The burger I tried - and which I can now easily define as "my absolute favourite" - is a concentration of taste, quality and passion. The meat is cooked to perfection, juicy and tasty, with that light external crust that makes the difference. The bread? Soft on the inside and slightly toasted on the outside, it holds everything together without ever becoming mushy. Every ingredient – ​​from the melted cheese to the sauce In short, it's not just a sandwich: it is an experience. If you haven't tried it yet, you are truly missing out on something special. Kudos to Degu Ham for raising the bar. Rating: 10/10. I'll be back, and I'll do it again with hunger.

25/05/2025: Ideal for a Sunday family lunch. A beautiful garden that perhaps deserves a little more care. A small field and some games for children. Simple but genuine cuisine. Friendly staff and honest prices.

08/06/2025: Be careful! The service is terrible: they yell at you if you don't clear the table! There's no arguing about the quality, but if you order a mixed fry you only get calamari and prawns and if you ask for explanations I'll tell you that the paranza is often not appreciated 🤔. I think Gino is more focused on tourists than on his fellow citizens 😔

01/04/2025: I recently visited the Anima e Passione restaurant after reading the positive reviews. The food was of good quality, prepared with fresh produce. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff professional. However, I must say that the prices are quite high, the quantities and variety of the raw seafood do not justify the cost, especially when compared to other restaurants in the same range. Soul and Passion might be a good choice for a special occasion, but not for a casual dinner.

01/05/2025: Il locale è anonimo, situato in una strada anonima e in un quartiere anonimo e vuoto, nel fine settimana. Ho pensato, proviamolo, le RECINZIONI paiono ottime... MAI SCELTA FU PIU' SBAGLIATA!!! Non la farò tanto lunga: tornati a casa odorerete di fritto e di cucina ( gli aspiratori non sanno cosa siano, evidentemente e la vostra lavatrice sarà contenta di lavare ( aggiungete l'energia elettrica e il detersivo al costo della pizza) Le pizze non sono a buon mercato; se le fanno pagare ma sono al minimo sindacale: nel complesso gustose ma povere, così povere che la Montanara all'odor di funghi, avevano 4 fette 4 di speck che non superavano lo spessore di 1/2 MICRON ed erano così piccole e depresse di trovarsi all'interno di quella pizza da sole, con la mozzarella che nel frattempo era scappata via, che si sono suicidate appena impiattate. Mi fermo qui che è meglio. La ragazza ai tavoli non sapeva chi, come e quando servire ma si farà esperienza col tempo. Complimentoni!!!

31/03/2025: Almond brittle (I don't remember the name exactly) superlative, twisted with sweet almonds good, a little less tasty the salty ones. Prices above average, but if you can spend, go there because the almond brittle is really worth it.

12/05/2025: I had to give a rating of only two stars to this highway bar due to several negatives. First of all, the croissants were totally cold and the cream inside them seemed to have just come out of the fridge, resulting in it being excessively cold. Secondly, I perceived little friendliness at the time of payment. When I asked for explanations about the cost of €2.30 for a croissant and €1.50 for a coffee, for a total of €7.60 for two people, the young barista replied that, being on the motorway, everything costs more, adding that we probably don't usually travel on the motorway. I then expressed my disappointment, pointing out that, considering the quality of the croissants (cold and hard), the price was exaggerated and that, due to his rude response, they had lost a customer. To this statement of mine, his impertinent reply was a terse 'I'm not interested in losing a customer, for example'. Apart from this, an anomalous receipt was issued, but in that case the bartender apologised, explaining that he had not closed the receipt of one of their collaborators who had made another purchase.

12/09/2024: Aesthetically nice location, but not functional: some tables outside are in the dark, a table lamp would be recommended. Good ice cream with reasonable prices. Unsuitable staff: the flavors are not written on the menu, if I'm not mistaken not even the maximum number of flavors in relation to the size of the cup, I asked for a medium cup with fior di latte, hazelnut and trifle (3 flavors present everywhere) and the lady, angrily, told me "ah so large cup" inviting me, not kindly, to come in and see the flavors as "they have 18" and that the trifle is not there. Lady who showed up at the table 10 minutes after our arrival and after another 5 minutes in which we went inside to ask if we should order inside or if someone was coming outside, they told us to wait outside and so we did. With another person or another management, recommended; with the current management and current staff, no.

15/05/2025: Davvero un posto fantastico e panzerotti buonissimi e leggerissimi. Io ho provato i due panzerotti classici fuori menù con tonno e salame piccante e ricotta forte. Devo dire due l'impasto era leggerissimo, si sentiva pochissimo il fritto e il ripieno era ben bilanciato. La mia compagna ha scelto invece un panzerotto gourmet ai gamberi (di cui foto allegate) e un classico. Il gourmet era semplicemente delicato e fresco al palato. Un panzerotto davvero ben bilanciato e ben pensato.

10/05/2025: Panzerotti stupendi. Vi consiglio di provare i loro panzerotti perché sono davvero ben fatti. Prezzi altini ma considerando che si sta sul porto di Molfetta ci potrebbe anche stare magari eliminando il coperto. Servizio cortese e veloce. Noi siamo stati x un aperitivo

04/06/2025: "Questo ristorante è stato un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile! La vista sul mare è semplicemente mozzafiato e il servizio è stato impeccabile. Il personale è stato molto attento e cordiale, facendoci sentire come a casa. Il cibo è stato semplicemente divino, con piatti creativi e sapori unici(sia di carne che di pesce) che hanno soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. La presentazione dei piatti è stata impeccabile e ogni boccone è stato un'esplosione di sapori. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza culinaria di alta qualità con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. PROVARE PER CREDERE...
