22/08/2025: I recently visited the butcher's shop and rotisserie in Acquaviva and I must say the quality of the meat is excellent: tender, flavorful, and perfectly selected. The variety is excellent, and you can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients. The service is friendly and very welcoming; in particular, the restaurant owner's daughter stands out for her courtesy and professionalism, making the experience pleasant and personal.

11/10/2025: A wonderful experience: we had seafood risotto, Sorrento-style gnocchi, buffalo mozzarella, grilled octopus and it was all delicious thanks to the excellent raw materials. Furthermore, upon arrival it was pleasant to be welcomed by the professionalism and kindness of the manager and his staff... I can only highly recommend it.

08/10/2025: Let's start with the setting, an old restaurant with a stone vaulted ceiling, including the floor. Original materials. Modern, pleasant furnishings. Very good service. No doubt about it. And finally, the food. The orecchiette with turnip greens were excellent. The second course of the first course was also very good. But the orecchiette were number one, believe me. The house wine, a red, was also good. And the tiramisu? At this latitude, it can be problematic, but this one was also good. Fair prices. Recommended.

17/07/2025: Stasera mi sono recato al bar con degli amici. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile aiutandoci ad avvicinare i tavoli per far si che tutti noi stessimo insieme. Dopo poco tempo un membro dello staff è venuto subito a prendere la comanda facendoci sentire a nostro agio e scherzando insieme a noi, rendendo così il proprio lavoro una passione e un occasione di socializzazione anziché dimostrare straziamento nei nostri confronti. Dopo poco sono arrivati i cornetti, devo dire tutti buoni, ma uno di essi era troppo caldo direi quasi incandescente, impossibile da mangiare e gustare. Nonostante ciò servizio ottimo e staff simpaticissimo. Oltre i cornetti anche le bevande erano perfette e molto piacevoli da bere. La qualità prezzo è eccezionale prezzi bassi per prodotti di alta qualità. Sicuramente un posto da non abbandonare mai. Essendo un cliente quasi fisso so che cio che è accaduto è stato un errore e che non ricapiterà più perché non è mai successo

03/09/2025: A nice atmosphere in itself, but some of the service was very inattentive and unfriendly. The Coke we ordered right at the start only arrived after we had already finished our food, even though we had already had the other drinks. We didn't even get the cheesecake we ordered. The highlight of the whole thing was the unfriendly cashier who judged us with her stares. It's a real shame, I wouldn't go back!

02/09/2025: I drove around Taranto trying to find it, and when I arrived, they told me they only have pistachio crepes for gluten-free, even though they advertise several other options on their website. A complete disappointment.

09/10/2025: Most restaurants aren't open till 19:30 but they're open early, so this is popular. Food is decent to good. Price is reasonable. It's inside a rustic stone house. Nice.

16/08/2025: My partner and I had lunch yesterday at Biancospino, the best seafood restaurant in Altamura in our opinion. Despite it being a busy holiday, the owner took the time to welcome us during lunch and ensure everything was up to expectations. We had a seafood appetizer (excellent), an excellent first course, a glass of rosé, and a good dessert. Everything was excellent, with prices in line with the market. We'll be back soon! Thank you so much, also for the discount on the bill, which is rare these days.

15/08/2025: Terrible, big scammers, congratulations! The food was good, but the service was terrible, with incorrect orders and long wait times. The waiters repeatedly brought the wrong dishes and got the orders wrong. The surprise was that the bill ended up with the wrong extra dishes added. Furthermore, the prices of the individual dishes were insane compared to what was listed on the menu. I'm attaching a photo of the receipt for a single salmon dish, €25. The menu showed the price at half price, as did all the other prices. When I pointed out the error on the receipt, the owner responded with great arrogance and rudeness. I do not recommend!

11/09/2025: The service was fast and the waiters were nice, the coffee was really good. However, the pistachio Cornetto was extremely dry and had so much sugar I got instant acid reflux.

08/09/2025: My husband and I stayed at the property for a weekend. Upon arrival, I noticed it was a beautiful property with a lot of potential and ample parking. It's a shame that the attention to detail was lacking in cleanliness. The spacious rooms, although a little dated, are nice, but not the cleanest. The pool was small, but poorly maintained, as the umbrellas were dirty, and there were bird droppings on the pool floor. The spa was very small and, in my opinion, not very good. Our priority was requesting two deep tissue massages. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding because we had specified this over the phone with reception and not written it down in the booking email, believing they had made a note of it directly. When the massage was performed, I realized it wasn't the one we'd requested. The masseuse, not at all welcoming, began her "relaxation" massage, which had nothing to do with relaxation. It felt like a gentle imposition of hands on the body, with an infinite amount of oil, something I've never experienced in many massage experiences. I asked the girl to focus on my back with a little pressure, but she didn't want to. A 50-minute massage was uncomfortable and not at all relaxing. When I got to my face, I had to endure the annoying noise of her bracelets, which I also found on my face. Since I had the massage first, we decided not to continue with the second massage because I wasn't at all satisfied, even though the reception tried to convince us to do it, because the masseuse had been called on purpose. I can't tell you how presumptuous the masseuse was in believing she'd done a good job. Just paying for that massage was more than enough. I was convinced by the positive reviews, but I'm sorry to say: too expensive for what we got! A positive note goes to the reception staff, very kind and friendly. The breakfast area is very nice and well-kept, with a wide selection for intolerances. The hotel restaurant is also excellent.

27/08/2025: I was 20 years old and I used to come with a group to eat his special "spaghetti alla chitarra." It's a restaurant...there was no hotel...I'm just happy to have seen it today...after 43 years!!!
