We have spent 3-4 hours here for a great puglian cooking class. Roberto and his mother Annamaria teached us how to make several dishes and a proper Focaccia! We really enjoyed the time here and learned a lot!

Haute cuisine, locally sourced produce, and obsessive passion are the hallmarks of this place. Extra virgin olive oil from centuries-old olive trees has never tasted so good! If you want to ENJOY food, you absolutely must stop at this beautiful period farmhouse, which is also very easy to get to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
