alle cime di rapa. Una specie di impasto verde amarognolo dal sapolre di bollito. Riferito al cameriere che mi ha saputo solo dire: non so cosa farci. Pagato ed andato via.
