02/11/2025: We ordered seven pizzas on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM for delivery at 8:00 PM, and there was nothing to complain about punctuality, except that there were only six pizzas left at the time of delivery. After mentioning this to the delivery guy, we called the pizzeria, and here's the best part... The owner, after five minutes of chatting and hesitating about the missing pizza, delivered the missing pizza (who knows where it had ended up) cold and inedible. I called the pizzeria again, telling her I'd expected a hot pizza, since the mistake or oversight had been their fault. During the call, the lady, with a presumptuous and arrogant air, insulted me, and claimed that I should have accepted that pizza, but only after I insisted, quite annoyed, did she deliver the other pizza. Of course, I returned the cold pizza upon delivery. When you are unable to manage a business with courtesy (since the mistake was their fault) perhaps it would be time to change jobs.

03/06/2026: After visiting the caves we decided to have lunch at this place.... I must say that we were amazed to find that we ate and drank really well. The local snacks included a platter of excellent cured meats and very good seafood cavatelli. The quality/price ratio was definitely good. The staff were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

20/05/2026: When I walked into the restaurant, it seemed like a nice place, but then the first course (pasta with tomato sauce) was absolutely disgusting. The second course (fries and cutlet) was even more disgusting than the first; the cutlet was raw, and I found a bug in the fries. The staff was unfriendly, and the bathrooms were not clean. I only ate the packaged ice cream and some things I had in my backpack. The bread was the only good thing until we found an ant in it, and hairs in the ketchup and mayonnaise. I don't recommend it, especially if you're going on a class trip.

05/04/2026: Never go back. Terrible experience, terrible service and terrible food. For my intolerant mother, pre-cooked lasagna was served on a sealed tray, raw and smelly. Total disappointment.

22/02/2026: Be careful when ordering; no one tells you whether you want the menu or a single pizza. Or rather, without your knowledge, they force you to order the €15 menu, which includes pizza, cover charge, and drinks. A Margherita, a Ciccio with tuna, a sausage and chips, and a Norcia with chips in the middle and a drink are €76. Are you kidding me?!?! A Ciccio rosso and a drink are €20. You're out of your mind! Being mean will only make you lose customers, and for us, a group of 22, you can be sure we won't be coming back!

28/01/2026: A place that passes itself off as a pub, but only has one beer on tap (Castello). A total disappointment. The pizza was frankly nothing special. The karaoke also bothered us quite a bit throughout our stay. We had to move as far away as possible from where they were singing. I didn't like it.

09/05/2026: Average pizzeria with the option of a set menu with 9 appetizers, pizza, drink, and dessert for €15 per person. The appetizers include excellent bruschetta and good fried foods, although I'm sad to draw a veil over the prosciutto crudo. The Assassina was a decent portion, and the pizza was very good, thin and crispy. The dessert, the sporca muss, were cold and not very fresh.

03/05/2026: My girlfriend and I often order takeout pizza from them and have always had a great experience. The staff is really kind, helpful, and approachable, which is always a pleasure. The pizza is very good, flavorful, and made with a Bari-style dough that's light and well-made.

07/07/2026: Since my daughter is celiac, I'd been there years ago and had a great time. This year, I don't know if it was due to a change in management, I didn't find the same quality of products and food. My daughter received a tiny sandwich, obviously old and reheated in an attempt to make it appear fresh, but inedible anyway. They made up for it by adding potatoes that we didn't ask for. My first course, paccheri with a mixture of tomatoes and arugula, was watered down and too undercooked. Totally out of line with the price. I'll never return.

Great pizza, delicious assassina, fresh fried seafood, good music, great wine selection, and a lovely outdoor setting area near teatro Petruzzelli in the summer. Great staff and the owners make you feel very welcome - highly recommend.

16/06/2026: Very retro place, we went on Sunday for lunch with the whole football club and we were all unhappy with both the quality and quantity of the food, we are sorry because we had gone a month ago in the evening and had eaten better with appetizers and pizzas, unfortunately I don't think we will return again

Terrible experience, mediocre food, a waitress who piled up 8-10 dishes at a time, tables outside under a shantytown made from recycled materials, panels, sheet metal, old doors and windows—in short, a total disgrace. 10/04/2026: After lunch, I always prefer to enjoy a good coffee at a bar; today I chose the EXCELLENT Café in Putignano. The place is modern and welcoming, with the option of sitting at the tables inside or in the beautiful outdoor gazebo with sliding glass doors. I enjoyed an excellent coffee, served by professional and very fast staff. A great discovery! ☕✨

23/02/2026: I can't comment on the food because we didn't order anything. We had Baileys served in a paper coffee cup, half full, for €6. A bit overpriced! It's a shame the bar is very nice, but we won't be back!

The bald, bearded man with glasses and his wife, who left perhaps out of embarrassment after taking payment without knowing how to justify the exorbitant price, scribbled on the bill several times by hand until he finally got it right, inflating the price every single item. ;) The young woman with glasses was nice, but I'd rather work somewhere else than there. By far the worst experience we had in Bari. There are many honest people in Bari, greetings to all.
