18/08/2025: Nice and cozy place for breakfast! The owner of the cafe and B&B is very nice and very friendly! Great experience!

15/08/2025: I had the opportunity to eat breakfast at this restaurant every day (because the hosts of the apartment I stayed in (I recommend this accommodation, by the way!, but that's a Booking.com review) are also the owners of this restaurant/cafe). My breakfast consisted of a cappuccino and toast :) I also had the opportunity to try a tuna croissant. P.S. For those who love sweets or simply traditional Italian (SWEETY) breakfasts - the croissants were fresh and crispy!

05/10/2025: The dishes were well-prepared. I wasn't entirely sold on the seafood pasta dish, but all the other courses were superb. The seared tuna with vinegar spheres was exceptional. The sweet, fresh, and balanced flavors were excellent. The view was stunning, and I highly recommend it! The prices are high; the restaurant has one Michelin star, so they're not tavern-style prices (for those who don't want to spend a lot).

20/08/2025: The pizzas are embarrassingly large. I've had much better pizzas in Albania. I don't recommend it at all. I would have preferred a frozen pizza.

12/09/2025: La Svolta is definitely one of the best restaurants in Bari. Great food, great atmosphere, and fantastic service! And the pistachio pesto pasta (photo below) is one of the best pastas I've ever had! We've been to La Svolta four times, and each time the food was very, very good!

31/08/2025: I placed an order on Just Eat at 9:40 PM and called at 11:30 PM to find out the status of my order. Since it wasn't yet being prepared and Just Eat had marked it as delivered half an hour earlier, I asked to cancel it (delivery time: 10:50 PM). A few minutes later, the pizzeria called me back, and the guy on the phone practically threatened me, saying that if he came there, "we'd have a fight" (in Bari dialect and with a shouting tone), adding, "I'm not a regular customer, so I didn't deserve priority over others." This is my experience there. I certainly respect the work these people do, but it's also right that they learn to respect their customers.

23/05/2025: A confirmation, as always the chicken is excellent, but a pleasant surprise given by a parmigiana with a homely taste on the palate but above all with an excellent fried inside! Dulcis in fundo, tiramisu highly recommended! To return!!
