20/10/2025: Excellent pizza and excellent panzerotti, too noisy environment.

19/10/2025: This pizzeria isn't very big, but the food is good. I enjoyed the pizza, and the panzerotti weren't bad either. The all-you-can-eat concept is a good one; the prices aren't that high either. I think there are only two negatives. The service was poor, as the staff couldn't manage the tables and parking, but otherwise I give it a solid pass.

05/10/2025: You have to buy a ticket, but it's worth the wait, which isn't long. It allows you to take the time to think about your order.

25/09/2025: As a Korean, this is the most delicious food I've ever had here. If you're ever in Polignano amaretto, you absolutely must try it. Especially the baked potatoes, the orchid tomato sauce... The octopus and the meat were all excellent. By the way, this isn't just a random dish.

09/09/2025: I got married on September 8, 2025, at a masseria in Fasano, and Angelo took care of all the wedding catering. The food was spectacular: the tuna tartare and seared octopus were excellent. Fresh pasta stuffed with scampi was even better. The slow-cooked suckling pig was the perfect ending to the meal, and we finished with the Pasticciotto cake, which was sublime. The staff and Angelo, the chef, deserve a round of applause. Highly recommended!!!!!

16/09/2025: We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.

28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef. One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

16/10/2025: Excellent and refined dishes, a charming atmosphere, and polite and friendly owners. The main dining room is all white stone, tastefully and simply furnished. The tagliolini with truffle were truly delicious, as was the presentation, with the dusting of shaved truffle. They offered us two starters with truly excellent selections. I highly recommend it.

05/10/2025: First time eating here and we were impressed. The food is great but the service was better. We had an all ladies serving crew and they showed us teamwork and professionalism. The leader, Rosalla was warm, authentic and gracious. She served us with warmth and had good knowledge of the restaurant's products. Impressive crew and great food. Highly recommended and will come back next year again!

04/10/2025: Among all the places I had food in Bari this was pretty … average. In all ways, food, atmosphere, service. There are much better places, even for Spaghetti a l‘assessina.

03/10/2025: Found on Google Maps because it's near the hotel. Good wood-fired pizza. Small place in the center, a bit noisy for a chat. Recommended.

28/09/2025: Disappointed... good pizza, but I went for the mixed appetizers, now removed from the menu. 5 euros for a few olives to fill the long wait for the pizzas. Too bad the reference for an evening in Bari was erased.

22/09/2025: Simply excellent! A very, very warm welcome. The manager comes up with you to show you your room and is very available to provide any information you may need throughout the evening! The rooms are perfectly comfortable, the location is also perfect, and the view is breathtaking. I recommend it 1000%.

28/09/2025: For a first time, it left me speechless: the service was lacking, the pizza was awful, and the menu was presented in an inexperienced way. I'm sorry, but it's an experience I'll quickly forget.

03/10/2025: The staff's service was excellent. I'm a foreigner and wanted to try a typical local dish, and I loved their recommendation. Excellent flavor. The photos don't do it justice. Everything was flavorful and juicy. The portions were adequate. The price seemed very low for the high quality of the food. 100/10 Highly recommended.

28/09/2025: I would give the quality of the food a 0, you can't eat fried food that was hard and frozen, the rest I ate was tasteless, quality, price and location, for me it's worth 0.
