Very well organized cinema. Screen 1 is really satisfying, with very comfortable seating and a perfect view. I will definitely be back.

Multiplex cinema. Pros: Even the smallest theater has steps. Cons: In addition to the ticket price, you'll need to budget for €5-6 for underground parking in the university car park.

A rather dark and a bit squalid hall, it does not inspire a welcoming feeling. The room is well soundproofed with good audio. The seats, although they seem welcoming at first sight, become very uncomfortable after twenty minutes, a real flaw for someone who has to sit for more than an hour. Fortunately, the film seen was of an excellent quality and very enjoyable.

The rooms are huge and have very comfortable seating, but what I didn't appreciate was that during the film, many people had the opportunity to enter, disturbing with the external lights.

I've been going to the Multicinema Galleria for four years now, and since I live outside of Bari, I can say it's become one of my absolute go-to cinemas. I'm always happy to return because it still manages to convey that true cinematic experience that many theaters have lost. The audio and video quality is truly excellent... the theaters are well-maintained, the sound is immersive, and the viewing experience is always enjoyable. It's no coincidence that the cinema is also known for its attention to the technical quality of its screenings and acoustics. I've always found the staff to be polite, respectful, and professional. Never intrusive, never rude... a neutral but friendly attitude that I personally appreciate. The popcorn is truly delicious, and as a movie lover, that means a lot to me 🤣, even if the drink prices are a bit high. However, this is offset by the very reasonable offers, especially on Wednesdays, when tickets are truly affordable. The facility is spacious, tidy, and very clean. Even the bathrooms, a rarity these days, have almost always been in excellent condition. The lobby is beautiful and spacious, with an elegant, modern feel while maintaining the historic charm of the cinema, which opened in 1948 and was converted into a multiplex in 2005. One thing I love is the fact that there are seven different theaters, seating over 1,100 people in total, so there's almost always a wide selection of films and times. They also have the summer Arena Quattro Palme, which must be fantastic for watching movies outdoors on summer evenings. The escalators and elevator to the upper floors are also very convenient... especially for lazy people like me 🤣 And the seats? Really very comfortable, which is essential when watching long films. Overall, the Multicinema Galleria still manages to let you experience cinema as it should be experienced... with comfort, quality, and atmosphere. And after four years, I still happily choose it.

It's been around for 20 years now, I think. The square is always very well-kept, kudos to the managers. The related activities are functional, but it's probably lost the sensationalism of its early years. It's a shame for such a large and easily accessible facility. It deserves more attention from the operators, but sometimes it's just not crowded; continuous and constant monitoring of the interests of local residents and beyond is needed. A pleasant space that deserves to be promoted. The cinema offers 12 screens and films throughout the afternoon and evening. I wish this space another 20-30 years of initiatives and success.

I returned after a long break.... Little has changed. I've found some new additions to the staff, but everyone is still kind and helpful. The rest, I'd say, is above average. Thank goodness: it's the only cinema left in the center!
