03/09/2025: Just been to this shameful pizzeria, to say the least. We enter, they sit us down, bring us menus, and ask us about drinks. Only then does a waiter, who has been intrusive from start to finish, inform us that it's KARAOKE night and that there's a mandatory minimum purchase of €15 per person. We start to grumble, because the Consumer Code requires this to be possible only if CLEARLY communicated to the consumer at the entrance to the establishment. Which, however, isn't indicated in any way or communicated in advance. Coming to the food... the pizza is embarrassing, shoddy, with botched ingredients thrown on top. Let's leave aside the bugs in the bean basket. When it comes to the bill, we MAGICALLY pay only for what we consumed, as stated on the receipt. Places like these need to stop trying to get customers, thinking they're smart, because they might catch someone smart. And then, learn quality, elegance, and craftsmanship from those who know how. Besides, the way they respond to the reviews I see below...says it all.

16/09/2025: Zero help from airport staff. They don't care about anyone. If you want to get out, you wait 30 minutes for someone to respond. After 30 minutes, they refer you to another person and laugh. I spoke Italian, English, and Polish. I have the impression they don't understand any of these languages. I don't know, maybe they're from Senegal, because there are quite a few of them here in Bari. It's truly awful. Be prepared that if your flight is delayed, you'll still have to wait an hour to get out. I don't recommend this airport. It's truly awful, and you need to know at least five languages ​​to communicate. Best regards, I don't recommend it.

16/09/2025: It's a small airport. It gets crowded during peak hours, but after that, it's relatively quiet. Security screening isn't particularly crowded, so you might not need to buy the fast-track ticket Ryanair offers (based on a 2:00 PM flight on a Sunday).

05/10/2025: Went yesterday with family for dinner. It was small inside and crowded, but well-managed. There's plenty of space outside, but it was too cold for October. The staff made us feel comfortable without any issues, and the food was very good. Definitely recommended.

The waiter who served us, an older gentleman, rolled his eyes because we weren't ordering food. He had to ask his manager if we could stay just for a drink. When the manager said yes, the waiter served our drinks with great reluctance. The whole time, we were made to feel like second-class citizens. I asked the waiter for the bill twice, but he didn't hear us (or he ignored us). We finally got the bill, and the gentleman didn't even look at us when he handed it to us. It was a pathetic display. I don't recommend this place. Edit: After leaving a review, the waiter I wrote about found me on social media, messaged me saying "I'm a bad person" and commented on my photos! Insane!

04/05/2025: Among the best taralli I have ever eaten. Every time I go back down, I always stop by Capurso to stock up on taralli to take back to Florence. There are various flavors and formats of tarallo, both sweet and savory, but also other products occasionally.
