We have spent 3-4 hours here for a great puglian cooking class. Roberto and his mother Annamaria teached us how to make several dishes and a proper Focaccia! We really enjoyed the time here and learned a lot!

Haute cuisine, locally sourced produce, and obsessive passion are the hallmarks of this place. Extra virgin olive oil from centuries-old olive trees has never tasted so good! If you want to ENJOY food, you absolutely must stop at this beautiful period farmhouse, which is also very easy to get to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! STANDING OVATION!!!!!!!!!!

09/08/2025: Last night in Polignano, I was recommended this fish shop during the day and restaurant in the evening. Everything was excellent and I was so happy I went. It's a shame it was my last night in Polignano. The waiters were very kind and fast. Highly recommended!
02/08/2025: We had a mixed raw fish appetizer, a first course, and a second course, and the fish didn't seem as fresh as it looked. The place is nice, though, and the staff is very friendly. I think the price is a bit high for the quality of the fish, especially considering the location isn't the best.
