08/07/2024: I ate the best fried panzerotto ever here. It looked like the one my grandmother made at home. From today, Fornaccio, Ghiotto Panzerotto, Casa del Gusto, etc. no longer exist for me. If I feel like a feast of fried panzerotti I will come here.

25/07/2024: Fantastic environment, really cared for even in many details. I went to eat there twice already, I must say that both times I found it nice and welcoming. Really good food, with a decent amount of choices, served with a side of potatoes included. The only flaw I found was regarding the service. The starters and sandwiches were given to us with a limited number of sauces (2 sachets per person). I can understand the use of sachets, but it seems excessive to me to carry them by hand to customers. It would be much more appropriate to put a container on the table and allow customers to use as many sauces as they want, without feeling like they have to ask the staff for sachets. For this reason alone I give 3 stars to the service.

24/07/2024: This place has changed! I went with my family and we got 2 sandwiches for the children with chicken cutlet and sauces, paying a whopping 11.50 each, I got a pizza with stracciatella that had gone bad and salami too! My husband got a stinky burger sandwich! The girls who served the tables were annoyed and sulking! I haven't been there in years and I will never go there again! 😩 Terrible experience!

21/07/2024: Carbonara di Mare che mantiene la parola, sugo di carbonara VERO però di mare. Le crocchette di patate, le più buone che abbia mai mangiato. Composto di patate buonissimo con panatura CROCCANTE, formano un gusto prevalentemente BUONISSIMO, ma anche gioioso. Pinsa con tartare di tonno, feta, pomodorini e rucola spettacolare.

14/07/2024: We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary... nice and welcoming location located on the hotel terrace, attentive and helpful professional service Tasty food and well presented Too bad for the long waiting times... and for the presence of a cat who, although tender and calm... jumped and moved under and over our chairs, disturbing our dinner.

27/08/2024: Malhonnêteté extrême, avec des prix modifiés par rapport à la carte de façon arbitraire et sans aucune explication à la fin du repas. Lieu désuet, cadre sombre, déprimant, et dépourvu de climatisation. Repas tout à fait moyen.

24/05/2024: Non è la prima volta che mi reco al Grottino di Bitonto, gestito dalla Famiglia Ximenes. L' ho fatto ogni anno in occasione di eventi speciali ( compleanni e ricorrenze oppure per una cena o pranzo normale). Ciò che ogni volta mi colpisce sono a parte il sorriso, la squisita gentilezza e l' educazione di tutto il personale, l' eleganza del posto e la raffinatezza con cui vengono preparati i piatti, sempre speciali per sapore e fantasia di allestimento. Ho provato tanti ristoranti o pizzerie a Bari, ma il Grottino supera tutti e rimane un ambiente familiare e caldo dove trascorrere coccolati e con piatti incredibilmente buoni e vino prelibato, una serata od una giornata. Complimenti vivissimi a tutti. Siete unici e speciali❤️❤️❤️

26/05/2024: I had the opportunity to try different dishes on several occasions. What I liked most were definitely the spaghetti all'assassina and the arancini. Very affordable prices, I recommend it to everyone.

Our guests are still raving about the incredible atmosphere and seamless coordination with which everything was executed! Thank you for making our stay and wedding day an unforgettable celebration. Villa Torre Bianca will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

18/06/2024: We stayed for 4 nights in June and absolutely loved the stay. We were a little unsure when we arrived as we were the only guests at the entire place with a staff of at least 10, but once we realized it is very much a boutique hotel (only 5-6 guest suites) and met the staff we settled in and really started to enjoy ourselves (more guests would arrive over the next couple of days). The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious enough with a private garden. The grounds are stunning – surrounded by olive trees, perfectly manicured lawn and stone walls, it really gives off the “Italian Villa” vibe perfectly. The pool area is wonderful, although would've loved a little bit of music in the background as it is very quiet. The villa is 15-30 minutes from a variety of interesting sites such as Palignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Alberobello. The absolute best part of the stay though was the staff, especially Massi (breakfast) and Gaspare (dinner). Both are super welcoming and obviously love where they live and what they do, offering wonderful suggestions. The dinner experience with Gaspare was one of our favorite parts of the entire trip.

26/08/2024: Very friendly and nice staff. Very good bowlers. Unfortunately the sandwich bread was really basic, cold, limp, not suitable for hamburgers, in my opinion it should have at least been warmed up. Furthermore, the sandwich was not seasoned at all, even though it said cheese and pepper sauce and yogurt sauce. There were very few chards, paid €8, too much! Many things should be reviewed. The quality-price ratio is not optimal. I wouldn't go back, honestly.
