16/09/2025: We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.
28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef.
One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

18/10/2025: I really wanted to try the steak. It was perfectly cooked and the raspberry sauce was delicious. The orecchiette pasta was healthy and delicious. Everything on the menu was delicious, and this was the most impressive restaurant I've ever had, not just at Polignano amaret, but also out of all the other restaurants I've eaten in Rome.
Koreans tend to prefer a variety of flavors, from sweet and salty to savory,
but I think Italian food in general is healthy and focuses on the natural flavors of the ingredients. I went to this restaurant when I was a little tired of Western food, but the quality was better than other places.

19/10/2025: An old-fashioned place, with a paper menu, and no pretense of being anything other than what it is: a place with a simple atmosphere where you can enjoy excellent pizza, and friendly staff. Prices are well within the average range, and dessert is very kindly provided on the house.

29/10/2025: More than pizza poetry, I'd call it a nightmare pizza, a real disgrace. The first time I went there in person for 3 take-out pizzas, they were truly awful. The second time I wanted to try again... I wish I'd never done it before, the ingredients were altered and of terrible quality... We threw the pizzas away and 25 euros! I strongly advise against it!

04/11/2025: A cosy and artistic place with great, tasty traditional cuisine. The service is very good as well. I recommend the plate with traditional meat and cheese from Puglia and the green salad with ham, walnuts, straciatella cheese and cherry tomatoes. Looking forward to visit Bari again and go to this place. 😍
02/11/2025: The norcineria is a great place to enjoy platters of top-quality cured meats and cheeses. I also tried the bombette martinesi and I can say they were excellent.

03/12/2025: This little focaccia we discovered in Polignano a Mare was truly wonderful. We tried the tomato focaccia, a Puglia specialty, and it was delicious. Seeing how popular the place was, we were curious to try it, and I'm so glad we did. Although small and crowded, the delicious flavors made it all worth it. We felt lucky to have chosen this place.
15/10/2025: Excellent, delicious focaccia, long queues and a place not suitable for a meal on site, between the people waiting in line and the people already inside, there is nowhere to eat, not even standing outside the place because, probably the residents have put up signs prohibiting stopping to eat... excellent bakery for what it produces, but then I don't know where to eat it.

16/09/2025: Wonderful restaurant that served us generously. My wife and I enjoyed the fresh mushroom appetizer and shared fondue burguignon and cheese fondue. We had savory sauces with the meat, herbed bread for the cheese and sides of pickles and onions. A great experience.

03/11/2025: I went to this historic pizzeria on the recommendation of a friend because I like to eat in different places (pubs, pizzerias, restaurants, etc.) and I ordered a sausage pizza. The pizza base was decent, but the quality of the mozzarella, in particular, didn't meet my expectations. I did, however, like the location.

26/10/2025: This is a lovely place offering great food and wines. We went on Saturday night without booking and found the owner in his kitchen busy preparing the porcini. He told us we were good and asked to come back 30 minutes later. Upon our return, the wait staff showed is to our table and explained in perfect English how we should order from the QR menu. The place filled up quickly with local families and the atmosphere was really nice. Slight minus: we asked the steaks to cooked medium rare but they were rather done. All in all a highly recommendable restaurant with good, honest food and very reasonable prices.

30/11/2025: The panzerotti are excellent, absolutely nothing to complain about, but I found it unusual to have to wait so long outside after booking a table two weeks in advance.
Furthermore, there was a problem ordering more panzerotti, specifically the sweet ones, because there was an argument in the kitchen.
Overall, it wasn't a particularly pleasant experience, especially since the wait was so long and, above all, we were expecting to try the sweet panzerotti as well. I hope to see you next time.
