07/03/2026: A very quiet hotel with excellent service.
The rooms are very clean and well-maintained.
Many typical Puglian sights are located nearby, such as the Sassi di Matera and the world-famous Alberobello.
The food here is also excellent. I was given a tour of the kitchen, and it was exceptionally clean, which is quite rare in the restaurant industry.
The staff is courteous and very friendly.
So, if you value a peaceful stay with good food, this is the perfect place.
I would gladly stay at Hotel Murgia again.

28/01/2026: Yesterday I bought some apple sweets and threw them in the garbage because they were old and the apple was sour. Since it was a bit expensive, I expected a sublime dessert but it was a disappointment.
22/12/2025: Quality bakery and very friendly staff! In my humble opinion, it's definitely among the best focaccias in Bari. Try it and believe it! ☺️

30/12/2025: Unfortunately Mangia Ami has changed its policy. The coffee is still good, but everything else isn't as exceptional as before. The panzerotti are half empty, and the last time I went there, the mozzarella was still half frozen. I understand the high cost of living, but people still demand it when they pay. Aside from the mix-up, the staff is kind and attentive to the customer. Unfortunately, however, they shrugged their shoulders when I pointed out this problem with the panzerotti.

High-quality cuisine prepared with care and passion.
Pizzas baked in a real wood-fired pizza oven.
The chef's spaghetti (COVO recipe) is to die for, perfectly al dente, with a delicious and perfectly balanced sauce.
The pizza dough is excellent and the toppings are very well proportioned.
I will definitely be back.

26/04/2026: Very good food, tasty, but the dishes are minimal, meaning there's not much pasta, so you'll have to ask for more.
Excellent location, nothing to complain about.
I haven't tried the rooms yet, but I'm thinking about it in the future.

07/06/2026: Business lunch. I tried the local dish, orecchiette with zucchini flower tops. The wait was a bit long, but let's just say it was worth it. As for the atmosphere, I give it 4 stars because there were a few too many flies for my taste.
