09/03/2026: A completely different restaurant than usual. A large, homey dining room that takes you back to the 1950s thanks to the furnishings and details, a record player with soft music to accompany a relaxing dinner and excellent wine 🍷. We tasted an excellent assassina, a mix of meat and pizza, all excellent. The staff were kind and welcoming. We'll be back with pleasure :)

24/02/2026: I love going back, it really feels like home... at grandma's house. This time it was even better, with a private area where we were all in the group, all to ourselves, practically family chats. Spectacular food, very kind owner, always ready to chat. It couldn't have been better, in my opinion.

30/09/2025: It depends on what you're looking for. Here you'll find hospitality, courtesy, clean spaces, a stunning sea view (choose a "sea view" room), a porch to relax on, and a beautiful garden. The rooms are tidy and clean, but dated. The price is also reasonable... we had a really good time, and if we return to Bosa, we'll definitely stay here again.

14/09/2025: The hotel is in an exceptional location, the staff are friendly and helpful, the parking is onsite, and the restaurants across the street are all good. Prices are in line with the location, and the sea is beautiful. The entire coast, all the way to Oristano, is well worth a visit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the bathroom is a bit cramped.

01/12/2025: We discovered this wonderful place a few weeks ago... since then, every outing has become a regular stop for my friends and I. The atmosphere is relaxed, relaxed, and at the same time dynamic. The wonderful staff, Angela, won our hearts with her kindness and, above all, professionalism, as did the bartender, a delightful, kind person who excels at surprising us with his fantastic cocktails. We often spend time with our furry friends, and seeing how they are welcomed made us feel right at home. It's not easy to find yourself in places like bars, pubs, etc. and feel not just a table number but also welcome and, above all, a friend among friends. I'd give 10 stars if I could to everyone for everything. Tooooop!!

08/01/2026: I've been to Fcazz e Birr in Polignano several times, and I always stop by every time I'm in town because it's the perfect place to grab a quick bite without wasting time. The place is casual, very lively, and typical of Apulian street food. There are only a few tables outside, so it can be difficult to find a seat, especially during busy periods like summer, but the atmosphere remains pleasant and lively. The real highlight is undoubtedly the focaccia barese: the dough is soft, slightly crunchy on the outside, and soft and fragrant on the inside, with that authentic flavor of Apulian extra virgin olive oil that instantly makes your mouth water. It's filled with fresh, simple yet flavorful ingredients, and every bite gives you that typical local specialty experience, perfect with a cold beer or while strolling through Polignano's alleys. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to serve you quickly and with a smile. Waiting times are never long, even when the place is crowded, and the service manages the high influx of customers well, without making anyone feel neglected. The prices are reasonable, fair for the quality offered, and absolutely affordable: you can enjoy an excellent panzerotto or focaccia and a beer without spending too much. In short, Fcazz e Birr is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy authentic focaccia from Bari in a casual, quick, and friendly way, perfect for a snack, a break during a stroll, or a summer evening in Polignano. I will definitely return every time I pass by and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Apulian street food experience.

04/03/2026: We spent a wonderful day at Terrenobile for a spa treatment and were truly satisfied. Besides relaxing, we also had the pleasure of trying the restaurant: excellent cuisine, carefully prepared and of the highest quality. The location is beautiful, elegant, and welcoming, and the service was impeccable, professional, and attentive. A very positive experience, we will definitely be back!

02/03/2026: Welcoming place, easy to find parking. Service is quite efficient, the staff is very courteous and knows how to put customers at ease. Giovanni, the owner, has a great selection of meats, all TOP. My family and I ordered a 1.6 kg cut of RUBIA GALLEGA for four to share. EXCEPTIONAL!!!! In addition to this dinosaur steak, we had bombette (probably the best I've ever had), a platter of cured meats and cheeses, and a carpaccio. Yes, we spared no expense!!! But good old Giovanni treated us really well, even though it was our first time there. The desserts were also very good. We'll be back.

22/11/2025: It's a complete disaster. The hotel is in the middle of the highway, impossible to get anywhere on foot. The window overlooks a multitude of solar panels. You can hear everything outside in the rooms; a vacuum cleaner will wake you up at 6 a.m. We came here for the sauna and jacuzzi, but they charge 20 euros per person per hour, which is a joke. We didn't see any information about it anywhere. The photos of this hotel were probably taken 50 years ago, because this place definitely doesn't look like this. Overall, it's an old, filthy hotel. I don't recommend it.

16/11/2025: This isn't the first time we've attended the Barion Hotel for events. We've always had excellent experiences, from Maurizio's professionalism and courtesy to Elenya's smile and kindness, to Samy's impeccable, high-quality work. Especially regarding the cuisine and catering, I've complimented Granit, and I want to publicly reiterate my compliments, as my entire group noted the superior cuisine at last night's dinner. We weren't aware there had been any changes to the staff, but since everyone was so satisfied, I wanted to find out more, and indeed this new addition seems to be a significant upgrade for the entire hotel. Congratulations, and kudos to everyone I mentioned, for making our guests' experiences special!

17/01/2026: We went to a dinner show yesterday. We ate well, had a lot of fun, and paid a fair price. Compliments to the owners and the attentive staff. I highly recommend it.
