03/09/2025: ed: Visited after 3 years - unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The waitstaff was very poor, arrogant, and incompetent, and the menu, which contained nothing to impress, seemed tailored to tourists - a huge contrast to yesterday's visit to La Bul (located nearby), where the 5-course tasting menu and service were incredible. I don't know why Giampaolo's went downhill like this, but I hope they fix it someday. For now - don't come here under any circumstances. :( And the old review was: "Outstanding. My girlfriend and I visited just before the pandemic; the quality of the food and service, as well as the atmosphere, were a unique experience." And it was 5/5 in all categories...

26/08/2025: A wonderful culinary experience... fresh fish expertly cooked. The seafood risotto was superb. The staff were knowledgeable and welcoming, and Giampaolo was an excellent host. I'll be back!

22/07/2025: An unforgettable Apulian dinner! Phenomenal bombette, ribs, and sausage, plus a fantastic picanha paired with delicious potatoes. Thank you for your hospitality; it's impossible not to return!

03/06/2025: A very welcoming place, rustic style. Very good and well cooked mixed roast. Then accompanied by a good red wine primitivo of the house could not be missed. Recommended!

23/08/2025: An experience never to be repeated... we booked at 9:30 pm and they seated us an hour later... no one would have come to take our order if we hadn't called the waiter who, sweaty and nervous, treated us really badly... now I'm waiting for my order and I'll see if I can give more than one star.

23/08/2025: Dream lunch at Locorotondo 💫 What a lovely place. Super peaceful, with music that goes perfectly with the atmosphere. The details decorating the tables, the vines, everything makes it a special and welcoming place. The food was delicious: we ordered pesto pasta and salmon pasta, delicious! Everything was fresh and flavorful. A perfect lunch 💛

26/08/2025: We ate here twice and loved it. I really liked the special, it was a mushroom ravioli with cheese, tomato and dried peppers. The outdoor seating is quiet and the hanging lights and flowers contribute to a wonderful dinning experience.

25/08/2025: We went here for dinner in early August. It's an unexpected place, run by young people, and the location allows you to appreciate the center of Altamura. The food is good, with traditional Apulian dishes of good quality. The price is in line with what's on offer. If we ever pass through Altamura again, it's worth returning!

31/07/2025: A perfect pub for a pleasant evening with friends, with excellent food to accompany the vast selection of craft beers. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're out and about during happy hour, stop by for a beer and some typical focaccia from Bari Vecchia.

07/09/2025: A wonderful trullo where you can dine and enjoy excellent food. The restaurant was recommended to us by the host of the property where we were staying. The food was excellent, seemingly simply presented, but in reality, the flavor and combinations were meticulously crafted. The waiters were helpful and friendly, and it was a pleasure to chat with them. The interior was tastefully and elegantly furnished. It was a pleasure to dine here.

07/09/2025: Very nice and clean place, friendly and polite staff. The dishes didn't meet our tastes and I think the prices are excessive: 1 appetizer, 3 non-fish first courses, and 2 bottles of water for €125!

02/09/2025: The pizza was really good, the dough was really good, the service took a bit of a while, but the downside was that it was too hot. The air conditioning seemed to be off.

31/08/2025: A slice of Naples in Modugno. AMAZING Neapolitan pizza, as are the amazing fried foods. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service excellent, the owners friendly, and the prices are affordable. Highly recommended!
