Good food, relaxing atmosphere with pleasant background music. Wide selection of pizzas with different doughs. The restaurant menu is more focused: appetizers, 5 first courses, and 5 second courses. We had roasted cardoncelli mushrooms on a cream of potato and toasted almonds and cod tempura. For starters, cacio e pepe troccoli with shrimp, and fried calamari, all very tasty. Attentive and friendly service. We'll be back to try their pizzas.

Very attractive location, delicious and well-executed first courses, the fried calamari was a hit, the table service was very friendly and helpful, and the prices were above average... We'll be back to try the pizzas! Overall, a very positive experience.

UNIQUE AND WELCOMING! We'd already been here in May for pizza, and we returned for All Saints' Day. The waiters showed us the side rooms, offering privacy and fantastic jazz music. Excellent food, delicious and friendly service. The price was definitely proportionate to the quality of the ingredients served. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent pizza, a meticulously maintained location, and impeccable service. The staff changes but is always top-notch. The cheesecake in a glass (chocolate flavor) is also good. The pumpkin and capocollo pizza is pictured.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality, but be patient! We went to Sapore Perfetto in Conversano, and from a culinary standpoint, the name absolutely lives up to its name. It was a high-level experience for the palate, only partially marred by a decidedly improvable timing. What we liked (The "Flavor"): * Very tasty appetizers: Very fresh ingredients and perfect combinations. Each course was an explosion of flavor. * Delicious first courses: The quality of the pasta and sauces is unquestionable. You can sense the passion and research. * Location: Welcoming and refined atmosphere, typical of the village of Conversano. The sore point (The wait): Unfortunately, the service had a significant gap: we waited a very long time between the end of the appetizers and the arrival of the first courses. The wait threatened to disrupt the rhythm of the day and dampen our enthusiasm. Final Verdict We're giving it 5 stars because when the food is this good, it's hard to give less, and it's clear that the kitchen operates to extremely high standards. However, we recommend the restaurant better calibrate its service times to ensure a truly impeccable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking true quality and not in a rush!

The staff was very welcoming and kind, and we immediately felt at ease. The service was overall good, although there was a bit of pressure, with frequent questions every few minutes; understandable, given that it was a Saturday night and the place was busy. The pizza was good, but not exceptional. Due to a mistake, we received a different pizza than the one we ordered. Overall, it was still edible, but it lacked that extra something, the passion and intensity of flavor you expect. Overall, a positive experience, with a few details that could be improved.

Simply exceptional pizza! Light and easy-to-digest dough, top-quality ingredients, and perfect cooking. You can immediately taste the passion and attention to detail. The service is fast and friendly, the atmosphere welcoming and clean. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. A pizzeria definitely worth trying... and one I'll definitely be back to!
