More than just a bar, this is a Polignano icon. The granitas are incredibly good. Some are only available here. Located in the central square, just steps from the famous arch leading to the historic center. It's worth stopping here for a bite to eat and then checking out the beautiful terraces overlooking the sea.

18/06/2026: First of all, I'd like to thank the kitchen staff, who promptly fulfilled our wish: to make us an excellent assassina, which wasn't on the menu. Thank you so much. We also enjoyed an excellent appetizer, which was plentiful to say the least. The place is small and tucked away in an alley. It has a traditional feel. If you like places with a story to tell, this is the place for you. We didn't try the pizzas, but we saw several of them pass by, and they looked excellent and had plenty of toppings.

18/07/2026: Everything excellent. Everything fresh. I had no doubts. I'm a regular customer.
18/07/2026: We had a fantastic meal as a group of six. The "Crudo" was absolutely divine, but everything else was incredibly delicious too. The service from Leonardo and Massimone was simply superb. If you're looking for exceptionally good food and excellent service, this is the place to be.
