06/02/2026: We celebrated our mother's birthday and everything was perfect. The farmhouse is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. The food is simple but prepared with care and attention. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. We spoke with Emanuele about choosing the menu and meeting all our needs and requirements, and he was very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone. All our guests were also happy. Last but not least, the DJ and vocalists were top-notch and kept us dancing and having fun all day!

22/09/2025: Simply excellent! A very, very warm welcome. The manager comes up with you to show you your room and is very available to provide any information you may need throughout the evening! The rooms are perfectly comfortable, the location is also perfect, and the view is breathtaking. I recommend it 1000%.

12/07/2026: Elegant location, it's a restaurant/pizzeria, the pizza is good, they also have gourmet pizzas, I recommend it, we'll be back.

07/07/2026: The place was impersonal and cold, the staff very welcoming and kind, and the service was extremely slow. The menu, in my opinion, didn't accurately describe the dishes; in fact, I would have expected something completely different from the cacio e pepe with shellfish. The dishes were not in line with the price. And speaking of price, unfortunately, I realized hours later that what I thought was a receipt was actually a management document. I didn't have the time to check it right away, otherwise I would have reported it.

07/07/2026: Wonderful and delicious food. I highly recommend it, large portions and, above all, delicious. It doesn't look inviting from the outside, but for me, the quality of the food and taste are more important than the appearance of the restaurant. I wanted to subtract one star, but I can't because the taste, the number of portions, and the excellent service from the waiter (a slim, charming man) exceeded that. Coming back to why I wanted to subtract one star... I'm not prejudiced, and I simply noticed that even though there weren't many people, the elderly woman (presumably the owner) clearly had a look on her face when the gentleman at the entrance agreed to let us in, as if she didn't want to serve us, giving the gentleman an angry grimace. This remains in my mind as a slight sour taste... I can't find anything else to complain about. I highly recommend it and would gladly visit this restaurant again.

17/06/2026: From the outside, the Osteria looks a bit neglected...but inside, and especially on the large terrace, it's wonderful. We had pasta, which wasn't particularly good, but the restaurant specializes in meat, which is apparently really delicious; our carpaccio was very good. Skip the pasta. Definitely make a reservation on Saturdays. The restaurant is very popular!

02/07/2026: It's anything but American BBQ. It says smoke, but there's nothing smoky about it. I got the pulled pork sandwich, and the meat inside was cold and very salty. The selection of meats is excellent, well-stocked.

02/07/2026: Our first night in Bari, and looked for a nice cozy place to have dinner. Glad we chose this one! They have great website with the actual, updated menu - which can be also scanned by QR on the table. Polite staff, very fast serving and great starting look for the table - really liked the cork as a cuttlery "shelf" on the table. 😊👌🏻 Small details make greater impacts. The interiour is air conditioned, not too hot, not a freezer either. And the decoration... instruments everywhere, nice little lamps. The music was also good, not too loud. Food was excellent, and they have a bunch of craft beers and lots of wines to chose from. I really recommend this place. 👌🏻✌🏻

30/06/2026: Had to come back because the salmon/tuna sandwiches are absolutely delicous! I will miss them!

30/06/2026: Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner as if we were part of the family. We were told that the menu wasn't à la carte and consisted of five starters made with seasonal vegetables grown in their organic garden, which we actually saw just outside the city. All the starters were divine, beautifully prepared, and perfectly seasoned. Then, there was a choice of five or six main courses. We ordered four different dishes and shared them to try several things. Every dish was excellent. I highly recommend it.

28/06/2026: A place truly worthy of five stars. The quality is evident, starting with the garden, which provides incredibly fresh and flavorful vegetables. Each dish showcases the ingredients with simplicity and care. The staff is another great asset: friendly, welcoming, and always available, capable of making you feel at home without being intrusive. The location is simply spectacular: well-maintained, surrounded by greenery, and perfect for enjoying a relaxing lunch or dinner. An experience absolutely worth experiencing. We'll definitely be back.

21/07/2026: We arrived at this pizzeria around 9 pm and immediately noticed the outdoor seating was unavailable, allegedly due to a "whirlwind" that had occurred shortly before. We sat inside, expecting to find air conditioning...but instead...we found a tropicalized dining room!!! Three air conditioners on...in what mode? Dehumidifier? Survival?? We couldn't even read the temperature on the display! The heat ruined our entire dinner. We asked for the menus and were told QR codes were available. They don't have paper menus. Be careful with the "antipasto del casale": the menu doesn't specify a minimum order for two people, and this isn't the first restaurant in Bitritto to use this deceptive formula! Normally, the menu should specify a minimum order for two people! As he lifted his napkin to start dinner, my husband found some dust on his plate... probably from the tornado. I'm giving two stars, not one, for the pizza, which was really good, and for the lady at the cashier, the only one who was kind and smiling.

13/07/2026: We had an incredibly delicious meal at Al Casale di Bitritto. We started with several delicious pastas as a starter, including the famous typical Barise pasta all’assassina. Highly recommended if you want to discover the local cuisine. For the main course, I chose a sirloin steak, and it was surprisingly tasty. At just €12, the value for money was truly excellent. Don't expect trendy or modern cuisine here, but rather authentic, traditional dishes prepared with care. And that is exactly what makes this place so special. A warm, cozy restaurant where you taste the true flavors of Puglia. We will gladly return again!

25/12/2025: Terrible experience never again

25/12/2025: "It's just a matter of opinion," I was told at the end of Christmas lunch, which featured a meat-based entree that had been requested to be changed weeks earlier. The request had been met over the phone with a "yes, it's fine," and during lunch, they were informed of the change again without anyone batting an eyelid. By the time the meat entree was served, this information must have been forgotten, because only after a reminder (a good 15 minutes had passed since the meat entree was served) were we informed that the kitchen was preparing a plate of orecchiette with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and ricotta cheese. A plate of orecchiette with tomato sauce from the children's menu arrived, sprinkled with ricotta cheese and a basil leaf. When we mentioned this at the register, we were told they weren't actually obligated to make changes to the menu, which I should have been told over the phone when I asked if it was possible, not at checkout. At which point, the person at the register insisted on telling me it was just a matter of opinion and that they would bring us a tomato-based pasta anyway. In the end, the menus were paid for in full because they did bring something to the table. The problem is that, at the turn of 2026, it's ridiculous not to be able to provide a meatless option for a first course. In any case, the problem wouldn't have arisen if it hadn't been for the phone call; these are, after all, "opinions."

10/06/2026: Everything was excellent, from the pasticciotti to the ice cream parlor. Clean and welcoming place, very kind and helpful staff, I recommend it as a very sweet stop 🥰 for those visiting Polignano

09/06/2026: We tried two cakes: the famous lemon cake and another traditional cake soaked with alcohol. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy either of them at all. The Gelato Gallipoli also wasn't to our taste. The only thing we really liked was the cake, which was actually quite good. Another disappointing surprise was the extra charge for eating inside the shop. Charging significantly more just for sitting down feels unreasonable. Overall, the experience did not live up to the reputation.
