04/05/2025: I went last night, me and my friend. We sat down immediately, as I am celiac and lactose intolerant, I had the same sandwich described on the menu but obviously gluten-free. Very good, I took the g1😍😍. I will definitely come back we spent €14 each with a sandwich and drink. Obviously for me the chips were baked, but they're not good anyway. 10/04/2025: I've been going there for almost a year when I'm in Bari and I must say that it has never missed a beat, especially when it comes to fish dishes. Only once, in my opinion, did it screw up and it was on the schnitzel, but it is very normal that it could happen to anyone, after all, let's leave the schnitzel to their inventors, the Milanese. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. Applause.

02/06/2025: We went around 6:30 pm to make a reservation, but it wasn't possible. We arrived at 8:00 pm and the server told us that all the tables were reserved for both sittings, in a rather unpleasant tone. After persisting, we got a table that had just become available. The pizzas were excellent and the atmosphere in the small alleyway was very pleasant.

23/05/2025: Very good ice cream! It's in pozzetti! So old-fashioned. And the taste is excellent. The shop is small, but you have to dare to enter to discover a friendly staff. Very reasonable prices.

04/03/2025: We had dinner at the UVA restaurant at the San Martin hotel where we spent the night. The setting is beautiful, the tables are set up in the cloister of the old convent. The cuisine is very good, prepared with beautiful products, the plates are nicely presented. The only downsides were on the one hand a group who had a buffet dinner at the back of the gallery and who were extremely noisy in their discussions encouraging us to leave the room as soon as the dessert was finished, and on the other hand the waiter who was perhaps on trial who wanted to be overzealous (a lady was watching him from behind): we wanted to eat only a first and a second, he first strongly insisted that we take an antipasto but we refused then he came back between the two courses to ask us to order a dessert even though we didn't want anything sweet, and he insisted in Italian that we order a chocolate soufflé which was a specialty of Puglia!!!!! Finally we gave in for a soufflé for two…. In the end, he served us a chocolate cake like they serve in 80% of French restaurants… we preferred to laugh about it!!!

26/05/2025: Very good and honest food. Unpretentious atmosphere. Prices are affordable and dishes are composed in such a way that you want to come back and try other items from the menu. I definitely recommend it. This osteria stands out with its taste among other places in Puglia.

The location is simply fantastic, a true jewel nestled who knows where, that almost makes you forget why you are there. The food? Oh, the food! It is honest, it does its job with the diligence of a public employee on a Friday afternoon. Don't expect flights of fancy of flavor, but not emergency landings either. It's there, and you eat. But, my dear foodies, the real highlight, the rare pearl of this place, is the staff. Run by a mother and her daughters, this female team offers a show that would deserve a permanent place at the cabaret. You will find them all sporting sportswear that has seen more battles than a war veteran, and a courtesy that makes you regret the brusque ways of a station master at rush hour. The funny thing is that, in their magnificent unconsciousness, they think that no one understands them. And there, between a plate of orecchiette and a glass of wine, they will give you pearls of popular wisdom such as: "Bring them a beer", pronounced with the grace of a grizzly bear and the subtlety of an elephant in a china shop. Each sentence, a little essay on human psychology and customer management. In short, if you are tired of the usual forced smiles and the whispered "is everything okay?", this is the place for you.
