12/08/2025: I don't like to comment, but this bar pleasantly surprised me. We came in for a refreshing drink and the welcome was particularly warm. Some people just pour you a coffee and hope you leave quickly, but that's not the case here. The guy at the counter was friendly and served us right away, exchanging a few words and explaining the place's features. The bar is clean with a shaded outdoor seating; the obvious things are no longer obvious. After serving us, he recommended the Cartellata with gelato and cream. We were packed for lunch, so I tried it and it was truly fantastic, both in taste and texture: a crunchy base, cool gelato, and smooth cream, a dessert with a bold yet well-balanced flavor. My partner devoured it, a much-needed boost when you're full. What can I say? A break from the trip I wasn't expecting. It was the only place open, and by unique I mean even the church was closed... I'm speechless; it gave us a priceless break. Thank you, and I hope others can enjoy your hospitality, as this is definitely not just a regular bar service. The Genoese and the Mexican. Also, a shout out to the traffic warden, I've never seen one so friendly 🤣🤣🤣 They don't exist in Liguria.

08/06/2025: This morning I grabbed a decaf and a croissant for €2.60—an absolute rip-off! The croissant was so insubstantial it felt like I hadn’t eaten anything!

10/08/2025: Very modern and pleasant place, excellent service, as was the food. I had a burger with a trio of chips, and they even offered me a vegetable dish off the menu, which I thoroughly enjoyed and wasn't expected. For dessert, we had a delicious salted caramel cheesecake made on-site. Highly recommended.

08/06/2025: L’accueil du propriétaire semble froide au premier contact. Par la suite il est plutôt amicale mais ne communique qu’en italien. Les plats de pâtes doivent être commandé en duo ce qui est contraignant. Par contre le plat de pâtes choisi « pasta Fresca alla cardinale » était bon, généreux, goûteux mais un peu trop salé. Tandis que le plat de viandes varier était très bon en particulier la saucisse. Pour dessert, deux morceaux de gâteau maison qui a notre avis, au prix de 2€, était plus que délicieux. Bref, 2 plats de pâtes, 1 plat de viandes grillé, 1 litre de vin maison et 2 morceaux de gâteau pour 46€. Très satisfait mais ne vous attendez pas à de la grande classe, juste de la bonne nourriture.

13/04/2025: Oggi domenica delle Palme pranzo in famiglia all'osteria delle travi a bari vecchia. Devo dire che ci mancavo da un paio di anni. Ho trovato la solita cordialità del proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile. Altrettanto dicasi per tutto lo staff dei camerieri. Per quanto riguarda il cibo sempre di qualità con pesce freschissimo e cotto, in particolare la frittura, in maniera eccellente. Le porzioni abbondanti. Quindi un sentito grazie per tutto. 06/06/2025: DELICIOUS! Nice restaurant with atmosphere, delicious fish dishes (we ate tuna tartare, Apulian octopus dish and fried seafood). Very nice service, the waiter advised us on the choice of wine and hit the nail on the head. We are very pleased. I recommend!

05/06/2025: Don’t go. An exhausting wait for more than 2 hours, entertained by offensive jokes from one of the waiters. I suggest to fire that waiter or send him to a proper school.

06/08/2025: Very disappointed in this restaurant and will never return. We waited an hour for our food to arrive - Other tables arrived after us and received their food quicker. We asked staff for our food and they still didn’t bother to bring it out to us. We never received our entree after multiple reminders. When we paid the bill they weren’t apologetic about forgetting meals. We were even over charged. Very awful service and very rude waiters. Do not eat at this trap

06/08/2025: I was on vacation with my friends. We discovered this place by chance and it surprised us: fast service, delicious food, and absolutely affordable prices. Recommended!

27/07/2025: First experience... I went for dinner on the recommendation of friends. I'd heard good things about the place, but unfortunately it turned out to be a disappointment: almost no table service, touchy staff, small and very hot place (there's air conditioning, but it's not enough to cool the place down—a shame). The mandatory menu for table service is a bit limiting, as the panzerotti sizes aren't specified in cm (the menu only lists "S, M, L, XL"). Prices and toppings were average, and the bulk of the panzerotti proved a bit heavy to digest. An experience I'll remember... not as much as I would have liked. In conclusion, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone who wants to try the panzerotti flavors or to those who don't eat much. I haven't tried the pizzas.

26/07/2025: Too backward... absurd ordering policy, and you can't combine panzerotti with ingredients they themselves put on the menu... Not even in the Middle Ages did they have this restriction. Wine only available at Caribbean temperature (45 degrees).

Going down a few steps you find yourself in a welcoming place built by the masters of the past and which makes the atmosphere warm and evocative at the same time. We tasted meat of all kinds accompanied by excellent local wine. Everything truly delicious. Impeccable service and fair price. Nothing to add except a THANK YOU to the owners who, with their company, made us spend a pleasant evening. I make an appeal to their daughter Simona: Help your parents more if you can by spreading and publishing the activity on social media because, nowadays, without likes 👍 it has become difficult to survive.

25/06/2025: We went to this pizzeria attracted by the positive reviews and I must say that the pizza lived up to expectations: light dough, well leavened and quality ingredients. The wood-fired oven really makes the difference! The only downside: the appetizers are counted per person, even if it is a shared dish. It had not been specified to us in advance, and in the end the bill was a little higher than expected. Overall, an excellent experience for those looking for a well-made pizza, but I recommend asking for clarification on appetizers and covers to avoid surprises.
